I worked with Dylan and bought an R7 and a Kawasaki Z900RS Cafe. I was up front and said I m shopping around and have never encountered a store or staff so genuinely interested in earning my business. Excellent communication, listened to what we wanted versus just doing a selling job. They even delivered the bikes to our place 3 hours away. From fair negotiations to wrapping up the sale the entire staff and Dylan were exceptional to work with. Highly recommend this shop and Dylan. Thanks again Dylan and Chelsie.

My husband and wanted I to upgrade four wheelers for our daughter. We worked with Trace and he was extremely friendly and helpful with any of our questions and concerns! A pleasure to work with! Very Awesome Dealership! From the salesmen, parts/service, all the way up to the GM, everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable on the machines they are selling. Dylan was able to get me on a very limited ATV and kept me up to date on when it would be delivered. Whether you are a beginner looking to get introduced to off roading/racing or a seasoned rider, this place has everything to fit your needs and you can look around and shop with no pressure. Definitely ask for Dylan if you go!

Visited place yesterday and was greeted by a salesman at the door who very asked politely if he could help us. We responded by saying we needed to speak to the service dept. issue is we purchased a side by side from them in 2022 and we can not get it started now. Service manager (I assume he was the manager and in respect I will not mention his name.). He then asked several questions and we answered all. He then very obviously questioned the validity of the fact we even purchased this brand at there location. ( with this saying, this was the third side by side unit we purchased there in the past 8 years.Bottom line here is he told is to drop the unit off and he will attempt is find the issue but also was very rude and clear they probably will not be able to find the problem. Then he became rude by raising his voice and down playing this unit due to his inability to purchase replacement parts from China. ( which we understand.). The problem on this unit is fuel is not being distributed from the fuel tank which I conveyed to him. Then he goes into a raised voice and stated that s another thing, he will not look at the unit because non-experienced people putting wrenches on things and then bringing it there to fix there problems. At that time I began to raise my voice and said, I only took the clamp off the fuel line and tried to start it to see if there was fuel being pumped from tank. He then gave a smirky smile and said , drop it off and we will look at it but he added, he has been there since Oct and he just received a part from China he ordered when he started. Not sure why he added that statement.In closing, we walked out the door, and said to one another. What a terrible representation of service for this established business. I understand GOOD employees are very difficult to find in today s world, but , is this the type of person you want to handle your service dept?We will try elsewhere for our repair!

Place was ok while buying the bike. Was charged a reconditioning fee and had the bike delivered to Virginia. Bike showed up with a dead battery and the right rear turn signal had fallen off. I text the GM Parker about the issues and he never responded. If you re going to charge a reconditioning fee for a bike make sure everything is checked and working properly don t just charge for it. If you re from out of town I wouldn t buy a bike from this dealership ..The finance manager was good to deal with but not the GM. Had the bike almost 2 months and still don t have the tag and registration .

Went in to buy a ATV for me or my daughter but ended up with just wat I wanted I want too thank Noble Estes for taking the time he did with me and explaining to me the difference between each ATV I was interested in I ended up purchasing the Polaris 450 ho and I luv it I also want to thank Mrs Jennifer the financial manager for all that she did also great job guys I look forward to doing business with you Again soon...

Just wanted to drop in and say my experience at Redline in Sumter was probationary the best buying (of a big purchase, vehicle, etc. ) experience I've had. I wasn't hassled at all. My sales rep, Trace, was easy to deal with, down to Earth and was very informative. He worked on everything as requested, and I can be hard to deal with at times so that's always a plus!! Mrs. Chelsea, your finance manager was amazing and made this buying experience pleasant and relaxing. Amazing personality for this position and her skills are just as amazing. Again, I can be hard to deal with. As we were leaving Mr. Knoble (sorry if spelled incorrectly) greeted us, joining in on the loading of the unit. Very friendly, professional guy. I was nervous just a bit on getting into debt over an ATV, but at least my experience was the BEST!!! Thank you all more than anything for no hassling!!

Trace was very friendly, helpful, and patient while helping us with the purchase of a new quad for our son. He answered all our questions and gave us good information about the options we had. It was a pleasant experience and next time we're looking for a quad, or any other motorized toy, we will be shopping here.

