Very happy with my service done here. I wasn't able to make it in before closing to pick up my Jeep before the weekend, but they made an exception for me to come in after hours for pick up. Try doing that at any other big corporate business shop. Alignment was spot on and staff was friendly.

I brought my Avalon into southern alignment because someone referred them to me and I am glad I did. I had kiefer work on my car and the guy is great at what he does. I know my car had some long due repairs which doesn t make it easy when you leave things but he got it done promptly. These guys are friendly and honest. Don t waste your time with other shops before going here.

Friendly people. Not great at big jobs.They'll on to your vehicle longer than communicated.Then they'll rush the job and do a poor job.My windshield wiper fluid has stopped working ever since they did work in the engine bay and dashboard.Also there were other loose connections I was able to reconnect.Maybe they're fine for oil changes

Ben and his technician were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the initial phone call. I had my rear brakes replaced and an oil change. No major work was needed, but I will definitely come back if I need anything done to my vehicle. Great place and very efficient!!

George and the skinny white guy can fix anything. They won't let you down. They have a Toyota white hawk on display also. Only one in North America. A true Toyota racing icon! You won't be disappointed.

Always great work done at this place and friendly mechanics!Really enjoy talking with Ben when I drop off my vehicle, as he often tells me what exactly they are doing with my vehicle, and also answering questions I have thoroughly, and giving his recommendations on parts and repairs!

I got a dodge ram, 3500 They built the front end front alignment. They did everything that I expected and more. They are fantastic.Very trustworthy and very affordable they got all my service from now on

I went to Southern Alignment and Brake at the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed. Even though I was only working over the telephone, Ben was very welcoming. I told my story of how I went to another shop first, and wanted a second opinion on fixing my air conditioning in my Chevy Colorado. Ben empathized with me and got me a quote on how they would fix my system. Their price was more than fair and made total sense. I arranged an after hours drop off with Ben. Their work was fast and I got my truck back in less than 48 hours on short notice. Because of my work situation, Kiefer stayed after hours to arrange pickup. We talked about the repair and even talked about past services for my friend. I appreciated his kindness and knowledge. I fully expect to bring my next automotive issue here to be repaired and will not go to a national chain again. Thanks guys!

i dropped my truck off, after no other shop would work on it nor had availability to, i dropped off my truck and by the time i got home (35 min ride) they called back an told me truck was ready to be picked up. great service!!!!

Excellent service, getting my alignment done was easy and professional I was really impressed! Ben & Kiefer are both AMAZING! This auto shop is like a specialist that treats everyone's vehicles as if it is their own. They are amazing at finding an issue that multiple mechanics could not diagnose prior. The mechanics carefully listen to what you tell them and then they are detailed in finding an issue that most mechanics would not take the time to research. Our son had multiple issues with his car and almost got rid of it because no other shop could find the exact problem. Southern Alignment took the time to resolve each issue that he had and at a cost that he could afford. Ben and Dave are my go to guys when it comes to maintenance on my 4 cars.They tell me when I need work...and more importantly, tell me when I don't need work. Nice to know they understand the retired life and limited funds for car maintenance.

My older Toyota Landcruiser sat on their lot for MONTHS as I waited paaaatiently for the AC to be fixed. What a run around of conflicting stories of why it couldn t be properly and eventually repaired- Part can no longer be ordered, one of our guys is trying to make one in the evenings, and etc .The story of the day was often the story told by Ben two weeks before as if they, Ben and the owner, Dave, were lost in time. Upon being pressed at the start of the 4th month, I felt as if my vehicle had been hijacked. It was a bizarre experience. Finally, I was told it had been addressed in the only way possible, with cold air only blowing on high or totally turned off. I accepted that as it is a 98 truck, I believed what they told me, and I needed it back. When I was told it was ready and went to pick it up, though, it did not work .no cool air! I turned down the offer to add Freon and etc and left with my LC blowing hot air on high. I did request upon leaving for Dave, the owner, to call me. Did he ever? No, and it s been months. Never once did I get impatient, angry or upset until TODAY. The truck has been parked waiting for cool weather since no AC kept it off the road. But, today it is fixed after only a couple of days with MICHAEL TUPPER. He has called to communicate he s replaced the resistor, added Freon, located a leak in the AC compressor, and replaced it with a new one. And, all parts were obtainable! I m astounded and thinking, Really, Ben and Dave, at Southern Tire & Alignment! Never will I return, and please, don t call me now as I am totally disgusted and it has been months!

I recently got my oil changed at a Toyota dealership and was told that my brakes were getting critically low, I also was concerned I needed a tire alignment. After finding out the cost, I immediately declined their offer and started googling different places. After seeing such great reviews, I decided to stop by on my day off. Not only did they immediately assist me, but were very welcoming. The technicians are honest and told me the truth. I could ve been preyed upon for money being clueless about cars and continuing the service I walked in for, but they didn t. They told me I had about 4 months left on my brakes and wasn t due for an alignment. Honesty goes a long way, and I will be giving recommendations and coming back!Service: Brakes

Extremely great customer service. Excellent work on my truck. They squeezed me into a busy day, and got my alignment, and tire balance/rotation done quickly. Absolutely recommend, and I will be back for any of my vehicles alignments.

Great place, really nice people. Although they call themselves Alignment and Brakes, I think they do pretty much everything. My car had a coolant leak which was coming from the radiator. Difficult location but it s fixed now and I will go back to them if my car has another problem.

The staff was wonderful ,knowledgeable, and professional. They were very apologetic that I had to wait for service from an outside vendor. Their work was completed timely and correctly. Southern Alignment offers great prices and excellent customer service. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. It appears the staff genuinely cares about taking care of your car. I have been to many places where I had to return repeatedly because the staff did not primarily address the issues of the car. Highly recommend Southern Alignment!
