Bought four new tires back in November from Gerald s and had great service. This week, I experienced two nails in my back tires, one that was unrepairable. With their road hazard protection, I was able to have one tire patched and the other replaced without any cost out of pocket. Total life saver! Will only be going to Gerald s moving forward.

They were absolutely amazing. I called them explained I started my new job the next day and my tire was flat. They confirmed they had it and said to come in immediately and I did. They got my car back and out super fast. They even came out to let me know that one of my other tires needed to be changed as well. When I couldn t afford my other tire they took care of it for me because of how dangerously close to popping it was. They went above and beyond and I ll forever be going to Geralds tires now. Thank you guy for all your help.

The work was awesome! I would have given 5 stars if they offered Lyft transportation services for people who only have 1 vehicle and it turns out that 1 vehicle is the one that s been brought in for service for replacement parts and having to sit for over 8 hours is an outrage! Again not everyone can drop off. Customers should get the option to get a ride home/work at Gerald s expense as a appreciation and saying Thank you for your business.

I want to Thank the Gerald s Tire Team.They made my experience so easy and the way they payed attention to detail. That is almost unheard of these days. The cost was very reasonable as they were price competitive to another merchant. I will do all my tire and break service at Gerald s Thank You

My first time ever being serviced with Gerald s Tires and Brakes. I m very impressed with the customer service and professionalism. I ve experienced other companies such as Mavis Tires and Brakes and Sam s club complain about the make of my car and the difficulty it was for them to complete various tasks I needed done. Gerald s Tires was the total opposite and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.I also love the beautiful rose that was left in my vehicle from Gerald s Tires and Brakes. I really appreciate your service and I will definitely be back!

These guys are legends. I lost everything in wildfires a few months back and had to revert to replacing my truck with one from an outside market due to inventory shortage where I live. I found a truck in the South Carolina and Geralds was able to help me out to with a full pre-purchase inspection. The service department and phone service was absolutely incredible, especially having to manage from a distance. The peace of mind this inspection and mechanic gave me was well worth it. I can only imagine the value they bring to all there regular clients and daily vehicles they work on. I could not ever describe in words my appreciation.

Having a 10 o clock appointment at GERALDS on Tuesday morning to get an oil change after waiting two weeks for the appointment as a long time Customer of this particular store since it open, I didn t feel fear that the service level wouldn t be as great as always but unfortunately, I was disappointed Playing Service said I needed two tires in the back of my car which wasn t a problem. I totally agree and authorized them to put it on putting your tires on thinking that everything was completed as I drove down the highway I realize that the thing that we came to get done with an oil change and then to do that , I m still trying to understand. I called the young lady at the desk and she didn t know the answer either. I ll try to be understanding as I possibly can but after a few different conversations not to be workable as before I m not blaming Gerald with a hole, I think this issue should be for my form looked at Now, I must go out and get something else because I can t wait for three weeks for another oil change appointment a lot

I m unable to find the correct air pressure for these tires. I have reached out to the cooper tire customer service website with no response yet. Tire has max pressure of 80 psi.vehicle data plate has 35psi.you front desk rep said 60 psi. Please advise on the correct pressure to maintain the warranty. Thanks Tim Cook

New to the area, I visited Gerald s to assist in a leak I had in my tire from a nail. They came so highly recommended and they certainly not only met, but greatly exceeded expectations. Honestly, I could have just hung out there all day with the exceptional staff. You re not a customer a Gerald s, you re a friend. They were attentive, timely, and treated my car with the utmost care! I ve never met a team of employees who so clearly loved their roles. Thank you so much! Will trust no one else in the business!!

Margaret was fantastic! She was responsive and caring in understanding my car issues. Nick gave me a call before work was proposed and outlined what he recommended. Yes, of course, it was a wonderful visit. They solved my problem with good financial results. And, pulled my car up Close and in great shape! ALL staff were really good, place was very clean with a charming ladies bathroom! And, they gave ALL women 1 pretty Valentine's Rose !

Mostly good with installation. But I requested that the one good tire (only a year old, but different brand) be saved and put into back of the car. It wasn t and I didn t notice till Igor home

I moved from Florida and was trying to find a mechanic to help my family with our cars. Everytime we went to the dealer i feel like we are getting scammed because of how expensive they charge. Then my son in law told ys to check out geralds. My husband has ford, i have toyota. They re absolutely great and definitely worth your money , not expensive nor cheap but just right. I love the pre and post customer service, the communication with the service team. I love it and i love this branch. Today before i left, when i opened my car i saw this inside . Thank you!!

I have used Geralds for 3 different sets of new tires in the last couple of years. Best price, road hazard, close to the house etc.However, I have an issue with the most recent set of new tires ($1700 new tires). Crazy steering wheel wobble at 50+ Today was my 3rd time stopping in at aprox 9am and being told; either, they re not able to check it or would be over a 2hr wait to check the balance. I m told this afte noticing random tire weights laying all over their parking-lot! It s a miracle I don t have a flat just pulling in there. Just be warned, it unfortunately seems their quality and customer service is possibly compromised due to the massive influx of customers. I was forced to schedule an appointment for my simple issue and will update afterwards.

Took my blown out tire about 10 minutes before closing from hitting a pot hole on 176 earlier Monday morning 3/11/24 and they listened to my problem and advised I leave the tire so they could take a look at it. They called me Tuesday morning and said Ms.Simmons your tire is still covered under the road hazard warranty and it s been replaced with a new tire and ready for pick up. with a small 10.00 fee for balancing the tire. I am forever grateful for the team work at Gerald s tire.

