Had a new stereo system with backup camera installed in my Toyota Tacoma. Turned out perfect. Looks just as good if not better than factory. 100% satisfied!

This place obviously needs more staff (maybe new staff). I really wanted a quality sound system and a business who knew what they were doing. Soundworx has good ratings ... BUT they stopped picking up phone calls and not returning my email/Google/web inquiries. If their communication system is as weak as what they've shown me, they're not worth my time or money either. Seek elsewhere. Hope this helps.

I will say these guys are the best installers in the area. They will produce the best sounding stereo system throughout the entire lowcountry area. Not to mention the honesty, hard working people there. There was an issue with my door and wiring that they had to do extra work on, I asked David how much do I owe you for the extra work, he said nothing. Now that's great customer service and is why I'll be a life time customer. This is already my 3rd time going there. Great Job Sound Worx

Great customer service. Went above and beyond to get my Lincoln MKZ cd player installed. Took a process to get the new factory CD player from Ford and they got it done and quickly too. There Google chat really worked well. They will now handle all my car audio needs.

David and his staff did a great job with my 1968 Pontiac GTO, obviously I was very worried about it being done right because it s a vintage car, but I was very happy with the results. Thanks again David and his staff.

David and his crew are awesome! We called to schedule a sound system install, and he got us in immediately. He was done in a few hours, and couldn t see a single spot where he had been to run the wiring. Turns out the equipment was faulty, so we came back in the next day to figure it out, and he was able to fix it quickly. Asked him what I owed him for the extra work, and told me it was on the house. Rare to find honest and hard working folks nowadays. Highly recommend these guys to anyone. They also have u-haul s available! Thanks again guys!! I will be back.

One of the best ! David was a great person and professional answered all of my questions. Had my factory radio replaced service was excellent. Went back a day later and had a back up camera installed. Great place would go back and will recommend.

Not Happy!!! I paid you good money to have my radio installed correctly... Functions on my steering wheel didn't work and the place where my phone mic was installed no one could hear me... You mentioned you were going to do some research, and get back with me... It's been over 3 weeks or so and I haven't heard from you yet... I guess a refund is out the question???? I'm tired of getting the run around... It's a shame you're that busy and don't want to take care of your customers...

This bunch is great at this location!! Need sound?!! Not a huge operation but they do pretty good from what I could see! These guys here are loaded with patience and non pushy sales attitude.Where U-Haul on the phone (1-800 bla BLA) gets an F for customer service Calls disconnect, telephone employees, all passing the buck not knowing how to fix things, people afraid to commit to fixing the issue, and no return calls after call dropped during customer service. ONE guy after 3 hours (0930-1130) and VERY long 30-50 minute hold times,. Found a way to get a customer service manager on the phone.... She fixed it in like 2 minutes. Badabing! Push the staples button that sh!t was easy!!Sound worx location employees that handle U-Haul? ......... AWESOME FROM BEGINNING TO END!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

David was great. Brought my fordexpedition in because head unit stopped working. He brought it in the back and fixed it within 15 minutes.Honest and reputable.When I need any car stereo needs I will be using SoundWorx.

I had a JL Audio 10 inch speaker and amp installed in my Ford F-150 and the service was the best price in the lowcountry I could find. Service was excellent and the system sounds perfect. I wouldn't have anyone else but Soundworx install a system in my vehicles after the quality service I received for a great price. Boat, Car, Truck or anything you could put a stereo system in, this is the place to go. Thanks David for your outstanding work and I plan on doing more business with you in the future.

A Shady Installation shop through lies, short comings, cutting corners, and bad installs. Dave known to cut corners to save money has done terrible installs when taken to other people shown me that it was terrible not to mention not matching the guage wiring with my amp that potentially could ve totaled my car. The biggest one is not receiving my warranty Mojo that he has lied to me about to make more money. Go to Swift Not here

I am honestly blown away. They contract with Uhaul and I used their location to return my Uhaul box truck. After having an absolutely atrocious experience with Uhaul, each person I interacted with at this business was professional, willing to help, and just downright nice. If you are looking to work with an honest, good business, this is it.
