I can't recommend Norton & Richardson Body Shop highly enough for their exceptional service! I have to share a very welcomed, appreciative and amazing recent experience with Norton and Richardson. After the initial phone call explaining the entire process which included a rental, I took my car in on the appointed day. Within 5 minutes, I was picked up by a rental company and taken to get a car. Several days later, Norton called me to say my car was ready. The convenience of returning the rental car to Norton and letting them handle was much appreciated! They clearly explained the repairs, tested the sensors to insure they were working properly, examined the undercarriage for concerns we had about possible damage and cleaned my car. My car was brought closer to the shop and I was handed the keys. A floor mat had been placed on the driver's side. These people are professionals from start to finish! It is these little but significant details that women especially appreciate. Norton made this entire experience easy, convenient and problem-free. There's average and then there's exceptional customer service! Thank you, Norton and Richardson!

Needed repair to my truck after a rear end collision. Tim and the staff were very accommodating and upfront about the repair process and time needed. Not my first time working with Norton and Richardson, each time I was treated with courtesy and respect. Their workmanship is champion and I highly recommend them!

I can not say enough about the customer service and great work that was done by this staff. My car was not only repaired way sooner than expected but Dusten kept me updated and made me feel important as a customer. Not only did they repair my car, but cleaned it as well. It was a LOT of dog hair in that baby so that was not an easy task. Lol. I really appreciate them and the amazing work they did. I highly recommend this place to everyone! Thanks again!

Honestly, I would give them ten stars if I could. I was t-boned at a stop sign. The damage was extensive, and my car was only 4 months old. They did the work and it was incredible. That was 2017, and my car still looks like nothing happened. When my husband purchased a new car (that was not worth the outrageous price imo )and we pulled it into our garage, we noticed there were some definite irregularities with the paint. I was devastated and furious. I know NO ONE who does body work to ask for a professional opinion. Since my car had been repaired so beautifully, I took a chance and called and asked if someone would look at it. They don t even do body work for this brand of car, but took their time to look at it and explain to me what had probably happened. The fix is not as bad as I d thought it would be!! Y all, it was a game changer in my world, relief doesn t begin to describe it. This kind of compassion doesn't exist much anymore in this world, but it speaks to their character and how much they value their community. You can t go wrong with superb work AND a business run with integrity and kindness.

I'm a car guy who grew up around the body shop business. These guys do first class work. They are waitlisted for a reason. This was the only shop the local car guys would recommend.I have been nothing but impressed with their work. I've had 2 different vehicles through their shop for a minor fender bender and another vehicle with heavy hail damage. Would highly recommend.

Someone hit my car and was lost on where to take it. Talked to insurance adjuster and he said this was the place to go. He wasn't wrong. My experience was great. Communication and service was awesome!! Everything looks great and would definitely go there again if needed!!

Stop by to have them look at my front bumper that was loose. Another company wouldn t look at it because they didn t accept my insurance. They were right on it. Looked at it, all it needed was to be snapped back together. It didn t take over 3 minutes. The guy said you re all done, shook my hand and wished me a very good afternoon. I received nothing but kindness and professionalism. Thank you so very much. My first time there. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone.Service: Body & Trim

This place was awesome after a wreck I was involved in that messed up my front bumper. Perfect paint match on a difficult color, great communication, and even finished earlier than expected. Norton and Richardson did an amazing job repairing my Audi! They did a flawless job with my bumper and my back up sensors. I was, honestly, very nervous when I dropped it off! However, Todd was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way to help ease my anxiety. Todd even went out of his way to help me arrange a last minute rental car when he absolutely did not have to do that! When I finally picked up my car, I was extremely satisfied to see the end result. You can t even tell I was in a fender bender and my sensor is working very well! On top of their flawless service, they went above and beyond by completely detailing my car inside and out. It truly made my day so so bright. Hopefully I never have to pay them a visit again, but if you re ever in an accident this is the place to come!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim
