Purchased tires and made an appointment to have 2 rear tires mounted. When I got to the shop they were confused about where the tires I ordered were, but did locate them and then told me it would be about an hour. They called me an hour later and said they couldn't get a lug nut off, so they were not able to replace one of my tires. Not sure why a TIRE CENTER is incapable of removing a lug nut. I asked them and did not get a straight answer. My boyfriend recently had both tires removed to change a sensor and had no issues - the tire tech must have stripped the lug nut while trying to remove it. When I explained this, they walked away from me, and also refused to pick up their phone for my boyfriend who was waiting on hold to speak with them (I was calm and nice throughout the ordeal, so this treatment is unnacceptable). It took another hour to mount and balance 1 tire. I was not offered any break on the price, and was told their investigative team would look into it. Immediately after, I was able to go to Hay Tires 2 minutes down the road, who removed the stripped lug nut, mounted and balanced the tire, and replaced the bad lug nut all for $30 within 30 min and friendly, competent service. I should have known better than to trust Walmart employees to attempt work on my car. This staff needs to learn how to use their brains and their tools. Would not recommend, and will not be using them again.

Literally horrible. Showed up at 1:00 on Saturday for them to tell us that they were taking no more services for the day, and to come back tomorrow. Came back at 7:00AM sharp and no one was at the service desk until 7:40AM. Told they did not have my tire in stock even though it shows available online. Do not come here, 10/10 horrible customer service and service in general, and no one cares because it s Walmart.

Great technicians, not so great employees at the s service desk. Won t answer the phone, messed up my work order. Would go back only because they are significantly cheaper than anywhere else, just make sure to pay online so they don t mess your order up.

I called three different walmart auto care center locations to check on the price to get a tire put on the rim and mounting and balancing, no one ever answered the phone even after being transfer by customer service. With no success of the cost I decided to go to the store. I walk up to the auto care center and ask the cost of tire mounting and balancing and her reply was that she couldn't preform the service due to shortage on technicians. I ask the time they closed she said 7 o'clock looked at time and it's was 4:30. Walmart auto care centers are horrible for tire services. I did try another location and believe it or not the same thing again, only 230 and can't get service done due to not enough service technicians and they don't close till 6. Finally went to national tire and battery, they were the best, they fulfilled all my needs that day within an hour. I will never again go to Walmart auto care center they had me so frustrated and left with no answers or no one to talk to.. answer the phone....auto care center people call to get information so they don't make a trip to the store to be told they can't do a 45 minute tire change bc not enough technicians. Don't waist your time at Walmart for tire service, poor service.

What s the point of having a phone number to call when they never answer? Made an appointment yesterday (Saturday) to bring my car in today but come to find out they cancelled my appointment and never gave me a call notifying me and now they still won t answer the phone. Horrible customer service communication

Do not use this store! I scheduled an appointment to have 3 tires installed. I received a confirmation text the day before my appointment. When I arrived, I was notified that they were not able to perform the service, because they could not calibrate their equipment. I was told they had this issue for a couple of days. When I asked why I received an appointment confirmation the day before if there equipment was not working, the manager said "oh, that's my bad". He suggested I go somewhere else. I agree with him. The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. Honestly, it's the best service I've had anywhere in a while. Service is first come, first serve- no appointments. I picked up a screw/nail in my tire and noticed it on Saturday night. All tire shops in the area were closed on Sundays except for walmart. I needed the repair/replacement done right away. Due to the fact that Walmart was the only place open and there were many other people with the same issue getting tires fixed that day, the wait was kind of long, like time warp long. Anyway, ended up with two new tires and my worries resolved. FYI - if you have the option to drop your car off and leave it there, I would.

