Pretty horrible mechanics. The associate entered my make and model/color of car and the mechanics didn t bother reading or paying attention to what car they were supposed to put the tire on. Waited well over 3 hours just for them to put my tire on the wrong car. The associate working was nice but these mechanics have got to go! Oh and when my car was done, didn t bother letting me know. But, it s Walmart, can t expect anything positive.

The customer service from the young man is questionable. You can tell he doesn't like his job. Talks about issues of the job, customers, and coworkers out loud for all to hear. The manager and actual person working on my car are great!! Deserve a raise

I only gave one star to be able to leave a review - This location SUCKS !!! Phones don t work they send text telling you to call them knowing there phones don t work - and then act stupid when you come in upset -the last several times I ve gone there for oil change and tire rotation ( which I brought from them NEVER AGAIN ) takes 4 to 6 hours - after leave car for 3 hours I receive a text that I needed to contact them because of problem with serves but there phones don t work -call press 0 electrons department answers say they don t answer the phones you ll need to come in - I explained the situation - she left me on hold for 18 min I then hung up - when I arrived they said on that message is just saying one services is done and it s waiting on the 2 nd services .Which explains why it takes 6 hrs - You wait in line for 1st services then when it s complete - you are put at the back of the next service line ( mean while since you ve been in the 1st line 3 hours wait others ppl go ahead of you. I did I mention when I arrive the auto care manager is communicating via walkie take with others Walmart employe. LAMEST Auto services I have ever dealt with and I m no spring chic lol avoid this location for sure!!!Service: Oil change

Against my better judgement from past experience I purchased a set of tires online via Walmart. I made an appointment to have them mounted and balanced. I arrived at the appointed time and was told they couldn't find my appointment. Fortunately I had the text confirmation. No problem they said. We'll get you right in....45 minutes after my appointed time. On top of that the car vibrates so badly that my daughter's voice was shaking while talking to me on the phone. Now I either have to shell out $100 for someone competent to balance them or take the time and risk going back there and have them try do it correctly. Think I'll go elsewhere. You should too.Service: Tires

Completed the job but lacked everything bc as I was told, "didn't ask for it."Some consumers don't know and should be informed.Guest service was great. But drove off with issues which returned to have them fix after being told go to a garage instead...have been here all day for 6 hrs. 2/10 I wouldn't return.Services: Tires, Oil change

I bought 2 tires from Walmart online and set up an appointment to have them installed. The appointment was from 11 to 12, so I assumed they'd be done by noon. I was wrong! When I dropped the car off it wasn't busy and employees were standing around. After an hour and ten, they still hadn't started working on my car. I asked the one guy who was walking faster than a zombie, why my car wasn't started, and he gave me an attitude. So, I asked why they don't honor their appointments and he said they had to finish the walk-ins ahead of me. So, if you're reading this and thinking about making an appointment, don't bother; it doesn't make a difference. They finally pulled it in at around 12:30 and they had the slowest tech I've ever seen changing the tires. They must get paid by the hour because it took nearly an hour and a half before the car was done. I've had tires installed here several times over the years and it never gets any better. You'd think I'd learn my lesson and stop coming here, but I don't...Service: Tires

The guy in the auto center was great. Came in for an oil change. From drop off to pick up it only took an hour, which was easily spent browsing the aisles. And it was budget friendly!

I am beyond impressed with my trip to this Auto Care Center. I woke up to the nightmare of a flat tire. I rushed over to have my tire looked at as soon as I got off of work at 3:30pm. At first, the lady told me there were 4 cars ahead of me and they wouldn't be able to get to mine before they closed. Then, they expressed that they didn't want me to get back on the road with my flat tire with my little one and told me that the wait would be a while, but I would be their last car of the day. They removed not one, but two nails in my tire. I dont know any of the gentleman's names that worked on my car or the ladies that helped me at the counter, but I am sincerely grateful for their hard work and superb customer service. Thank you so very much for allowing me and my son to get back on the road safely.

