Technician came out a week ago get a quote on a broken glass in top half of my bedroom window. In the process broke the bottom half taking measurements. He said they will replace the bottom portion and get a quote to me the next day. Still have not got a quote. I have called twice for an update and still no answer. If you can try a different company if you need anything done.

This was the most professional group that I dealt with in the renovating of our master bathroom. They were prompt at the very beginning, arriving on time to do the measurements. I was given a time frame of two weeks for my new shower doors to come in, but they were here and installed in a week. I highly recommend them for any future projects you may have. I would definitely use them again if I did any further renovations.

I have been waiting on a status update for over a week. Calls keep going to a message dispatch center with no follow up on install after glass has been ordered and paid for. Was told last week it was in but it's not being scheduled for install

I called Glass Doctor to repair a window on my house that had been hit by a rock from the lawn mower. The process was simple and easy. They came out quickly and gave me an estimate, ordered what was needed for the repair, called when it came in, and had it repaired in no time. I would definitely recommend them.

Spencer and Jake just left my apartment at the Retreat at Sumter after replacing a glass window. From the time they got here until the time they left (about 15 minutes), professionalism is the first word that comes to mind. They were polite and knowledgeable as they used appropriate tools to quickly complete the job. Thank you Spencer and Jake and for a job well done.

I had 5 windows replaced; 4 a little while ago and now the 5th one today. Complete professionalism with each technician that came. Because 4 windows were done some time ago, I am able to report they are still in perfect condition! The only thing I will suggest is that they could have been a little more prompt with that 5th window installation, but no business is perfect, right? I would definitely use them again!

Glass Doctor was professional, courteous and done a great job on the windsheild. Tyler explained the installation and any issues that we had and corrected what he could on site. I would definitely use this service again in the near future. His office staff was very knowledgeable in what I needed and helped me to get this project done.

I highly recommend this company. I had a cracked windshield and called them. They set up a time, arrived on time and finished the job in about 30 minutes. Tyler was very friendly and professional. He also gave me instructions about caring for the windshield for the first couple of days.

I had to keep calling to follow up. Pick up versus delivery costs was NOT mentioned. $75 to deliver a small piece of glass for our coffee table. I understand the short staffed concept... that's not really an excuse for this. And we picked up our glass. Paid $70 and carried it out with our bare hands to wrap in a blanket. I find it hard to believe there isn't a piece of plastic or cardboard to help customers. Do better for your customers.

I had an appointment for 9 AM. At 10:30 I called the office but was sent to an answering service who told me someone would be returning my call immediately. At 11:30 I called back and got the same answering service with the same response. No one ever showed up or returned my phone calls. I had taken off work to be home. Unprofessional, unreliable, and I would not recommend.

Glass Doctor may excel at windshield replacement and repair, however fixing a shower door is not their specialty. The first two glass door replacements they ordered where the wrong size. This project took about 5 months to complete and involved 6 in-home visits and at least a dozen phone calls to dispatch. No compensation was provided even though I had to wait all of those months and repeatedly call Glass Doctor for updates. Honestly, I think they gave up after failed installation #2 and where hopeful I'd just forgot about the project and not contact them again. I will say that I do have a proper fitting shower door now, just took a long time and involved a lot of effort.Service: Glass installation

I contacted them about glass for my shower remodel. It took a week and 4 phone calls to get a call back from the person who could help me. Once he found out that I only wanted 1 glass panel with no trim or install because I can do that myself, I was ghosted. I guess my small order isn't worth their time.

Made an appointment on Tuesday for them to come out on Friday at 1230. At 2 PM I called them to let them know a technician still hasn t shown up. They said my information was in the computer but no appointment has been scheduled and could not send a person out until the following week.

I have been trying to have a piece of glass replaced since the middle of May 2022. It is now July 18, 2022 and it still has not been replaced. I must have called 5 times. Customer service is so bad, that I actually forget about the glass needing to be replaced. Then I get a subtle reminder and call yet again. No response?

Glass Doctor was recommended by several of our friends. The expert showed up on time, answered all of my questions, measured the effected window, and provided the quote. Glass was delivered and installed as advertised. He did a great job. Highly recommended.

The journey started May 17th, the technician came out and measured the half moon window. I paid my $50 deposit and the window was ordered. 2 weeks later he showed back up with the wrong size window. Now he has to take the old window to the shop to measure it, with rain approaching the coming weekend he wants to leave a piece of cardboard in the open window. First I was told it would take another 2 weeks before the 2nd replacement window would be in. 2 weeks go by and I call the company only to be told that the window should arrive hopefully on the 27th. It finally arrived on the 27th, scheduled a 10:30 appointment to have it installed the next day. Technician finally showed up at 11:45 after me calling to inquire about my appointment. After a month and a half I was still charged the full amount.

The staff at Glass Doctor is so helpful. I had several windows with broken glass. They came out quickly, got the work done in a professional manner at a fair price. I highly recommend Glass Doctor.

I had a sagging glass shower door they installed 8 years ago, they came and adjusted/fixed it for no charge. I was impressed. Love these guys & gals!

I called for an estimate 8/29/18. They set up an appt for 8/30 at 9:00 & said the tech would call me on his way there. Around noon I called to see where he was. The receptionist explained they were tied up on a project & need to reschedule for the next day, which was fine, The tech came & took measurements & talked to my son. The tech said he or someone would call with an estimate but also stated that he could get the glass cut & install it himself. Today is 9/10/18 & I have still not heard form anyone. Keep in mind that Hurricane Florence is about to hit & we have a shattered home window & an infant child in the house. I only gave it a 1 star because it would not let me post this without any stars at all. SMH. I called Shadoan's 9/10/18. He came out in the same day, checked the window, & already ordered a window.

My rear view mirror came unglued from my windshield and the glass doctor came out promptly to my house and fixed it in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others.
