It was my first visit and I have to say that I will definitely be back!After initial phone call in the morning ,which was handled professionally , I was told that axle I'm looking for is still in the car and will be removed if wanted.I confirmed and head out to location for pick up which is 2 hours drive for me.When arrived it was short wait until I got assisted loading the part in my van which involved some manpower ! I'm very happy to find this place and will be using it in a future for all my parts needs for my shop!

I went to this business to get a part for my car on January 4th, 2024 I waited an hour but the three men that brought my part were friendly and Professional they put it in my car trunk for me and tied down good I'll be going back for more parts

They had the part I needed and didn't refuse to service me. Service clerk was accommodating to my individual part pull. Since I had to wait due to the weather..It would of been nice to be upsold on possible parts that may of been needed for the part I came in for...

The people at Barnette's were very friendly and professional. I needed to match a color and they took a picture to send to me. They also helped me decide if the part was the correct color. The part was replaced quickly at a price I believe was very fair. I left a very happy customer.

Been to them numerous times and had great service. Usually had anything I was looking for and their prices were always lower than other places. Another good part about it, is the workers. When they have someone out pulling a part for you, staying in the lobby and cutting up with their day to day gossip and chit chat made me forget about any time taken to get the parts I needed. I recommend going here before anywhere else!

Good deals on used parts and the parts are good to go. They are good for their word and honoring it. Eric is an awesome mechanic super helpful I'll be going back when I need parts for sure.

I went in today to get a part for one of my cars unfortunately they didn't have it but they looked and looked and looked and they were very cordial. Everybody was nice and it certainly doesn't represent what a salvage yard was back in the day (1980's) because back then people weren't as courteous as they were today. Very professional from the start and they gave me some good feedback on a number of other questions.Thank you,Mike

best recycler Ive found in yrs. Easy to work with, prices are great.They even text you with info. Shipping was fair and well boxed as well. Wish more places were this good at their trade. AAA+++

Took my niece to Barnett's. Where we call ahead, bout the used part. Arrive there and inside she pays with her credit card and told it would be an hour to pull the part, so we leave and return within that hour with the core and they said it would be another hour. Now!!! Knowing from experience this part only takes 20 mins to remove from a car. There's several other customers I'm talking with in the parking lot ,that are waiting long periods of time in the heat.

Called about a part, they said they had it. I drove over, swiped my card, told me they wouldnt bill it until i picked part up. I really dont like that, but thats their "Policy". I did this about 11:30amThey were "backed up", they told me to "give them a couple of hours" and they would call me. It started to get late, no call. So, about 3pm i called them: " We are working on it now, ol'buddy". So, i drive the 25 minute drive back over there, wait another 10 min or so for counter dude to call other dude on radio to find out "It broke when he tried to take it off". Now, what happened 35 minutes ago when they were supposed to be working on it. It was just a tail-light. A 5 minute removal for even a non-mechanic. I dont care to be lied to or flim-flamed. If its gonna be 15 hours, tell me its gonna be 18hrs. I am ok with whatever the reality of it is. Underpromise and overdeliver. If that concept doesnt make sense to you, then good business sense escapes you.

True rating 0 stars - Ripped off several thousand dollars. My daughter prepaid for a car repair. After 4 months of calling to get her car back she finally did, but it didn't work. Somehow the engine now needs replacing when it worked fine going in their door. Legal here we come.

I've worked with Barnett's a couple of times over the years, mainly on engines or parts for my kids's vehicles. I've been happy with their prices, service, and the work done in their shop. They've save me a lot of money.

I bought a engine for my 2006 chevy impala had to take the car back a few times. Car still not fixed. Can't even get anyone to listen to me..im still spending money on the engine. Someone needs to make this right.

Called about 4 times trying to speak to someone about purchasing a few parts for a vehicle -- to no avail. On one attempt they said they would call me back "a little later" but they never did. If only the people working there were as professional as their automated call waiting message. One star for horrible customer service.
