I just bought a new truck and wanted to get a tonneau cover for the bed. The guys here were very helpful in helping/advising me on which one to pick out. They ordered it and was super fast delivery and installation. I highly recommend this place for any of your truck accessories needs!

Recently had some side steps, rhino liner, and a bed cover installed. Joe's truck was very professional and took care of me and my truck promptly. I will be coming back in the future.

They can get most any accessory and pretty good about outfitting vehicles as well... There is one guy there could use some extra customer service training but everything else there is spot on...

Great shop for truck accessories. They have a great selection of products and many of the products have demo units of the floor of the shop. Ben and Allen went out of their way to help me pick the right running board product for my truck, so it would work for me and my service dog. They scheduled the running boards for install within 48 hours. Service/install team did an awesome job on the installation work. Highly recommend these guys if you're in the market for aftermarket truck accessories. Thanks again to Ben and Allen for all your help.

Thomas and Allen are always fair when it comes to doing business . They have every accessory imaginable for a truck . Thomas is always professional and fair . The the work is exceptional . Recently my elderly parents went to Joe s after having had power steps installed. They asked for a front sun visor to be installed on the truck and what they got was shade vents for the side windows. The truck already had those on the truck so I don t know why there would be a misunderstanding. Did they think my parents wanted to waste money and pay for installing something simple as shade vents on the side windows? My mother called later and let them know about her displeasure about what they did. They were supposed to call her but since have stopped answering her calls. I don t like that they did this to elderly people and I don t like that they didn t make things right or try to.I was contacted shortly after this post and hopefully both parties can work things out.

Was shopping around for quotes on installing power steps and by the far the best price within 200 miles. Service is top notch as well as work quality. Highly recommend for your aftermarket needs. Definitely will be back for more!

I have been to a few after-market accessory shops that act like they're too good to waste time on your vehicle if it's not a classic or in pristine condition... but not at Joe's!I am rebuilding a junked-out Jeep and... it's not pretty. Lots of rust and dents and, admittedly, not something you want parked outside of your shop as an advertisement of your quality of work. But, when I asked Joe's about removing the stuck-on old spacers and installing new ones, the staff there didn't even hesitate.The work took much longer than they expected, since some of the parts were seized on, but they got the job done and the new wheels look fantastic! I wish I could remember the names of the people I interacted with so they could get the recognition they deserve, but honestly, everyone I dealt with there was friendly and helpful.I will definitely be coming back to Joe's for future accessories!

Recently purchased a tonneau cover for my truck. Absolutely happy with the cover and customer service provided. Will definitely be coming back for anything else I need, I highly recommend Joe s Truck Accessories!

Went to Joe s to get a exhaust system, LED light bar and bed cover installed on my truck.They did a great job installing all three! Hicks, Thomas, David and Justin helped me throughout the process. Their customer service and product knowledge are on point. I ve had a great experience at Joe s Trucks so far and highly recommend them if you re looking to do some mods to your vehicle. Fog Lights are the next item on my list and I ll definitely be going back to Joe s to do the work.

Amazing customer Service! Thomas and the guys did a wonderful job on my 3.5 suspension lift, 35 inch tires and 17 inch rims! I did the whole order over the phone due to my work schedule. Thomas kept me updated throughout the whole process. He ran into an issue but had a resolution before he even called me! It was quick and painless.

I live in West Ashley and it was worth taking my truck here. Got everything I needed ordered by them an it all came in very fast so they could install it. They listened to exactly what I wanted done to my truck and did it. I definitely recommend if you need anything done to your truck take it to Joe s Truck Accessories very honest and good prices.

Joe's installed my lift, tires and wheels. They took my truck to Firestone for the alignment and my front tires were trash in less than 5000 miles. I went back and my salesman, Thomas ensured me they would rectify the problem. Sure enough they outfitted me with 2 new tires mounted, balanced and corrected the alignment. Such great customer service is unheard of! Thank you Thomas and Joe's for the great job, you definitely earned a customer for life!

Just wanted every one to know that I went to Joe's and got some side steps for my new Tundra and rain guards installed. Very happy indeed. They also own Rhino linnings in Summerville and had a spray in linning and also very happy. Very professional and courteous.

