Needed an oil change and a new tire decided to try out the new location here in sumter and I'm glad I did! Drew was very welcoming upon entering and also very knowledgeable and suggested what I should ge/do. Had a great experience here 10/10 will be back!

Cheyene was very welcoming upon entering the store today! I Requested a tire rotation as I bought my tires from Mavis. She immediately went to work, entered the work order and the technician was pulling my car into the shop within 5 minutes. Store was clean and my son especially enjoy the kids play area!

Joe was really helpful with picking out tires for my Jeep when I described what I wanted. The place is very clean and the service is very detailed. I will recommend Mavis over other tire places.

Came in for a leaky valve stem, less than 10 minutes later we walked out the door. Incredible customer service and Impeccable speed. We will be coming back for any tire and brake issues!

Great and fast service, took my grandpa s car up there to have four new tires put on. Cheyene (one of the managers) was very helpful and made sure to inform me as soon as the car was done.

I came in for an alignment on my truck. The employee at the front desk was very quick to help me, and they immediately pulled my truck into the shop to start working on it. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop/lobby and the speed of service.
