I went in to ask a few questions about my car audio system and even though I wasn't making a purchase they had no problem answering my questions. I will be back to purchase some upgrades because they have some really great options.

Had to purchase headrest DVD players had to pay $100 over online prices per per player bought two and the headphones wireless were horrible for the price purchase locally had to have them couldn't wait for online so I paid the price customer service was great.

Great customer service they make you feel like family I m not sure of her name but I m pretty sure she s the manager a lady that works in the office. She is the sweetest lady she always goes above and beyond to help me every time I come in the store!!

Their small parts drawer is always in shambles. Items in the wrong place and such. Makes it difficult when you are looking for a on of switch and they are mixed up with the momentarily switches. Especially when all of them have been removed from their original bags and put in plain Jane bags. They look identical.

Had both the fuses for my Marshall half stack amplifier AND the fuses for a commercial oven I was repairing when NO ONE ELSE had ANY idea what I needed. 5 stars wish I could give more.

Bought a 1500 W pioneer competition series speaker on an 800 W amp and it blew in one day and they said they could not help me at all to fix this

This place has been open since right after Hurricane Hugo. Great people who work there. Small store that offers great service. I would recommend you try Hurricane Electronics first before any large, big box electronics store. Always a pleasure to do business here. Thank you again for taking care of your customer.

Great place to buy quality JL Audio equipment. Subs, amps, boxes, etc. They carry other brands as well, but this one is the reason I went here. Staff is knowledgeable and made a super recommendation for me. I can't be happier.

Hurricane Electronics/Radio Shack is a diamond in the rough! Suddenly- like days long gone- I'm able to locally source low volume project materials the day that I need them again. Having to bulk order components online and wait 3-7 days is both wasteful and a huge time suck, and Hurricane solves this problem! They also have an incredible CB/scanner/two-way radio department (much bigger than any truck stop I've been in), as well as dedicated home/car/live audio sections. If you need an adapter or cable for A/V equipment, chances are they have it! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient- I have a tendency to think out projects while my options are in front of me, and I didn't feel crowded in the least. Give them a try the next time you're in need of something for your electronics/tech project- you won't regret it!

Sean and family have done a fantastic job of keeping it together so we can still enjoy a RadioShack our town. All of the employees, in the front for sales, and, the installers in the back know their craft and have always run a very reputable business. I am truly grateful for them being in the community for us and will always continue to walk through their doors.

They are fantastic. Well versed in all their products. If you have a project these guys can really help you out!!!!! I was looking to get rid of my factory Bose amp and upgrade along with door speakers and tweeters. They saved me a lot of time and money along with a big headache.

Went here to get my radio installed in my car and that was a bad idea. After the installation, my doors started unlocking randomly, my low beam lights then continued to flicker on and off. Came back the same day, just about an hour after my car was ready. Then was told by the owners' worker about how much experience he has. That had nothing to do with my car not functioning properly after he installed the radio. I walked in the store and the owner completely ignored me as I was an inconvenience of his time. Had my mechanic look at it and was told the wiring due to the radio installation was the reason for the malfunctioning of my dashboard light flickering as well as my doors . Owner did not reimburse me back for the less than half a job after I went elsewhere to have the proper wiring connections for my radio and vehicle to function properly. Must be family that are rating this joint for it be to 4 stars. Go to Shady Slim's tints.