Inquired about a new can am 850 online and trace called me within minutes, very helpful in answering all of my questions. Filled out forms on Friday online, showed up Saturday when they opened and was loading up 30 minutes later. Just about the smoothest process I have ever had with great customer service. 5 STAR Dealership! What an awesome experience from the initial phone conversations with our salesman Dylan, to closing the financial paperwork with Vanessa. The sales manager Derrick also made sure throughout the the process that we were happy and everything was going well. Very Impressed! I could tell that each of them were genuine in making sure we were completely satisfied, they were not just concerned about making a sale. They lost or mailed my title and registration paperwork to the wrong place. My temporary tags expired almost a month ago and I can't register my bike until that paperwork is found. I've called numerous times trying to get another temporary plate and they tell me they will call me back. It's been 3 weeks and multiple phone calls later and still no help.They were helpful, professional, and made the process of buying my new bike smooth and easy. I drove from 5 hours away and when I got there they already had my paperwork ready. My salesman Eric helped me load my bike on my truck and made sure I was happy and satisfied before I left the lot. Thank you Eric and Redline Powersports for my new Yamaha Tenere 700, I love it.

Purchased a Yamaha TTR-230 and I couldn't be happier! Eric was my sales rep and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and overall very accommodating! Overall im very pleased. Dylan is the greatest guy ever. He answered all of my questions, phone calls, and texts with a genuine, passionate, and sincere answer. Not once did he seem agitated, or distracted. I tried 3 other motorcycle shops before finding the one in sumpter because all of the sales guys had mean attitudes or just was having a bad day, but when I talked to Dylan the very first phone call my inquiries were instantly meet. I love working with Dylan, and I look forward to do business with him and the whole team in the near future

Don't get your powersports equipment serviced here. Terrible experience trying to get them to honor my 3 year warranty that includes everything except brakes and tires. When they finally "fixed" it, it was jerry rigged and they said they were order the part. That's been several months ago and I haven't heard anything back. When I did get my bike back the brake lights weren't working. Being it's a street legal bike that seems like a serious safety issue. I'm going to take it to the Myrtle Beach location where I bought it from. I had a great experience with them.

After extensive research, I purchased my first UTV from here. I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money on a UTV, so the Trailmaster UTV was a perfect fit! Even though I live 5 minutes from MB Redline, I perfer working with the Service Dept in Sumter. The Manager Chuck is top notch, and is always available with information about your vehicle. Exceptional Customer Service is worth the drive to Sumter from Myrtle Beach...

I don t write many reviews, but when I do it s usually because I was given excellent service. This is one of those times. I had the pleasure of meeting Noble Estes when I walked in the door with a couple questions about a very nice golf cart sitting outside. I had a price point that I needed to stay under and made that clear from the beginning. Not only did I stay below that price point with very little negotiation, but I didn t feel pressured to do anything I wasn t comfortable with. He was very knowledgeable about the products they sell and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the price and product before I ever spoke with a sales manager or anyone else in the transaction. I also did a good bit of research on the cart before I committed and realized I was in fact getting an amazing deal. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new motorized toy, to stop in at Redline Powersports in Sumter and talk to Noble to see what he can do for you!

8/26 Where do I start? The trailer which is recommended to have 75psi (90 psi max) on the tires only had 27 ps in tires. Salesman didn't know how to open any of the compartments on the jet ski or answer any questions. No one in the store knew or had any experience with installing the Lin-Q water sport pylon. No one in the store knew that the Sea Doo bumpers need an install kit on all Sea Doo models except the spark and the tech (not the salesman) went so far as to incorrectly tell the customer you just pop them on a GTX etc. Hilariously...i watched my salesman and a tech move the unit to their filling station and "put gas in it" for five minutes...yet when i got it home the tank was nearly empty (i managed to put 14.49 gallons in it at the station for those counting) ...what the salesman and tech were actually doing when they thought they were putting in gas is anyones guess. None of this stopped them from charging me a significant "prep fee" for which it appears I got ZERO value.Allen Frady.

So Eric Burke is a miracle man got me on a 2020 ninja 400 no hassle no problems definitely suggest seeing him for anything, he can move mountains and does not beat around the bush like your average sales rep cut dry to the point