If you need immediate, professional and caring tire service this is the place to go! They were about to close and I was in a terrible situation. My boyfriend stabbed my tire and I was going to be driving 12 hours with my puppy north. John the Service Manager did not blink an eye to help me! He found me an affordable (compared to what I could have paid down the road at the other tire place), but durable all season tire. He had his technician Ben stay and do the work - which included emptying my car which was fully loaded with all I owned to get to the tire with the rim in the compartment below. They balanced it, test drove it and checked the air in all my tires to ensure my dog an I would have a safe drive! They wouldn t even take a tip! Neither of them!! These two men were my angels that day. They cared! Unfortunately, my boyfriend committed suicide 4 days later. I will always be grateful for these two Walmart employees! Give them each a raise!

Come here if you have 7 hr for oil change, 3 tire installation and ready to explain what needs to be done 100 times. Attended at desk don t know how to use computer. I made a appointment in Walmart app and when I go to desk lady says I didn t make any appointments and we don t take appointments I showed her check in barcode she looked at me like I came from a different planet. I ended up have to give here all my information again TWICE because she didn t know how to use computer.

1st time 2 days to get a single tire. 2nd time wrong tire, so I had to wait for that to be corrected. Customer service know ones there no customer service

I would give 0 if I could. Took over hour to plug a tire. Only two cars in shop and both needing plugs. The workers were more concerned with sitting around and texting than working.

Short review: After multiple wrong oil changes, dirty cars, permanent marker marks in my car, loose dipstick and oil cap, and 9 miles mysteriously put on my during the last oil change, I will not be coming back.Long review:The ladies at the auto desk are always pleasant and polite, and then it goes downhill. I can deal with the 3+ hour wait times, it's still a great deal to get a full synthetic oil change for under $50. But after multiple incidents where they didn't put in the oil I had asked for, they've left the dipstick and oil cap loose causing oil to spray all over the engine, they got my seats super filthy (I understand dealing with oil is dirty, but at least put plastic down or something for vehicles with very light color cloth seats, and quickly wipe off the grease and oil stains on the doors and steering wheel), and this last time they got a big black sharpie marker on the inside of my car - on the dash behind the steering wheel. I understand, mistakes happen, and the employees were polite, but no-one even apologized and that added a good extra 30 minutes, and I ended up mostly having to get the stain off myself. I was able to overlook all of that but then as I was about to leave the Walmart parking lot I realized that the numbers didn't add up, and someone had put 9 miles on my car. As mentioned, the employees have always been very polite to me, but it would end up being cheaper and faster, or at least much less of a hassle, for me to go elsewhere, or just continue doing it myself.

literally been sitting here for over 3 hours to get an oil change and they only had one person in front of me. my car hasn't even been brought in yet... also theres no one inside so i cant even ask for my keys back to leave. save yourself the headache and getting annoyed and go somewhere else.

I wish I can give less than this. They keep me waiting for hours and had really bad Attitude like they didn t care about customer or their job manager was also like that I had great experience at the Walmart at dorchester road people are nice there here no caring and so much rude and careless and irresponsible behavior I will complain to corporate office too They got us tires with lifetime flat repair coverage so no choice then Walmart .don t get into that specially for this Walmart

Do not get vehicles worked on here they do horrible work and have terrible customer service. Took my truck in to get a tire patched due to it losing air very quickly. I explained to them that it was losing air and needed to be put on a jack or something to keep the weight off of it until they could work on it. My vehicle was left sitting as is for over 4 1/2 hours and had to get a new tire. Horrible customer service at the auto service counter the middle aged lady there was incredibly rude to me and several other customers. Do not recommend whatsoever this place is laughing stock for simple repairs let alone anything of any significance. They also have hours listed wrong they close at 6 but have it posted online at 7

Person who was changing them kept walking around in circles looking lost like he did not know what to do. I take it that Walmart hires anybody in this dept. (probably in any dept). It took him almost 30 mins on one tire, Someone with more experience had to end up helping him. For future ref. if an employer does not know what to do, give them more training or don't have them working on people's car. They can definitely mess something up if they don't have proper training. Also, the back tire is already going flat.

