I called the store on a Saturday morning and they had the only used tire in my truck's size in all of Sumter. I arrived approximately 45 minutes after speaking with me over the phone and had the tire waiting for me to drop off my rim with the old tire. I received a call shortly afterwards stating the rim with the good used tire mounted and balanced. The biggest thing to me, on top of the great service, was the price. It was over half the price lower than a new tire and it had about 7mm tread depth life left. I would highly recommend Myson's Tire Sales to anyone in need of tires.

Went for a wheel alignment & two brand new tires, then went back less then 4 months ago to purchase two more brand new tires which were put in the front & ones i purchased first were placed on the back. (& i ll add that this all was a nice chunk out of my pocket) and let me say all i do is go from work then back home. Come to find out now my wheel alignment was never done correctly because im having to come out of pocket yet again for two brand new front tires, that were literally just purchased. I called to try & explain my issue because i felt like this whole thing could ve been avoided plus i was highly irritated because i just spent a lot of money. I was told id have to bring it back in because they need to look at it, that they wouldn t take anyone s word over their guys, plus the roads around here are probably what caused it. This whole incident is highly frustrating because i m having to come out of pocket for yet again a front end alignment, plus two new tires. None of this is meant to be rude but whoever i spoke with when i called was rude & made it seem like I didn t know what i was talking about, i know i won t be a customer here again & others need to be careful.

I went here 2 months ago had 2 blow outs I got 2 used tires and I m just now noticing the tread on the used tires is worn I don t do a lot of driving either .I call to inquire about what could be done about it I was told there is only a 30 day warranty on used tires and they only had a couple of that size left the day I was there. Nothing like letting me know that so I could have bought new ones instead. I have no problem spending $ for my safety as well as my fellow drivers. Now I m going to have to replace the tires in order to be safe on the road. I can promise y all you won t be seeing me back as a customer.

I was out of town going on a family vacation when my RV had two tires blow out on the same side. I was stranded on the side of the road with my wife and my three dogs and this was the only shop in town that had the size tire that I needed for my RV. I called the shop and let them know my situation, and they graciously worked me in and got me back on the road with all new tires. The shop manager took time to explain to me the proper pressure and how to maintain my new tires as well as the front clerk providing a military discount. They were very fast and efficiently to put on the blown out tires as well as the other two tires that I also wanted to get so I had a matching set for my entire RV. The people at this shop were very knowledgeable, very nice, very detail oriented. Highly recommend the shop, the services they provide, and the products that they sell. Thank you for getting my family back on the road and saving our weekend getaway!! Five star.

I went to Mysons Tire today to get 4 new tires for my nephew. I needed them done the same day. I spoke with Adrienne at the front desk and I did not have to speak with anyone else. She was able to help me find the tires I need, help with payment suggestions and get them done the same day. She knew exactly what she was doing and gave me great customer service!

Long wait but other then the long wait it was pretty nice the workers were nice and politefull and I did some pretty good work not too expensive

Friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Affordable prices, great work done will definitely be recommending!! The receptionist and the manager are super attentive, tire changers are top notch! Definitely my go to store!!

They were very friendly and courteous. I had 4 brand new tires put on my car. It didn't take but about an hour. I was very Pleased. We will be going back soon for tires on my husbands car plus maybe oil changes if they do those. I meant to ask?. Very satisfied!!!!! This was on S. Guignard.

Did a wheel alignment on 1st July. Found out my wheel alignment is off with my front tire half worn out with strings out. Showed them the issue with the bill and they said that they will offer 10$ discount for doing the wheel alignment again. Not going back to this store again... And also would advise not to take wheel alignment service from this store as it would cost you double and a damaged tyre.

Absolutely awesome service and super customer friendly. Isaac is the man over there and will definitely do his best to help you. They got stubborn wheel locks off my Audi and mounted aftermarket wheels and tires in about 2 hours flat with a full garage! And gave me zero problems. Best I've seen and my new go to tire shop.

They sell used and new tires. I appreciate the option. Furthermore, they check and fill my tires with air without me having to get out of my car.

I've bought tires from here before. The service is good. The workers are kind and did a good job on my 2002 Lincoln. Also had most pleasant conversation with other people waiting.

These guys are so awesome! Ruben especially has to be one of the best mechanics in Sumter. He went above and beyond to help me out the best way he could. I would recommend his work to anyone that needed work done on their car. Great people, great prices, and A1 service. You can't find a better deal in Sumter.

By recommendation from another tire store I went to Myson's in S. Guignard Dr, to purchase a used tire for my truck. The staff was friendly and treated me with great courtesy. The service was fast and excellent. The price was reasonable. With this experience happens today, I recommend them.

Waiting 2.5 hours for an oil change when they tell me not long and there is one on the rack in front of you. No updates or what's going on. Update they did apologize 10 minutes later when the car was ready. Very polite but then charged me more than was originally quoted but I would return.

First of all, when did Myson s Tires start charging more to mount and balance tires than the dealers charge?Secondly, good customer service began with my first encounter at an establishment all the way through to the last. Therefore, if your establishment performs a specific service to the public, you shouldn t look bothered when a customer walk through your door for the service you claim to provide. As I approached the counter, the lady behind the counter forced out the words Can I help you with an ugly frown on her face. This lady needs a lesson on how to greet customers. She obviously forgot her smile at home today. And whatever happened to Good Morning. ? I m done with y all.

Had a problem with my sensor showing one tire low on air on the way back from Manning. Was nervous about trying to make it to Broad St. So I stopped in for them to fill the tire. The technician filled the correct tire and explained to me why it was still reading low after I put air in it. He also calibrated the tire sensor so it would read correctly. Very patient and courteous. I'm a new customer!

My husband tried to change a tire on a room but couldn't get it to seal/air back up. Drive right up, they came and got the tire off my truck, did their thing and done in under 10 minutes. I talked with four employees while there, two ladies in the office, two workers outside and every single one of them were so polite. I'll definitely be going back when the hubby messes up again. LOL

Terrible service. Brought my truck up there to get my front end lined up and the guy said my ball joints are bad and control arm bushings are bad lines it up anyways. Then he tells me to fix the problem and come back so I did then I talk with the guy all week about coming up there to get it lined up. Set up a day to come so I show then he said she can t do it. Terrible customer service with the front end department. If I had a flat tire in front of that building I d rather walk home then put money in a business that jerks you around.

Returned 2 weeks after having brand new tires put on with a screw in one... Was charged $25! Also was quoted over $600 in labor for a simple brake job!!! Avoid them like the plague

I went there to get two inner tubes put in my front wheels for my Lawn Tractor. The had what I needed in stock, did the work quickly, and carried the tires out to my truck for me. Very friendly people. I'll be back for future tire needs.

Love the owner & have referred others to him & he has always treated me & my family like we were is best customers. They are reasonably priced & very customer friendly.