My experience with Joe s Truck Accessories of Summerville was highly positive. Josh was the one who helped me find what I needed for my truck (wheels, tires, and leveling struts) and as well, he gave me his own professional advice in areas that I was novice at. I did have a very small issue with something I had installed and they were extremely courteous and prompt when it came to correcting the issue. I will definitely be returning to this business for any further mods and installs in the future. This place is by far a 5-star business. Thanks, Josh!

I own a small business in Mt.pleasant and had just bought a new truck. I knew what I wanted to have done and a client mentioned Joe s. I called them up and spoke with David. I can not speak more highly of David, Reed and Justin. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and absolutely go the extra mile. I would highly recommend this company....Joe if you read this give these guys a raise, THEY ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN DESERVE IT! GREAT JOB ON MY TRUCK!

Came here after buying a new Frontier. Wanted to get some sort of bed cover. After having a cap in one truck, a tool box in the next, I wanted something in between that would enclose the bed, but also move out of the way I could use the bed, if needed. These guys helped me pick something that would work perfect. I felt the pricing was fair and they got it done quickly. I also had a trailer hitch installed with the wiring harness my trailers use. Excellent job!!!

Needed a Tonneau cover for my pick- up. Thomas helped me choose one for my specific needs , got it delivered next day and installed. Leveling kit and Flowmaster Outlaw exhaust installed on my 2016 Tundra on 07/09/2020.The price quote for the leveling kit was lower than any other location I called within a reasonable driving distance. For the exhaust, we worked together to find a good price median between purchasing the exhaust myself online and paying more for install than them buying it through their distributor. I would like to say thank you for working with me on this.Quality of work so far: 10/10Very happy and pleased with choosing Joe s. Even though it was a 30min drive for me to get there. Would recommend.

Great experience! Recently purchased a bed cover from Joes truck for my 2017 Silverado. Joe and his staff was very friendly and informed me of everything I needed to know. Very knowledgeable and straight forward, I will for sure be back again for more accessories!

Came in looking for some mufflers for my truck. The amount time and detail that Thomas put into searching for me the right stuff was amazing. Did a fantastic job with my tail pipes. Would recommend to anyone and definitely would go back.

Had appointment for 9a.mShowed up at 904a.m.Guy at desk. (That scheduled me last week) says, How can I help you. I said here for my 9a.m appointment. They didn't even have me on the schedule. I told him I would be waiting on the truck to please hurry. Simple ladder rack install. I left and came back one hour to find my truck sitting outside untouched. I couldn't wait so had to get my truck and leave. I will have to reschedule. This is a huge inconvenience as I run my on business.Chance to improve the stars depending on how quick this gets handled.Later the same day ladder rack eventually got installed. Took longer than expected. Afterwards I've had to follow up phone calls from Joe's apologizing about the miss communication. And they offered to do some other work at cost. So that at least tried to rectify the problem some.

Joes was recommended by a co-worker. After buying a new truck back in June I drove straight over to order the shell and seat covers from Joes. Guys all seemed great and got everything ordered no problem. Was told it would take about 4 weeks for everything to be received and installed. No problem. 4 weeks come and go, then 6, 7, and on the eighth week the shell finally arrived (not installed) However they didn t have the seat covers as someone sent them back and didn t reorder. Ok it s an honest mistake no problem. A few more weeks go by and after staying on the shop for an update I was told the covers were here and bring the truck by. Drop the truck off for install that morning. Later that day I stopped in to pick it up. Shell looked great but only had about half the seat covers installed and was told they didn t have the right pieces. Was told it was the manufacture fault and they they were going out of business and is why there are issues. Honestly not my problem but I spent quite a bit of time in retail so I get it. Back to the ordering process. New covers ordered, again, 3-4 more weeks go by and was told they had everything (During this time I found the new shell leaks very badly around the side door seal. Told the guys in the shop and was told it was fixed. Rained that evening and filled the back of the truck up with water) Stop by to get the rest of the covers installed only to find they still don t have everything and that apparently some pieces were sent back yet again for an unknown reason. So 6 months later, I have a beautiful camper shell that leaks like crazy and still waiting on door seat covers that I can only assume are being ordered from a company that went out of business months ago... I would not recommend Joes to anyone based on this service. The guys are all really nice to talk to and deal with but the end service and quality of product leaves a lot to he desired.
