In my professional opinion as an auto tech, this branch of parks auto parts has the very best staff. They are always helpful, always the best and most expedient service available, and have a very knowledgeable staff. I've been using them for over twenty years and would rather use the trolley road location than any other.

Bought a grease gun there this afternoon, broke on the first fitting. Tried to return it the same day and they said they would only replace the part and not return the brand new tool I had just bought from there. Save time and money and buy from a reputable location. Small stores wonder why they get beaten out by big box stores.

I was working on a friends Ford when I need some specialty hardware, Jason went above and beyond to run down what I needed and had it all there with in a few hours. They were able to keep my repair on track. Thanks again!

Parks Auto Parts is my new go to for all my car needs. I needed a battery for my car today and walked and and got great customer service.Very helpful,very well informed.Shout out to Jason who could not have been more helpful . Will recommend this store to everyone! Thanks again Jason!

Store was organized very well and good deal on most parts. Clearance items available!! Just ask the helpful staff over the phone or in store. I would recommend to anyone.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They searched and searched for the battery terminal I needed and when they didn't have it in stock they searched and searched for an alternative that worked. You guys really went above and beyond for a $5 sale. I will be recommending Parks to everyone!

The store on Trolly is alot more customer centered in the store. I went in this store and I think they should get rid of the stools behind the couter. The employees seem to have a hard time disconecting their butts from them to help. They are more concerned about the trucks going out for deliveries.

They sold me some parts to put on my wife's car. It lasted about 3 months and went bad and they told me that I had to buy new ones since I didn't have a receipt

When I ask if Trans X is carried, I'd prefer to just receive a 'yes', a 'no', or a 'Here's our equivalent'. I'd prefer to not receive a blank stare for 3+ seconds, as if I'm speaking Klingon.