Despite hearing the horror stories of people leaving and not having oil put in their vehicle, I still gave them a chance. I asked them to simply plug a tire and do an oil change. When I came back they decided to put a brand new tire on my car without my consent, the tire could clearly be patched or plugged even the tech stated that it could be. The lady or with the short hair was very short with me. They put the old tire on but put the tire on backwards ( rotation tire ) . I will say the lady at the desk was very nice though .all in all terrible service and won t be going back .

I wish there were negative stars -one star is too good for this place! I went in and asked for and paid for 4 Goodyear viva tires. 1 and 1/2 hours later, I get in my car to leave and my low tire light is on, I tell the only person that approached me from the shop and he tells me "just drive it around a bit, it needs to reset itself" I drove it home about 5-6 miles, The low tire light stayed on so we checked the tire pressure 2 tires only had 20 lbs of air. As we are filling them up we notice we got Douglas tires NOT the Goodyear tires I paid for. The tire shop is closed by then so I went in Saturday morning and told them of their error and after 15 minutes or so their offer was "I could wait 3 to 4 hours to have them changed out or they would pay me back the difference in price, with no explanation as to how or why it happened or "sorry we'll get it rectified Now". So I took the difference in price as to not have to deal with this place any longer. Just beware.

I went here to get a tire replaced. Fast friendly service. And they were knowledgeable on TPMS sensors and which ones would work in which rims. And which ones would not. They did to work for a good price. Sometimes it does take them a little longer than other places. But more times than not they seem to have the proper protective equipment and take their time to prevent injuries.

I was a little skeptical about coming here after the reviews but I decided ti take a chance with an oil change. the lady at the counter was like it s an about an hour to hour and a half wait time. I said ok cus they was was the only ones with short times. I asked if I could wait in my car until they pull it back cus I just got off work and was really tired. She said that was fine and they would come wake me when it s time. 30 mins later I was greeted by Ken saying since their tire machine was down and everyone ahead of me was all tires he can go ahead and take me in since I was sleepy. I thought that was very nice of him. Ken had me in and out within 20 mins!! He was very kind and explained to me about my filter. So if u come here for an oil change see ken!!

Went in for two new tires and oil change. They found the tires I needed still loaded on the delivery truck. Got everything taken care of quickly and were super nice to deal with. Will be back for future oil changes.

Dropped my daughter's car off at 1pm for a tire change. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes. My husband called around 3pm several times to see if it was ready. He was hung up on 3 different times. I then called 3 times and was on hold for a total of 45minutes. A person from another department actually walked back to TLE and finally they answered the phone. She told me that it was ready for pickup and that they had been trying to call us!!!!!! That never happened!We get there and the car had not been touched!!!! OMGI was just sickened by the lack of professionalism at Walmarts TLE. The manager said it's walmart, what do you expect?Well, that's enough said right there!My daughter was to leave for work in 30minutes with a bad tire! A nurse to boot for pete sake!!We drove the car over to NTB Tire and Service Center at 4:50pm, they close at 5pm. The manager was super helpful and kind. Daughters car ready at 5:15pm.Lesson~ Never take your car to Summerville Wal-Mart's TLE. Choose wisely and take it to NTB!!!

An absolute waste of time. Most reviews complain about the CPT wait experience. However, I witnessed many techs working hard on their cell phones in the parking lot while they made under the table arrangements with customers.

My tire pressure light came on and went right to this Walmart, reviews are kinda all over the place but my experience was good. Guy put air in the tires and light went off bam in and out.

Worst possible experience!! Brought in a tire to get patched and they all looked puzzled! They said they didnt know if they could fix it "because it was on my side wall". The nail was in the center tread. It took them 2 hours to fix it and four people looking at it (after they all got done talking about their weekend). Will NEVER come back!

Left the oil cap on my engine loose. By the time I had noticed this the damage had already been done. Went back and complained, they "topped" my oil off (3 quarts) and sprayed off my engine, and said it was fine. When I walked over to my car I popped the hood and found the cap waaaay looser than the first time around. Because of their stellar work, I had to get several valve seals replaced, the cowl, and the timing belt. I would definitely recommend walmart to my last manager, and the neighbor that shot my dog with a bb-gun.