Fantastic service. Been using Gerald s for 7 years and only positive things to say. Front desk staff, Technician's, and Service Manager. Recently had the opportunity to pass on the great feedback to a Manager over the different stores. Besides tire and brakes, the team has also some other repairs at a discount vs. dealership prices. Hard to find places that you can put that much trust in anymore. Thank you.

We drove into Summerville from Indiana and our AC went out. Gerald's was recommended to us by locals. We dropped the car off in the morning and by 6pm that day, the AC was fixed.The staff were all incredibly helpful and honest. Highly recommend this shop.

I took my truck in for tire pressure light on . Was told it could be a sensor. Got a call from them and what do you know ,all 4 tire sensors are bad. REALLY!! Ok change all 4. Pick up the truck guy up front says the light will go off after you drive it a lil while . Didn t sound right but ok. 2 days later light is still on. Drove it on a 2 hr trip still on. Called them back , took it back again and was told O they forgot to calibrate them . Uugghhh how do you forget to calibrate 4 tire sensors???? They took it in and did something not sure what, I walk around my truck to check things and they forgot to put valve stem covers on. So I walk in the service area look on the ground pick up my stems, as 3 workers look at me like I m from outer space. I put them on and I leave. They also under inflated the tires. So my husband had to do that. My light is still on 2 weeks later. So my question is did I have 4 bad sensors? did the change anything ? So I paid close to $400 and the stupid light is still on . Won t be going back there!!

First class! Went to Geralds to check for a nail in my tire and after a short wait, they found the nail, repaired the tire, refilled it and performed all this at no charge! My husband and I have been doing business with Geralds for many years and have never been disappointed. This place is amazing and truly knows the meaning of Customer Service...over and above what anyone would expect -- from the way they answer their phones, help you with an issue and treat you with respect and courtesy from beginning to end. We've purchased tires and have had various repairs done over the years. Their prices are fair and reasonable. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles. When my car was ready, it was driven to the front entrance and I was greeted with a rose lying in the front seat. These folks are ROCKSTARS!!

They were affordable and we had an easy time getting an last minute apt we came 1st thing in the morning. Left our suv it wss a few hours only. Everyone was very courteous. Just make sure you get your valve caps back on your tire. 1st time we dud but when we got the rear 2 tires we didn't.

The best place to bring your vehicle. Very trustworthy and professional the mechanics at Geralds did excellent work on an issue i had with my car being in another shop in the area. Only trust Geralds with my and my families vehicles.

I came in about an hour and a half before closing, and Damien helped me to get in and get my three tires changed, everyone s nice, I ve never had any issues with either Gerald s locations I ve been to.

I really appreciate the help of the beautiful lady at the front desk with the salt and pepper hair,(I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) and also the technician Jaylen who helped me get In-N-Out since all I needed was air in my tire. It made the most difference in my day because I was so short on time. Thanks, Gerald's for always doing an awesome job!

Greatly Appreciated Gerald's Tires staff for being kinda, understanding, and willing to make things right.This morning started off rough with waiting at another tire shop (Walmart Auto Care) around 7a. They failed to provide service to me due to the location of the screw in my tire and had no service tech to work. So I went straight to Geralds around 830a. The staff at the counter welcomed me in an began to gather my information, along with the service I was requiring for my tire. Due to time restrictions, I was unable to leave my vehicle. The staff arranged to have a service tech assist with changing my damage tire out and putting on my spare tire. This allowed me to get where I needed to be. Along with them repairing the tire. A short time later 1115a staff informed me my tire was repaired. So 1145a I returned. Staff again welcomed me in, arranged for spare to be pulled off and to put the repaired tire back on. Geralds was busy as expected. So I gladly waited. They informed me today's repair was FREE. Truck was brought out an continued about me day. Or so I thought. Once home I noticed the tire side wall didn't match the other 3 wheels. Geralds accidentally put the wrong side out. At 2p I called back to Geralds staff and they said to please come by, we can get the tire flipped. At 215p return back and was still welcomed in by staff. I explained what occurred and we walk out to my vehicle. Showing them how the wheel did not match the others. The staff member went straight to apologizing for the mistake. He took my key and right away had my vehicle pulled into an open bay. As they began to work, I felt this company was definitely out to ensure customers are treated correctly and willing to go the extra mile.So I had 2 empty trailer rims in my vehicle. I asked the staff at the counter about purchasing the trailer Tires since I'm here. The understood I was frustrated with having to return to get the tire flipped around to match the rest. They spoke to management and was able to adjust the total for 2 new trailer Tires. I gave the go ahead on purchasing. The staff had the service tech remove the 2 rims. By 245p I was back in my truck. The 2 trailer wheels weren't done yet. No problem staff there would call and text when done. At 425p Geralds finished my trailer wheels. When I got back to geralds staff welcomed me again in and got my paperwork ready. I paid for the new trailer tires as another staff member took them to my truck for me. As I was getting ready to leave I looked the bill, it was noted for tire disposal fee. Not the SC Tire Fee. So I spoke again with staff. They again listened, understood what I was saying an refund that fee to make things right.In conclusion I highly recommend Geralds Tires, despite having a lot not go right for me by them I still felt like a customer who mattered. This company is one of the few who treats customers like they should. Definitely will return for when time comes to replace tires on my enclosed trailer.To all of the staff at Geralds Tires Thank you for everything you did for me today.-Pete
