Absolutely. Fantastic. Service.Needed a tire replacement before I could travel back home. Justus and Tasha took amazing care of me and made sure I could make it back home the same day. They both were a pleasure every step of the way.If either of you are able to see this, thank you so much! I've never had customer service like this from any other shop; I'll be coming here from now on for any maintenance services I need.

I went here to get a quote for replacing my muffler only. I told them I have my own to supply to be installed. They quoted me 327$. I said no way. I left there and went down the street 1 mile to Bobs Masterbend. They quoted me 125$. Midas is a ripoff. Go to Bobs they are very honest and do superior work.

Whoever changed my oil here, didn t put the Seal on properly after and now my engine is ruined. And corporate refuses to fix my vehicle, it s been there since May Last year. And I m still financing my vehicle that s almost $700 a month. The vehicle damage is $11,000.

Great experience with this location! My fiance brought her car in with a flat, and the staff did everything in their power to help find a well priced replacement. While sitting their waiting for her car to get completed, we witnessed the staff going out of their way to help multiple customers the best that they could. The professional manner in which they handle their customers is difficult to find these days. I also wanted to take a moment to call out the technician who helped us, Drayton, who is an absolute rockstar. Give that man a raise!

I have been a long time customer of Midas on Trolley rd. The whole crew is fast, friendly, and tries to be as cost effective as possible. I use Midas for all of the cars in my family. I always feel like I get a good deal and they really take time to explain what I need to have done on my car and why. 5 stars always!

Big waste of time and money. Went in for an oil leak and they changed the valve cover gaskets. The repair took longer than they originally said. Understanding parts needed to be delivered and that was the hold up, so that s not the end of the world. They said the job was done I brought the car home and oil continued to leak in the garage at the same rate it did when I brought it in. The car then started smoking and burning oil that dripped on the exhaust and started tripping the check engine light. I again brought it back and explained what was going on and they claimed the valve covers were not leaking oil and it was something else. They then wanted $900 to change an oil pan gasket. Which wasn t the issue and seems very excessive for a relatively small job. I started looking into the issue myself and I wasn t surprised when I found the passenger side valve cover leaking oil still, after Midas claimed they fixed it and after it was brought back to be looked at again. So I then decided I wouldn t waste anymore time and money with a business that doesn t take any accountability for their poor work I brought it to the dealership to have some professional mechanics address the issue. Yes it was more expensive then Midas was but they fixed the issue and if I didn t waste money the first time with Midas it wouldn t have been a big deal. So do yourself a favor before you waste money here not getting your car fixed and then paying someone else to actually fix it, go somewhere else.

I went to Midas on trolley in Summerville, SC., on August 23, 2023. My vehicle was sputtering and had turned off that morning. I called the Ford dealership and they were booked until September 7, 2023. I scheduled that appointment and called Midas to confirm an opening. I brought my car to Midas within an hour of scheduling the appointment and paid for the diagnostic test. The technician stated that there was oil leaking in my engine coils and I needed new plugs, engine coils, and gasket covers. That the engine was misfiring and that s why it was shuddering.I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation as well since they were doing repairs.They quoted me $2000 and I agreed to the service. I was told that it would take about 4 hours and the vehicle would be ready the next day. I left the vehicle and went home. On 8/24/23, the rep called and stated that the services were complete around 430pm. They closed at 6 and I should be there before closing. I caught an Uber to Midas and was talking to the technician about the tire the informed me I needed to replace. The rep failed to do the tire rotation and I had to wait a few more minutes for that to be completed. After the tires were done, I walked out to the vehicle and the check engine light was still on and the vehicle was still sputtering. The tech connected the CIL diagnostic tool and stated that it was giving a new code due to him forgetting to connect a hose in the reassembly. He cleared the codes and stated that the vehicle was ok. The tech stated that the sputtering would clear as usual drive the vehicle because my car had learned how to drive in the previous condition. I asked the store manager Tracey, for the notes from the shop write up and informed him what the tech stated about the hose. I requested that it be noted in case it presented an issue later. The manager stated he would note the problem and emailed me a copy of the notes. I paid and went home.By the time I got home, the vehicle had a new engine light warning engine fault, service now . I called Midas but they location was closed, so I called the Consumer relations number off the website. I also emailed Tracey that night explaining the new issues and that there was a rattling sound coming from the engine as well.After reading the service write up, I noticed that they did not mention the disconnected hose as well him not noting the oil change and tire rotation being done. The rep failed to rotate the tire so I was a bit concerned about the oil as well.The next day, 8/25/2023 I had to be at work at 5am. On my way to work, the car stared overheating and the engine fault, service now light appeared again. I called AAA, and had the vehicle towed to Midas. At 8am, I called Tracey and explained that the car started overheating and was presenting a new light and still shuddering. He said they would get it fixed and the vehicle would be ready that day. The District manager reached out to me due to the consumer relations department sending an email about my call the night before. He assured me that the vehicle would be ready and that when I went to pick yo the car, Tracey would do a text drive to ensure everything was in working order.I inquired about the overheating and rattling sound. He informed me that the tech had left another hose disconnected and the rattling was from the clamp to that hose. He guaranteed that vehicle would be ok and ready by the time I got off work.Prior to taking my vehicle to Midas the only issues that present it wasShuddering and turning off once. No coolant issues no leaking or anything of that nature.I called Ford it for a better explanation. They informed me that the vehicle overheating is what caused the engine block to need replacement. The vehicle wasn t covered under the TSB and the issues experienced weren t due to the reason there is a TSB.

They are absolutely wonderful! 3 days before Christmas Andy alternator died in the afternoon. Tracy, DeeDee, and Rick took wonderful care of me and got me going in a pinch! I will definitely be back!

Tracey at Midas Auto is the best!!! Very knowledgeable, professional and so pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend his Midas service station on Old Trolley Road over any other service I ve ever had

Don't get very good customer service lately anywhere and this lady named Dee Dee at midas, was very nice and respectful and made sure I got the correct service for my vehicle. I highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to Trolley rd Midas since June and I have never turned back. I get my car serviced every 3000 miles with a tire rotation and it is always a pleasure to visit the Midas family. They make you feel comfortable sitting and waiting. They are fast, friendly, and affordable!

Do not go here! Worst place to get a car serviced. I brought my car here for an oil change and a front end alignment. The customer service rep said that the pull I was experiencing was due to the slope in the roads. A weak later the alignment got so bad that the steering wheel had uncontrollable vibration and my front tire popped due to the stresses on the tire. These people know nothing. Do not go here.

When another mechanic couldn't get to my car same day, I asked him where else he would take his own car. He said, "Midas." Good choice. Midas did a great job and got me in and out in good time at a good price. I was also able to use their guest WiFi, which gave me no issues or lag when I logged into work while I waited.

What a stand up shop!! I recently moved back to Ky from SC, and this shop made an error with some recent work that was completed on my car. When they were informed of the situation, they immediately handled everything for me. They admitted the fault was theirs and took care of the cost and repair. I DEFINITELY recommend this Midas. Trustworthy and honest. Thank you Tracey!

Best shop in town! Brought my truck in after 3 other shops couldn t fix my AC problem and Tracey figured it out. They were kind, respectful, and always transparent with their work. And even when the problem was difficult, they persevered and figured it out. Will bring all of my vehicles here.

You get treated really well there. The friendly front desk people let you know exactly what to expect and what needs to be done. The mechanic explains everything you need to know when your car is finished.AND, Their interest free credit card is the best. It really takes the worry off of payments.I will definitely be going back there to get our car serviced. I highly recommend the Midas on Old Trolly Rd.
