The store manager, Jim Blackmon, was very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure we were buying the right product for our purpose, and took extra time to instruct us in the safe use of this product (tow dolly). Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful.

Exceptional customer service, inventory, and subject matter expertise. I walked in on a whim after uHaul canceled my trailer order for a cross-country military move, and Jim was patient and helpful in describing the options in his inventory. I chose a 5x8, he installed a motorcycle wheel chock on the spot and had me on the road less than 90 minutes after I walked in. Thanks.

Was in there a couple weeks ago due to a leak I had in my camper shell. Jim had some suggestions and sent me on my way with some Butyl tape free of charge. Jim's customer service was refreshing and instantly made me feel at home. Will be back in the future!

Great service. We didn't use their financing and just paid for our utiltytrailer outright, but we got a good deal with military discount. They had a good selection of trailers and sheds. Parking is tight, especially when they have a delivery. They even had a few lawnmower ones for less than a grand. Overall, I would shop with them again.

I pulled up with a part that I had ordered because they couldn t get it for me and was told they could put it in for me as soon as I pulled up the store manager was very rude and very short, if you volunteer to do a job you do it you don t back out at the last minute because you don t have help you say, can you bring it back later? I wouldn t suggest to go there to buy chrome polish or mind you I had already checked with them when I received the part Tuesday that we were on for Saturday morning. Like I said, if I could give them a half a star I would sorry sorry sorry service.

Went to this location to pick up a 12 ft trailer, paid for in cash. While talking to the manager Jim, he asked if I had a 2 inch ball, I said yes & while we both walk out he verified that I have the 2 inch ball in place for him to load the trailer onto my truck. After I left I hit a pothole & after the trailer came off the ball I come to a stop, get out and realize that my back bumper was damaged & it was a 2 5/16 ball, not the 2 inch he asked me to have in place. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable with what you might be looking for, but when it comes to trailers, let them unlock it & put it on yourself.

These guys are amazing. I had a problem with my hitch and they didn't hesitated one bit to help me. Fix it in less than 10 minutes. They have some great trailers and sheds. You really need to check them out. Thanks y'all

Jason and Jim are GREAT guys. Got me a good deal on a 16ft triple crown car hauler (although now i want a 20), w/ a 5 year warranty. They did a GREAT job in making sure i was taken care of!These guys need a raise! Hard working, honest people are hard to come by these days!Highly recommend going here before you run off somewhere else in sumter and get treated like you dont exist and over charged.

I came in last week looking for a building and was a little unsure, but a man named Jason helped tremendously! He answered all of my questions and even took time to talk to my very fussy my baby girl. He did an amazing job and I would highly recommend for anyone needing anything to see him! I will definitely be back!

Tim store manager is real good guy he didn't have anyone in the shop at the time to fix my trailer. So he came outside in the heat not in the shop and replaced hub and bearing himself while I sat in cool truck

Purchased Bestop core doors with the half cloth windows. Was unable to fit the half windows into the core door. Bestop customer service suggested I go to Leonard s in Sumpter for assistance. I arrived without an appointment and their service department found the time to solve my issue. Kind and very helpful personnel couldn t have been nicer.

Had a bad vibration in my trailer and after test driving with Jim the store mgr. Leonard agreed to replace the trailer. Thanks for the quick resolution to the problem. Highly recommend the Sumter store as agreat place to do business

Came to Leonard Trailers two days in a row. The first day there was one employee attending to an elderly couple. The second day, there was also a single employee attending to a customer. There were others in the back, but no one came out to offer help-until a Caucasian gentleman walked in. I was completely ignored. For over 30 minutes I waited. Not once was there even an acknowledgement of my presence.