I can t seem to understand why the lady at the desk made me wait an hour and a half. When I was the first one there I may add. Just to tell me what I needed they didn t have. Thanks Walmart one best way.

I can't thank Aynur and Arthur enough for helping me out with my car battery right before they were closing. I came in after calling there to have them check to see what type of battery I currently had as Aynur was not sure of what model fit my car. (the computer showed 2 different kinds) I was just expecting them to look at my old battery and if they didn't have the one I needed, I would have looked around elsewhere or if they did I would come back the next day. They went above and beyond in my time of need! They could of simply said come back tomorrow as they had other cars to finish and had been running behind. She installed my battery and I was off! Thank you so much!Service: Auto maintenance

I called 1 hr before they were closing to get a service performed a different walmart I purchased tires from weren't able to provide and they got me right in while I shopped. What impressed me was a gentleman came in with his kids looking for an oil change as well. Mark told him we're closing soon but we'll be more than happy to get you in and out. I was impressed! You don't get good, genuine service these days so I must say I will be coming back for more services from them.

Service is always slow. I expect an hour to hour and a half wait but today I got there at 3:30 because I found a nail in my tire and have road hazard through them and they tried to turn me away! Since I had road hazard with them they said they would do it but it would take over 2 hours. I said fine because I can't drive around like that. Anyway fast forward 3 hours and my tire was fixed. Apparently it was fixed a bit earlier but no one bothered to tell me. I'm not sure I'll buy my tires from Walmart next time. The price us great but the service is seriously lacking. Very disappointing.

I went to Walmart Auto Care for a oil change and it took 4 1/2 hours. It only should take 1 hour. I seen 2 mechanics and both were taking there time. I will be getting my oil changed somewhere else.

We went today to get the oil in my car changed. Upon arrival the clerk told us they were about to take their hour lunch and we would be the first ones in line upon their return. Didn t think it would be a big deal but ultimately it took 3 1/2 hours. At hour three I asked to speak with the manager because I could see my car sitting in the bay with the hood up. The manager got a technician who informed me there were only two of them and they had just gotten back from lunch. I will never sit though that again. I would understand if there were other customers before me but not just poor time management.

We checked in my husband's truck and then waited 1.5 hours before being told "oops, we don't have an oil filter for you". Perhaps that out to be something you automatically check when checking people in?Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Came in to get 2 tires on my daughter's car. Went we got here it didn't seem busy . We was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. So we decided to go ahead and get it done. Done some shopping at the store and came back to automotive to wait. Then the manager/ tire changer came in and said that he was about to take an hour long break. At this time it had already been an hour and a half. When I asked him about that he just walked away. ???? What kind of service "manager" is that? This is why I'll never do business with Walmart tire and lube "express" again.

I went to this location 3 consecutive days in a row to get the headlight changed; First day arrived at 6:40PM... Manager says We are closed . I asked for hours because the sign said 7:00PM... He replied we close down 20 minutes before close and by law cannot only operate with 1 technician.Next day arrived at 6:30; young lady at counter says, We re closed . She said that they usually stop taking cars at 5:30. I mentioned that yesterday the manager told me that they stopped about 20 minutes before closing. I then mentioned that she was standing right next to him when he told me that. She then said, we also only have one technician. I went out and took a video of two people working in the area and proceeded to call Walmart s customer service number. The representative, who identified herself as Lilian told me that she agreed that if they were supposed to close until 7, they shouldn t be closing until 7. She told me that she would pass the information along to the store, and I told her that I wanted someone to contact me. No contact as yet.Yesterday, went back again arrived at 6:25PM, Same young lady (as soon as she saw me) went to explain to someone that I d been here over the last few days. When she approached me at the counter she asked, are they working on your light? I told her that I was attempting to get it repaired and that I was checking again today. The other representitive told me that stopped taking cars at 6:00. I told her that this was the fourth different story line I had been given about when they close. She told me that if I came back again before 6 (even if it is 5 minutes before) they d get me in. The other young lady asked why didn t I try another Walmart? I told her that I raced to this one each day after work because it was the closest one to me. This level of service (if you want to call it that), is atrocious. Light is still not fixed, so I guess I ll finally have to go elsewhere .

