I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this place to swap out tires. I went early at 9 am this morning to get my tires swapped and my tire sensors changed out. It took them two hours to do the change out. But that s not the problem. The problem is they let me drive of with the front wheels rubbing on my struts. I called them and they told me to bring it back. Because it was really loud and making a burning rubber smell. When I got the car back to them it took them two seconds to look at it and tell me they were rubbing my struts. They told me they would try spacers. I agreed to try it then they called me back to the shop and told me my only option was to buy another set of tires. So I called my husband and he called up there to speak with him and told him THEY WOULD TRY SPACERS after telling me that wasn t an option. And again spacers didn t work and they wants to try a way that would have worn my tires fast and uneven. Then charges me to put the old tires back on. So over $300 for nothing.They do NOT care about their customers. And I will never use them again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I call them before I call ANYBODY else! Very friendly, very fair and extremely courteous. I never feel like I'm being cheated and they make sure I understand my vehicle before and after any work

definitely don't recommend them for front end alignment, they knew my alignment wasn't right the first time. I was told to bring it back since it pulled to the right once I got New tires on if it still pulls,so I did a week later got charged again and my truck still pulls to the right wasted money that I shouldn't have been charged.

Went to Firestone complete to get lifetime alignment they told me after they did alignment vehicle at Firestone that I needed $3,500 worth of work done took it to DCB next day they checked the whole vehicle over the next day and fixed it for $478. DCB is very honest I suggest that's where you take your vehicle

The front desk help was very nice but the mechanic in the back was rushing me to find the key for my tire. When I found the key he left everything laying around .... did NOT try to even put it back. On the way out the door I found my key laying on the ground where he must have thrown it down. I will NOT be a returning customer!!!

These guys do great work, are very friendly, they even offer free WiFi and TV in the lobby. Their greeter Riggs is always a joy to be around.

I cannot say enough about DCB. They are the best in town. They went out of their way to fix what a local dealership messed up and made sure that everything was right. Their prices are competitive and the guys who work there know exactly what they're doing. If you need tires or an alignment, especially if you have a lifted truck, do yourself a favor and give these guys a shot if you haven't!

DCB always comes through for me. They fixed the steering problem on my Honda, put on new tires, and done a front-end alignment. The car runs great. Thanks.

These guys do great work at a good price. Can't remember the tech names but he talked to me about some minor things he saw under my car while he was aligning it. Car drives amazingly straight and true now. I will definitely bring my other cars in for alignment. Great place.

Been using DCB since I came to Sumter in 2011. Chris, Ted, & Matt who run the place are decent country folks that believe in doing what's right at a good price and treating all customers fair. They are the only guys I trust when it comes to installing tires or lifts and what I like is they stand behind their work. Their shop is a little out of the way and they ain't glamorous (or pretty in Ted's case...) but you can't ask for anything more than when you get service there.

Great friendly service. The only place I go for tires and any related issue. I was referred here years ago, and been going ever since. Very knowledgeable staff, and from the information they give on their products or assessments of your vehicle, you can tell they're not just trying to take your money. You will leave feeling comfortable about the money you spent and safe in your vehicle.

Chris and his staff at DCB tires were awesome! I was in and out with two tires for my vehicle in less than 40 minutes. Anywhere else and it would have taken over an hour and I would have paid more. I also had a slow leak in a valve on a different tire and Chris too the time to check it and replaced a part for free on the valve stem another local place was going to charge me $40 for. I will be going back to DCB tires!

9/30/20Great service I was impressed. I just happen to call there this looking for oil change place. I thought they just sold tires, but they do a little of everything--tires, alignments, etc. My dad told me about them. I would recommend.

Some of the most knowledgable group of guys when it comes to lifts and alignments. Took my truck with a front end level to 2 different places for outside toe wear and could 't get it right. Took it here to DCB and the tech adjusted accordingly making very small adjustments and gave me an excellent explanation of everything he did. Will definately be back and recommend to others.

This is hands down the best tire place in Sumter. Don't let the long beards and ear gauges fool you! Lol! The owner Chris is an extremely cool dude and very knowledgeable and professional. He will bring you in on all of the decisions and never charge you for anything without asking you first. Any tire place can put a tire on, but DCB goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

We are trying to help son lift his truck. With all the help we have had from Matt we will never go anywhere else for tires again. He has been very patient and worked with my son to help him figure out exactly what he wants that will look the best.

The guys here are always nice and courteous. My appt was at 4pm and I was in and out in 30 mins. Recommend them to everyone I know for oil changes and tires. 5+
