Don't waste your time with this place I paid 3kfor a camper shell the latches don't lock I can open the rear door while both latches closed and locked scratched up fittings exposed metal and then a nightmare trying to even get it apparently someone forgot to order the shell itself 4 weeks after I came in and placed my order they then replaced the back window once already and it still shifts every time you open up the back window and I can still open it while locked

Just can't say enough about the entire staff at the Summerville location. Victor was friendly and very patient with me as i struggled to explain what i was needing. He was very informative with his vast knowledge and insight, made no bs promises, but ended up over-delivering. Likewise with the installation team. Workmanship was nice and clean, top notch, and finished when they said they would. Price including labor wasn't as bad as i had anticipated. If any of these guys ever attempt to leave the company for whatever reason, don't let them.

Anyone remember Bubbas Truck N Trailer. Those were the days. I stopped in at Leonard's out of habit. Disappointing.Nice guys, horrible customer support. Ordered a Lear cap with loads of accessories, including a drip edge (extra) used to be a part of the design.Leaking rear fold down on arrival. Put a claim and they were ordering a gasket. Two weeks later I stop by to check. It had never been ordered. Two weeks later I stopped by to check, it's here, when to schedule. Never bothered to call.Replaced the gasket. Still leaks. Very annoying since the leak usually hits me in the back of the head after opening to work on the tailgate.Been over a month and no word. Stopped by at the two week mark. . . Not in yet Mr. ?????Bubbas would have fetched a tube of sealer and made the thing right. No problem.After this review I don't expect much.10/17/22 update.Almost immediate response and seemingly adequate attention. Excellent.On 13th called to report Still leaking after rain. Told they would check next step and call back.On 17th called to be told they new nothing about the still leaking. and the next step was 'send the cap back to factory'. Discussed just providing a replacement rear hatch, OK, we'll try that. They will call me when one comes in.Tried for refund . . . no way.Been hoping to get a cap operational since 04/02/2022Seems their hands are tied by Leonard's and Lear. They are sure trying.

I had a great experience with the staff and the Tecs in the back my bearings went bad on my Pontoon Boat trailer pulled in and they got me fixed up . Top notch service .

Spent probably 3 hours driving around town looking for a hub kit for my trailer. I thought Leonard being a trailer store would be the most expensive. They had the parts at the same price as Amazon. They were the name brand part as well and fit effortlessly. Other places were close to double the price for one part and they sold their part in a 2 pack. I will still compare prices but I know where I will be stopping first from now on.

We had a big project, overhauling one of our softwashing trailers from the ground up and decided to reach out to the folks at Leanord's to get additional trailer products to complete the build and line-ex to protect against some of the chemicals we use. We had a very tall order, in requesting every square inch of applying line-ex to our entire trailer, top and bottom, as well as a TON of surface prep and rust removal. They exceeded our expectations! They completed the job quickly and effectively! We looked over every part of the rig and they was surprised that they were able to get everything protected and even did additional work to it, that was totally unexpected and VERY much appreciated!The service was second to none. We were so happy with the work they completed that, we brought them more work the next day and they exceeded our expectations on that as well! We were excited to get a new shed. I'm a hobby black smith. This new shed would remove me from our back porch to my own area which was making my wife very happy. We were finishing the paperwork and Vince told me everything is good 2 months as down at 87 a month. Whoa Wait the shed is on the website in stock and it is RTO for 67 a month. I can't do that he says. Argued for a minute to get the why and all he said was we can't do that. I said fine cancel the saleI won't abide by bait and switch. It sad, the building is built well a good price solid metal and the size and price we were looking for, but Nooooo they won't honor the price posted.(Edited for spelling)

I called for a a price on a specific specific style of Cam locker truck box I was wanting to purchase.. I was told to leave my name and number and we get a call right back to you, I need to look up Two hours later and nothing. I called back and got the same sales person. I asked again for a price regarding the box. I got the same answer from the same salesmen, will look it up and call you back in a few min. I confirm the number that I gave him the second time we spoke to be sure I de given him the proper number to return a call, he read me back my number correctly. Three hours later, nothing again. I will definitely take my business elsewhere and will not call up on this place again.

Went in just to look at caps for my new ram, and one of the managers Steve Saucerman greeted me and showed me everything I needed! His employees said he was the Ram professional he did not disappoint and I will be back to purchase. Not quite sure about the other guy in there though seemed off putting

Mitch and his crew are awesome! Despite being short-handed they quickly installed a new tonneau cover on my Ram 1500, and I was soon on the road a happy customer. I will definitely be doing business with Mitch again and can recommend them without reservation. If you're in the Summerville SC area check them out!

My experience with Bubba's was exceptional. I had some issues with the step pads on my running boards. Bruce ordered me a new set of running boards no questions asked. Great customer service !!

Asked if a estimate can be done without towing to the place because the suspension was completely gone,, I was laughed at and was told "NO" how unprofessional could one place be..... Called the next place and they were waaaaaay more accommodating the this shade tree mechanic place!

The back (installation shop) is 5+ stars, but some of the front office really needs to be replaced. The assistant manager is awesome and personable, but that's about it.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, good prices, very honest and upfront and didn't just try to sell me the most expensive stuff. Took the time to make sure everything was exactly what I needed. Very military friendly.
