We had a good experience buying a used truck. We worked with Evan. Price was able to be negotiated. They made the repairs necessary to bring it up to DOT standards. There were some last minute repairs made that required us to wait but the service made up for that. Plus they made sure both fuel tanks were full.

It was late July this year,I checked in with a crack in windshield and bad brakes on a drum on my 2022 Kenworth on a Monday.Amanda,mentioned very were busy,should get to it on Wednesday.That day came,no entrance. The story was we cannot guarantee a date,we are shorthanded.I was given a ride back to my hotel room by Warehouse Mgr Jan,I think was her name.The Drivers breakroom was the best I have seen,even had free washer and dryer.Finally Friday rolls in,mysteriously they found all 4 brakes need replacing but replaced windshield,neglecting to reinstall my toll passes.They charged my company $1400! My Shop Mgr furious.It cost only $300 locally and they were going to charge $4000 for all brakes.I checked out hotel that day and was routed back to terminal in Fargo,ND for repairs and my company will NEVER do business here again,my Shop Mgr stated.I went to NC repair shop for engine issue the next month.Result truck purred like a kitten.

Came in late on Friday with some issues had them replace the carrier bearing, and 3 joints, later that day found the front differential to be shot. Ordered one and had it Monday morning. They stayed 3 hours late to finish the truck because I was in a hurry. The service manager is top notch and great to work with and to all the techs that worked on my truck great work. I ll make it a point to point guys your way in the area and schedule down time for y all to service my truck. Thanks again. Top notch service and cheaper than normal prices.

I was broke down and needed help on a Friday and Ross Moran the parts Mgr. Stepped up and went above and beyond to find the part I needed and help me get it within a few hours. Once the part was in they pulled my truck in the shop and now I get to spend the weekend with my family!

Are you freaking kidding me?? These guys are the BOMB! After a super subpar experience with a supposed roadside service kid, these guys got us in and repaired an airbag on our trailer....as quick as the possibly could. In the heat of the day, and covered in dirt!! Thanks Matt!

The worst ever purchased a used dump truck that they clean up and painted. To hide the hidden damage. After 8 times working the hidden damage came to light all I was offer after a bad Customer serviceFrom Steve mr. Alton my salesman boss. He would just pay for the labor. A cylinder that they wanted to repack cost 3500 with shipping and the one they found around the same place and they wont me to go to Columbia when I can get it fixed locally here. They wouldn't even offer to help with have the cost. So if you starting out my best bet would shop out of town and stay away from world wide in Charleston and elsewhere.

Had my truck over a week they said it was fixed picked up my truck and broke down before leaving facility. They fixed again next day drove 20 mins same problems. Few weeks later check engine light back and they want to charge just to hookup after losing a week of running plus over 3 grand in repairs. More details if u care ask. F paccar worldwide and trucking. So tired of the way they abuse use.

Please feel free to TRASH your $$$ with these folks on an estimate. Their labor rates are EXTREMELY high! For a job that they quoted me $2K I got another mechanic to quote me $600!!! Expensive lesson learned unfortunately!

Called to get service on a Kenworth truck, was told they don t work on trucks with Detroit engines in them. Service Dept told me to call Freightliner because you have to have special tools to work on Detroit. I laughed and said no problem. I never had a kenworth dealer tell me they don t work on their own make of trucks. Take your business elsewhere because the customer service sucks.

I am very pleased with the level of customer service provided by Tina. She kelp me informed on the truck status. She also found that the after service treatment was covered by warranty. I was like YEAH!

No parts in stock. Service was horrible. I can t wait a week for typical service work. Downtime kills!!I couldn t get a price on a new truck... the general manager said he doesn t price them, ask one of his sales people. Really??I m going to check with Peterbilt.
