Greeted so kindly by everyone at the location in Sumter SC on broad street. My first time using this franchise..Everyone was so knowledgeable and took the time & answered all of my questions with patience & respect. I did ask one young man s name and he was Justin, Awesome customer service. I had just left the veterinarians office and was a little stressed but My Charlie also gave them 5 stars..( he enjoyed his treats)

I ve always had a wonderful experience at Take 5 in Sumter! Store Manager James and his staff made sure I got my oil changed and everything was checked out before I continued on my way. Quick and easy service is always found here!

Always nice to be greeted by someone and given a water. The oil change doesn't take long and they communicate the entire process. They are very knowledgeable and courteous when talking to you. The one mechanic I had was still in High School and did an amazing job! Will go back and ask for Michael.

It was a great experience. They were very quick and gave my children juice and fruit snacks as soon as we pulled up. They were very thorough and checked everything for me. My children were shocked at how fast everything got finished.We cannot wait to visit again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The staff in Sumter Sc are excellent. They make you feel at home and work well together . Would highly recommend a quick convenient oil change.

Justin did a great job! One thing I would suggest he do for future customers is to check their service history up front because he tried to sell me a coolant flush service that I had done in the previous oil change with y'all. Otherwise, same phenomenal service I'm used to.

I actually had an enjoyable experience at this facility. Why sitting and waiting in my car, the music was great. The manager was extremely personable. The young man, I believe his namecwas Luke or Lucas was friendly and professional. Definitely will be getting my oil changes here from now on.

Overall I am satisfied. Negative: the workers are very pushy . It seems rehearsed on what they have to show you is wrong or need addressed. Said I need a new air filter- but mine wasn t dirty and was just replaced. Like they didn t use common sense - maybe I shouldn t even address the issue of the filter since it looks clean but it s as if it s a mandatory box to check to ask the customer about purchasing a new one??? I called the guy out. He was embarrassed, as he knew I was correct. Shame on you pushing these employees to asking you to make extra purchases that aren t needed? Also the same with my windshield wiper blades. Had to show him roof they were less than 3 months old, so no sir I don t need new ones like you say I do. Again, he s is having to check a box saying he addressed it and offered me to a price to get new ones.

I ve been going to them since 2021 & always excellent service. I WILL honestly say that when asked did I want a new filter I saw mines wasn t really that dirty I said no BUT because I m a sucker for good customer service I gave in a was convinced so I purchased it haha. Love you guys & thanks for the water.

I always have a great experience at the Sumter location. Everyone is very friendly and works quickly and thoroughly. The assistant manager (I believe his name is James) always makes it a point to ask if I have any questions or concerns and asks how my experience was. You can tell that he works hard and takes pride in his job. Won t take my car anywhere else! Thanks y all and keep up the great work!

Came here today to get my oil change and Jordan was so pleasant and very informative. He just made me feel so comfortable. It was like I've known him for years. I'm looking forward to seeing Jordan for my next oil change.

I was there for over 1/2 an hour. It's not really 5 minutes. The service was good and the prices are competitive. The 25% discount for veterans is awesome

Had a last-minute trip to take and I needed an oil change and a service. The GMC dealer had people lined up around the block so I wasn t gonna go there. These guys did an outstanding job and I didn t have to get out of the car and it only took 10 minutes. My technician did an outstanding job!

These guys are amazing and know their stuff! I had an oil change at a competitor who didn't tighten everything causing leaks. The guys at Take 5 took care of all of it and no charge! They have me as a customer for life

Very courteous service. My wait was close to 30 minutes, but I did go at 12:30. The guys were all very nice and helpful. If I'm ever back in this area and need a oil change I would use them again.

Great and fast service. My cabin filter was Dirty, hadn't been changed in at least 2 years. Staff friendly and professional. Definitely will return.

Those two young men were prompt and professional. I came in close to closing time and they were still very accommodating and polite during my service. I greatly appreciate having the confidence that everything was done up to standard. The feeling of safety as I commute is a peace of mind I cherish.

The oil change took about (give or take) 15 minutes in total from arriving to leaving. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Pricing is a little higher than average places so I took a star off from 5 to 4.

Sooooooo normally we go to Toyota to get our oil change. Last time i was there, i was not impressed. We came to take 5 for the first time and will always come back. They were not only fast but they explained every step of the way. Even gave us a bottle of water before entering the bay. Everything was left intact and looks to be working as it should.I also give props to them for having a work pet. They always raise morale when days are long.

Very quick and thorough oil change. Provided with not only water but also Capri sun and snacks for my little one. Also, they explained everything they were doing in depth. Great service.

This location ROCKS!!!...I had a wonderful experience getting my oil change...maybe one of the best!!..Aaron was a sweetheart, very professional and kind...he even gave my mother some snacks!!...what great customer service!!...and Ed was super nice as well....I highly recommend this location to get your oil change...This guys go above and beyond!!...

Been going to volvoline for years this was my first time at take 5 and when I tell you this was my best experience. Thank you to the guys for getting me right changing my engine filter, oil coolant and giving my crying baby some snacks. This is definitely my new oil changing place. Location was Sumter on broad street
