Everything was seamless. Richie Cavanaugh is the absolute BEST .made this purchase happen! The car itself is a gem! The Ford Edge is the perfect vehicle for me. I was in search of a mid size pick up truck. My sales & leasing consultant was Andre Williams. I was greeted when I arrived. Andre was very professional & very knowledgeable. I test drove a 2024 Maverick XLT Hybrid. Silver Metallic in color. I was a little hesitant to go with a hybrid vehicle. But after taking a test drive & asking Andre several questions, I was sold on the Maverick XLT Hybrid vehicle. All paperwork was completed in a timely manner. I m pleased with my purchase.

My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was very easy to schedule, got one for 8:00 Friday morning, I was there at 7:15 and in adult 7:30 Courtney was my service rep. Check in was short and she had me in the lounge in just a couple minutes, they recommended an engine and cabin filter change she came to me and asked if I wanted it done to which I said yes, just a short time later she came to tell me the car was ready, since I had a service contract on our 2020 EDGE there was no charge, the points I had accumulated on FORD Pas paid for the filter changes was on my way home in just over an hour. Thank you Courtney!!

Got a problem with my F150. Called the parts department and talked to Billy. He was very helpful listening to my issue. He told me that the parts I needed were in stock. I told him I was heading his way. The parts were pulled and waiting on the counter for me. I call that GREAT service. I had questions when I got there. Even though it was a Monday and he was busy he still took time out to make sure that I understood what I was doing.Appreciate you Billy!!

Having bought a vehicle from Summerville Ford before I thought this would be the best place to go. Met up with Billy Sweeney, right from the start it was a good fit, stated want Iesa was looking for in a truck w/ options, Billy was very knowledgeable on this , showed us what was on the lot, narrowed the vehicles down, took us out for drives . We than got with Managers Teresa Fletcher and Tony Wagner, great people to work with. These professionals went over everything , including being sure this was what wanted than made it happen. My wife and I were very pleased to have worked with Billy, Teresa and Tony. Thank you all for being the best of the best.

Julie Weathers was exceptional again. This experience with Summerville Ford was night and day better than my first visit. They got me in immediately and got the truck repaired and back to me in 2 1/2 days. Was still pricey but I will take that over 3 weeks in the shop like the first visit. This is how it should be. I highly recommend Summerville Ford! They not only have a great facility with very helpful staff, but also work with you to get what you want. Youlanda was an amazing salesperson and always available. She was never an aggressive salesperson at all and listened to what I wanted. I own a growing landscape business and will definitely be back to purchase another truck. Not only was Youlanda outstanding but Elvis, yes I said Elvis, worked magic for me to get the lowest interest rate I ve had in years! She told me he was a miracle worker and Youlanda was right. He worked hard to get me in the best truck for the work I do plus getting me great financing. I m extremely happy with my experience at Summerville Ford and will recommend them to everyone I know. I left with a smile on my face, and saw many others do the same on a Wednesday at the beginning of the year. Go here first if you are looking for a great vehicle with no haggle!

Joseph is a fantastic salesman. We didn t feel any pressure at any point during our car shopping experience. He assisted us in test driving a couple different trim levels for comparison so that we could be completely confident in what the differences were. Since the purchase , Joseph has followed up with us several times just to check in and make sure that we re happy with and enjoying our purchase. We had a very positive experience and I strongly recommend Joseph and Summerville Ford!

