I couldn't be happier with my repairs! I'm grateful to the workers who helped fix her up and look good as new! Seriously felt like I was driving off in a new car. They did amazing! Mixed Experience with Scott Will Toyota CollisionI recently had my Honda Accord repaired at Scott Will Toyota Collision in Sumter, SC, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag.Firstly, I want to commend the shop for their excellent initial communication. The staff was responsive, informative, and made the process seamless, which was greatly appreciated during a stressful time.However, I must express my disappointment with the attention to detail in the repair work. The paint job exhibited air bubbles, and there were noticeable drippings, suggesting a lack of precision. Additionally, the parts weren't aligned properly, detracting from the overall aesthetic and functionality of the vehicle.Furthermore, I observed some issues with the welding, as it appeared to be done hastily and lacked the meticulousness one would expect in collision repairs. This aspect raised concerns about the long-term durability of the repairs.In conclusion, while the initial communication was praiseworthy, the overall repair quality left much to be desired. I hope the shop takes this feedback constructively to improve their attention to detail and deliver more consistent results in the future.

We just picked up our 2017 toyota camry a few minutes ago after a serious deer collision. Couldn't be more happy with the results of the repair. Paint matched and body panel gaps are pretty even.

We took our Jeep here after an accident.We were told it would take 3 weeks. It took 2 months. Which was fine but we were very disappointed when we finally received the car back.Right before pickup we were told they needed to keep it an extra day for an alignment when we picked it up, there was no alignment done. We had to pay out of pocket to have it done correctly by someone else. The car has scratches all over the hood that were not there before and the pinstripes on the replaced doors look terrible. For the amount of time they had the car, they could have done much better.

Bought my (very gently) used car from Marcel at their dealership (awesome experience btw!) and when I got rear ended a year and a half later, the collision center were on their game! Very nice, professional, and helped me much more than my own insurance did with what steps I was supposed to take.

Excellent service. High quality work. They far and above exceeded my expectations. I love the honesty. No gimics. Straightforward and good honest people. The repairs made to my 4 Runner were exceptional. I highly recommend Scott Will Collision Center!!!

Top notch service, work, and all-around experience. Staff stayed in touch, kept us updated on the progress of repairs, and answered lots of questions.I highly recommend their service and expertise, especially if you own/drive a Toyota as they are a certified Toyota collision center.

Scott Will did an outstanding job fixing my car. They were all very professional. When I went to pick up my car the battery was dead due to an existing battery leak. They assisted me with purchasing a new battery, under a partial warranty and put it in the vehicle....for free. Definitely would recommend them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

If I could give them 10 stars I would! To begin, the receptionist Morgan was SO helpful. She made my whole ordeal actually pleasant! She walked me through the entire process in a way I could actually understand. She explained every single detail of what I should expect. The timeline she gave me was on point. I was given texts along the way to let me know about the progress of my repairs.I m not going to say anything negative on here about the rental Enterprise provided for me while my car was being repaired. I ll save that one for THEIR reviews I would highly recommend Scott Will Collision Center to ANYONE who needs any body work done to their vehicle!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Recommended by my sister who UNFORTUNATELY has used them to do repair to her vehicles in the past. Well i can honestly say they lived up to the expectations!!! My car looks Brand New and runs great. Thanks Scott Will.

I recently used Scott Will Collision to repair my vehicle that was vandalized. They did a super job as far as the body work painting goes. They did the work in a very timely manner, they kept me in the loop with regular updates. Customer service was great to deal with courteous professional. GEICO was also great to deal with Tyler the appraiser was easy to deal with, he explained everything and answered all my questions.Enterprise car rental was also a pleasure to deal with. They called me to check see if everything going great and if there was any problems.I can not say anything bad about my whole experience. I was soo sad and upset when a foreign obejct flew right into my car and caused a few damages to the front of my Palomino (Little Dove) but when I went to the collision center, I was greeted by Morgan and her amazing attitude and she was great. She explained the whole process as to what I needed to do to get started with the repairs. So I left my car at the collision center and waited for the insurance to inspect my car and then the Toyota crew went to work right away. They did an amazing job - my car is 2 years old but after leaving the collision, he looked brand new. I was very super surprised after picking my Palomino because I noticed him a bit more clean and that is when I noticed that the crew washed and vaccumed him - that was unexpected but a GREAT touch and ending to the upsetting situation!!! Thank you everyone at the Scott Will Toyota Collision Center for taking care of me and my Palomino Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Was very unhappy with customer service at Scott will collision center. Several messages left on voice mail for S. M. were never responded to. There is nothing more frustrating than failure to return a voice mail. Repair estimate was 3 to 5 days on 12/8. Didn t get the passenger mirror replaced until 12/29. No explanation was given for the delay. No apology was given for lack of returning my phone calls. Mark B.Service: Body & Trim

My wife hit a deer on the way to work one morning. Scott Will Collision was the location that Geico recommended, and they did not disappoint. They did a great job fixing my wife's car, communicating with her on when it would be ready, and we would highly recommend them for any future customers.

My service at Scott Will Collision was very professional and I found them to be people of integrity. I feel comfortable taking my car to them. They do excellent body work. I have had some bad or disappointing body work done in Lexington, S. C. and I will never go back to them and would never recommend anyone to them. I took my car there for repairs after an accident on 9/29. To this day NO ONE called to let me know how long it would take to repair my car. I was told by the rental company & my adjuster that Scott Will would pick up the rental as a corrective issue since the part is on back order until December 6th which I just found out today. I do believe if I was of another race they would very well pick up the rental cost. To this day I wish to God I had never taken my car there for repairs. and the manager wants to tell me to sell my damaged car & get another one? REALLY!!! Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service from Madison at the front desk everytime I go up there. She makes the stress of the whole process so much easier and is always friendly and easy to talk to. She also did a great job explaining how my estimates work and how I'm able to get a rental. Great customer service and professionalism that's not easy to come by especially in Sumter, please keep it up Madison!

I had an minor accident when someone hit me and I needed my bumper replaced. That was early November and they were busy and I was told to call back Dec. 1. I called on Dec. 1 and Madison said she would call me back after lunch with an appt. She did not call back and when I called one day later she said they were all booked up for December and try back in January. Why would I wait another month for her to tell me to wait and call in Feb? They were not interested in fixing an older model car. Poor customer service!

Pleasant experience overall. They fixed my car faster than I thought it could be fixed. Everything was very professional and clean. All the staff was excellent. They even washed my car which was a pleasant surprise.

My Chrysler 300 has been there 35 days now and as of 11/1, no work has been done or begun. We hit a deer, damage is minor, so except for missing headlight, the car is drivable. At this point, we're not very happy.