Solid Walmart location - great prices, grocery and discount store supercenter. The auto department is good, but there can be a long wait for basic services.

Went this morning to get my tire repaired. I purchased the tire from there and also the warranty which would make the repair free. I have a very busy day so need to get this taken care of ASAP! Looked online, said they opened at 7. I got there right at 7 and they were closed. Waited 30 minutes and finally saw the manager start to open the bay doors and start cleaning up. After about 10 minutes, he opened the customer entrance door and propped it open. I finally went in and was told they don t open until 9. I told the guy it says 7 online and he laughed and said it s 9 and they should ve changed it. I didn t find it funny. I ve been up since 330 this morning and my tire is losing air and now I ve just wasted 45 minutes of my precious time only to be told to come back at 9. No thanks, I ll go somewhere else and pay for my repair instead of utilizing my warranty with Walmart. I d rather give my business to some place else!!

2 people working the entire shop and neither of them knew how to change a tire, than alone do any major work on a vehicle. Typical Walmart service. I used to work for Walmart decades ago and my manager at the time had them put on 4 new tires. When he came out to his car the next morning, all 4 tires were flat. That s the service they give their own managers, imagine the service they give t random customers.

I received a quick oil change which is always good; however, I felt as if they were a bit deceptive when they called me to pick up my car. The young lady advised that they found a nail in my tire. I asked if it could be patched. She called out to someone and asked if it could be patched and was told "no because the nail is in the side wall and a new tire is needed". I advised I'd have my husband take a look at it. When I picked up my car, I inspected the tire. The screw was no where near my side wall. In fact, the screw was smack dab in the middle of the tread. I felt like Walmart was trying to deceive me to sell me a new tire. Upfront and honest...that is all we ask for as consumers.

Was told I had 4 cars ahead of me for an oil change at 1130am...its now 1:27 pm and my car hasn't been touched. When I asked the Auto Care Center Manager about it, I was told I still have 1 car ahead of me....its taken 2 hours to do 3 oil changes?????

A bit mixed feelings. Just remember to be here by 8 am. So when the service department opens at 9, you won't be behind 3 hrs worth of services. They should hire more service techs (and pay them a competent wage). I know Walmart is getting more automated/self-service oriented, but there will always be a need for competent service technicians. It'll be a few more years before AI...

I had keys made for my home and car. The staff member who assisted me was extremely kind and thoughtful. I am disabled and she assisted with getting the keys off of my ring and returning them to my original key ring. I absolutely recommend anyone who needs additional keys for their home or car that has the special battery Clicker to use the Walmart on Dorchester Road. I'm sorry I did not get her name but she did a great job.

Trash here for an oil change sitting since 930 it is now 1140 I was 3rd in line! I expect maybe by 12 car will be done. They take lunch at 1 so I assume they do 5 oil changes and take a lunch. Tough life. I have worked at 3 diff oil change places with the same pit set up as them never took longer than 30 mins for an oil change and on average 15-20. Step it up walmart even if it's one guy working I can get one done in 25 mins max by myself.

I was 7th car on Sunday, at 9am to get oil change and tire rotation. I did not receive a call of the tire treads until 1130am. I had to get new tires and still the oil change was not completed. It is now 1pm and I have not left Walmart. I was not informed to drop off car. This service was awful.

I bought 2 new tires for my wife's car, and also purchased the lifetime balancing service. The tires seemed good, but the first time my wife went on the highway, she complained of severe front-end shuddering. I took the car back in, and it took over 3 ounces of weights on each wheel to correct the balance. Clearly the tires were never balanced when installed. And since there was no damage to either wheel, excessive weight to balance is usually an indication of poor quality tires.