My experience with Joseph Rivera from Saturday, December 16th, until now has been phenomenal. After entering my previous vehicle into service, Joseph was the first person on the sales for to greet me. I told Joesph what I was there for, he got things started on my journey to my new vehicle. He brought Elvis in to better explain the availability of the 2023 F150 Limited I was in search of to replace my 2019 F150 Limited. On Thursday I picked up my vehicle with a seamless transition. Never had a better car shopping experience than with Summerville Ford. I live in Jacksonville, FL and was skeptical about conducting such a transaction virtually but Billy Sweeney and team put all my worries at ease. Probably the best customer service and communication experience I ve ever received. The personal attention given and the effort to get me the fairest deal for our vehicle was unreal. My wife and I had an amazing car buying experience at Summerville Ford. When we arrived on the lot, Billy, our car salesman, greeted us with friendly smile, inquired about our needs, and listened attentively. Billy's knowledge of our vehicle was very impressive, and this reassured us that we made the right choice. Elvis, the General Sales Manager, truly is in a class by himself!! He treated us like VIPs and made sure we were well taken care of. To seal the deal, Johnny walked us through the financing and warranty protections and encouraged us to call him with any questions we might have. I made an appointment to see a vehicle. When I got to my appointment, we were greeted quickly, the vehicle was ready and waiting for me, and the carfax was available for me to look at. The salesman was kind and knowledgeable. Everyone was knowledgeable. Even the financing manager was able to help me with questions about features on the vehicle. When I took my trade in the next day, they again greeted me and answered more questions I had about the vehicle features. It was an overall wonderful experience.

Since I can only give 5 Stars, I think it's important to leave my amazing experience at my local Summerville Ford Dealership on 3/29/24. These four employees, John, William, Tony and Steve went above and beyond to get me out of a very bad interest rate and into one I Never dreamed of having. It took some time but these guys delivered me a car I never thought I'd be driving off the lot, it even surprised them. And they have made me a lifelong Summerville Ford Customer. Summerville ford has yet to let us down. We have gotten 4 cars there and they are always so prompt. Wes and Andrew are the most knowledgeable and are not pushy sales men, Elvis was amazing and looked at every deal to get us into your dream cars. I took my car to have diagnostics ran and that is all. I was told 3 to 5 business days. There was very little communication from the service writer. I had to initiate all contact. A simple text or phone call stating what was going on would have been great. They kept my car for 2 weeks. I understand it is hard to find people to work, but customer service and communication are still important. Fortunately the manager Curtis was able to assist me quickly when I needed my car back right away.

I remain very appreciative of Summerville Ford for the car buying experience I had in purchasing my Ford Explorer a few months ago. Derrick Ligon - Sales and Leasing Consultant was wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. The sales manager, I believe his name is Elvis, was humorous but a straight shooter which I appreciated. Between the efforts of both of them, I felt I got a good deal on my Explorer. The rest of the staff that I dealt with including Adrienne in finance were friendly, patient and all were very professional. I remain very happy with my purchase and the buying experience.

Amber was fantastic! Wouldn t recommend anyone else to buy a car or truck from. I first reached out to Amber looking for a new F250. They only had one and it didn t fit our needs. She said she would reach out to me if she ever got another new F250 in stock, fitting our needs.Well almost two weeks later, I get an email from Amber asking if I would be interested in this truck they just received. I was blown away that she actually contacted us back. I can t tell you how many dealerships I have talked to looking for a truck and they never call back.She did almost everything over the phone with me. Walked me step by step. We put our deposit down over the phone to hold the truck till Friday. When we arrived the truck was ready to go, test drove immediately, she walked us through every feature on the truck and all we had to do is just sign paperwork. In and out.We couldn t be more happy with our purchase and all of the help from Amber. She could have sold the truck to anyone but she thought of us.If your shopping at Summerville Ford you need to talk to Amber!

The best description of the service department we received from Summerville Ford is excellent. The service representative listened to us, took in the vehicle and kept us informed of the status of the work and time values for the repairs. They went above and beyond in getting the diagnostics done on our vehicle and getting the work completed. We have purchased vehicles and had maintenance done at two other Ford dealerships in the Charleston area and after buying a vehicle and a very positive experience with the service department at Summerville Ford, we are confident it is the best in sales, service, mechanical expertise, and quality in every way. We are blessed to be their customer and we highly recommend Summerville Ford.

This service department bills your warranty yet doesn t do the work. I have a fuel filter and air filter on my truck that has never been changed or recommended to be changed. They didn t even change my oil this last time . I am lucky my son looked my truck over because it want running right due to no air or fuel flow..

I made an appointment to get my car serviced and new brakes, I got there early, told them I would wait for the car. They warned me it would take all day.It took about 3.5 hrs and was more reasonably priced than I expected. So it was faster and cheaper. They were pleasant and very communicative. I would highly recommend them and go back anytime!
