Wow! This place is really great! They treat everyone like family and really try hard to find everything you need. Great prices and clean bathrooms. They always have bottled water and crackers to snack on. 10/10 would recommend!

Carolina truck and trailer is cleanier and more organized than certain location I have shopped at for used truck parts. You can find different parts for majority of trucks. This is my second time this morning coming to this location. They found exactly what I needed. The ladies (yes ladies , love it) there were very helpful and knowledgeable of the stock and parts. For the times shopping there I would recommend others to go and try it out.

I went there to buy a suspension Part for my truck. No other place had it. I felt that the price was fair. The guys drive you around the lot on a golf cart,that was fun.

Unexpectedly ruined an aluminum wheel on our big rig trailer at the commercial gate at Shaw AFB. Jimmie got us in as soon as we could get there and the gentleman who did the work (sadly, didn't get his name) was awesome! Fast and reasonable prices. Wish we had time to see what else we needed from there! Could never thank them enough! Was able to still go pick up our load.

We've washed some of their trucks and we love working with them. Everyone is always do kind and helpful. Especially the parts counter.

These folks are GREAT to deal with. Bought many parts from them over the years.My last purchase was an engine for my truck. Everyone was a great help. From Gene all the way down the chain to Billy.Thanks for all your help. Gene, Christy, Brooke, and Billy. If there were a way to give these folks 10 stars I would. Everyone was so friendly, so helpful, and went out of their way to make our experience great. You can tell they are very family oriented, gave treat bags to our kids and even took them for a ride around their yard on a golf cart. I have other choices for heavy truck salvage yards much closer to me, I drove 3 1/2 hours to get my parts from these folks, and now anytime in the future I may need parts, I will be driving 3 1/2 hours to see them again. I seriously cannot express how good my experience was with Carolina Truck Parts and their great staff, if you need truck parts give them a chance to help you, you will not be disappointed!

My fianc� works at CTP and he LOVES it. It s one big family. I love going to visit him at work because I am always greeted by some of the kindest people I ve ever met. They work hard to get the best parts and provide the best service. Everyone who works here is passionate about what they do and they are devoted to providing the best customer service available.

This is an excellent place to find parts for your big truck. They have everything! If your drive a truck, you need to know this place! The people are great and really care about the driver, not just the money in their pockets. Mr. Gene and his crew are awesome to work with!

I have never seen a more organized salvage yard much less for big trucks only. Truly caring people, if they don't have they'll find.at a good price. Free drinks and snacks. Take a self guided tour in one of their golf carts. They'll have your part ready regardless. Can't go wrong.PS I do seam to be employed by Mr Gene Baker Sr now LOL.

BUYER BEWAREBought a transmission from Carolina Truck Parts. The transmission was put into truck and found to be no good. CTP was contacted and informed transmission was bad, and that the mechanic broke his arm while removing it. Also, informed them we were just inside warranty expiration The employee verified that the call and info was true. Was guaranteed a refund w/ receipt upon return when mechanic could put pieces back together for return. Well, turns out, all lies. Promises were not kept. Paid $2000 for transmission and received only $500 when returned transmission was returned in same condition it went out in. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation....don't buy used junk parts, by a brand new transmission from Truck Pro.
