Young lady wrote down several tire choices for me while getting oil changed. Had trouble getting truck aligned and advised me to go to Toyota dealership. Appreciate honesty. Tires did rub fenders. I went home and shaved the fenders. So far so good on the tires. Very smooth ride and quiet ride. Thanks for the advice and help. Shout out to Ty as well!

10/10 recommend. Becca, Karen, and Ty were all super helpful! I love that they didn't try to push me into anything specific, but they explained options and costs. That professionalism, coupled with the fact that they're all fun and entertaining to talk to. Thank you, guys, for the great experience this afternoon! Will be back.

One of the most basic tasks a tire technician must be able to do is to properly thread a wheel nut onto a lug. Everyone knows immediately when you cross thread nut. The proper thing to do is to back it off and carefully thread it back on properly.Unfortunately, one of the employees here instead decided to just keep tightening with the air impact wrench until he had completely destroyed both wheel nut and lug threads. I have contacted the manager and while actively trying to weasel out of it as these places often do, he told me to bring it in. Will update review.Update: given how easy it is to replace the lug that was damaged, I just went ahead and replaced it myself. Not worth the hassle for a $2 part. No I will not call your consumer solutions department lol sounds like you got a problem.

My son who was visiting from NC had a flat tire from the valve, and it would of taken 5-10 minutes to change. We had the tire with us. He needed to return home and they just brushed us off stating too busy and shorthanded. Several of the stalls were empty. This was on a Friday two hours before closing. Never will return there!

With absolutely nobody else here. It took 3 hrs to plug my tire because the tire guys wife cheated on him last night and he was to busy talking to the other mechanic in the shop about it. I will never be back!!!

In the past I had great service, I scheduled tire work a few days out. I got to the shop and they said they wouldn't do it. Complete waste if time...

These guys are excellent. I was passing through, and had a flat. These guys put the spare on for me so I could make it to an event. The tire wasn't patchable because of sidewall damage, and they got me a great price on a new one. When I got back they put the wheel on my car, and put the spare up for me. Thank you again!

Came in to get my car checked for abs light, when they was done my check light was on an my speed odometer wasn't working.. took it 3 other places before here an didn't leave with additional problems

I would definitely give 0 stars if I could.First of all, NTB is no longer NTB it's Mavis and works on Mavis pricing and policy. They have not announced this, there is no signage, and the website is misguiding.The manager of the store is verbally upset about how the change of ownership has been handled and is taking it out on customers while he sits with his feet up on the counter while he is talking to you.NO LONGER NTB, ITS MAVIS! PAY MORE GET LESS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.

Disaster avoided! On our way from Florida to Summerville, SC we experienced some wobble in the ride. After pulling over and checking a couple times to make sure it was safe to continue, called NTB Wed 8/16 around closing time and spoke to Mike (Gm). He assured us he could help (though he was booked) and we should drop the car off next morning asap. (We had purchased the tires at Tire Kingdom in Florida). Mike got us in and repaired and even called and checked on our warranty with previous purchase. Above and beyond service! After picking up the car, I went back the next day with a couple follow up questions (still had a long drive ahead of us) and again Mike was wonderfully helpful with suggestions moving forward. I also had the opportunity to speak with Ty in the shop who did the work on my car and found him also very helpful and personable. Thank you all for the great service when we were in a tight spot!Tracy

Was driving back to Charlotte NC when my wheel bearing broke on the interstate. Luckily I found this NTB and they helped me out as much as they possibly could. They even let me park my van in the parking lot and sleep there. Great customer service and great communication. I made it back to NC and if I ever have problems down in Summerville again, I ll be sure to visit them.

Very poor installation of tires. Employee fault customer for damages to rims caused by tire install.Pure mishandling of others property. Employee is allowed to disrespect customer after being confronted with the dispute about the damage to rims. Will I return to this location or any other HELL NO!

This was my 1st time coming here and the customer service was amazing !!! Also everyone was very professional and helpful Ms.Laura was definitely kind and sweet.. and the guy that was doing my tires was amazing and helpful.. this definitely won t be my last time going there Keep up the great customer service & service repairs !!!! Called on 7/31, I wanted to setup an appointment to drop off my vehicle. The employee that answered the phone stated it was not needed since I would be dropping the vehicle off mid day of 8/3. They had my vehicle for 4.5 days 3.5 business days. Called on 8/7 to see about picking up my vehicle, since I had not heard from them. They hadn t touched it, thanks guys. Time wasted that I can t get back, guess I ll try and find another shop. Seems to be a common theme however. Perhaps Mavis will do better, I doubt it. Clean house and start over with this location, better yet tear it down.

I bought tires from here before, most likely won't be returning. Their selection and prices are still good, but this location has two women with TERRIBLE attitudes running their front desk. If you tell someone about tires, don't make shi++y faces while they look up reviews at the desk. I was making sure the tires would be the right fit for a sports car, and she was rolling her eyes, looking at the other equally unprofessional lady on the other side like I'm pissing her off.. You are there to Sell tires. When you can't offer any actual suggestions other than pricing, then you should expect someone to look them up...I would rather pay a little more than spend450 Dollars there..
