Top notch service! The front staff, Katelyn and Kerry were really nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took very good care of my vehicle and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. The mechanic that took care of my car was great and very professional. I will definitely be returning and I suggest that if you need a good and honest repair facility to take care of your cars needs, this is the place to go to! Integrity and honesty is hard to find these days, but this is the place to find it.

My car was due for an oil change and regular maintenance. I recently moved to South Carolina so I didn t know any places to take it. I was searching for auto repair in the area and I m glad I went to this Firestone auto care location. I m so proud of this beautiful young lady! She provides such great service, very friendly, and most of all she knows what she s doing! Well done

I brought my car in for diagnostic test. That day, decided to follow their recommendations based on diagnostics...had brakes, alternator and battery replaced. Thought it was my converter, the diagnostics, according to them, did not warrant changing my converter. They kept my car overnight, called me when it was "fixed". Ran to the store to get the car...I am disabled, so movement is a challenge..i need to wait until I am stable foe movement..don't want to be a spectacle. Paid almost 2 grand, to bring my car home and have it die again. I couldn't reach the store. Never received a call back. While there, witnessed a truck falling off a lift. Now? I still haven't heard from store and have to initiate communication. I dont have a working car. The mechanic had to be shown the housing for the battery is toast...he admitted, as the manager did, they were aware of this issue...and it probably was the source of my issues. It still isn't fixed. I don't have a car. Paul 1700???

Just bought 4 new tires elsewhere but went to this Firestone (based on previous services) for 4 wheel alignment on my '17 Tundra. No appointment but prompt service, excellent work, knowledgeable staff (Kerry). Took advantage of the lifetime alignment offer (was allowed to use an online $20 coupon) since with only 1 future alignment, it will have paid for the extra expenditure. Overall, excellent experience!

Made an appointment for 12. Left vehicle. Finally finished at 515.. great work but seem very short handed. The afternoon customer service girl could not have been any nicer. Really like the set of tires.

Great place to get your car fixed up! The staff was really kind and welcoming. The waiting room chairs are comfy and there's also a TV and vending machine too. Smitty made sure my car was all set for the road! I'll definitely be back!

Do not bother to make an appointment here, they are not managed well enough to handle appointments. I made an appointment days in advance, arrived early and 2 hours later my car had not been pulled in. This despite being told an hour prior that they would be starting on my car soon. They will not get the opportunity to waste my time again. I never have this issue at Discount Tire, I just wish they did alignments also. I would have been better off going to Gearlds for 1/2 the price.

I booked an appointment at 1:00 p.m. at Firestone for them to fix my tire with a simple "plug" to repair a slow leak. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment. They said it would take 30 minutes to complete the job (the day I actually made the appointment).After waiting 1 1/2 hrs, I asked what was going on with my tire because it should have been done by 1:30 p.m. I was told that, "...they don't guarantee the certain amount of time they it takes to do a job." What? I'm still sitting here waiting, and it's now 3:01 p.m., NOT 1:30 p.m. They did do a plug/patch combination; that's what is recommended. They did apologize for my EXCESSIVE wait." They gave me a free oil change!

This was my 3rd visit for the same issue and it is still not resolved. After purchasing all of the locations recommendations, I now have a new issue AFTER the service was completed. At this visit, I was there for almost 4 hours and advised that the issue was fixed in regards to vibration in my steering wheel. However, as soon as I got on the interstate the wheel once again was vibrating. When i contacted them, they said that the initial manager that assisted me was not in and they would have her contact me the following day (in which she did). The recommendation was that I bring the vehicle back in yet again to see if they could correct the issue that I was told was corrected after the previous extended wait. (keeping in mind that the steering wheel was never vibrating before the service and purchases) The ladies that i came in contact with were nice but no I would not recommend services to family or friends

I came to this Firestone after having a TERRIBLE experience at the one I had been using for years. I won't go into the details.This location and Manager (Smitty)were recommended to me. I called and spoke with Carrie. She heard me out and told me to come in and she would see the problem was taken care. I arrived she already had a plan, and they took care of my problem. GREAT service all around. Give this place a try, I am now their customer and look forward to going back for any repairs. Thanks

Came in to just try and get a tire patched and the lady tells me it could be a while... I said that's ok I just need to get it patched, she then says well it could be the end of the day tomorrow we are triple booked... Fyi I was a service manager for years a tire patch takes maybe 30 minutes and if your triple booked maybe you should be more organized on your appointments. Since Lee don't run this shop looks like it went bad...

Hey folks, this location is NOT deserving of your business. As a long time customer I was thrilled to have. Firestone open closer to my home. Well, the folks at this location make sure you know they are the experts all right. The whole crew is so very condescending. Every conversation I've had I've felt like the Firestone team was inconvenienced with my presence.At first I thought well it's a new store give em time. It seems to be getting worse though. Almost as they get trained to be rude, short tempered and condescending.C'mon people, if your attitude is going to suck at least remember to the caps back on my valve stems!Shop elsewhere, these folks don't deserve your hard earned moneyNote to Firestone Corporate. I see you apologizing and asking for a email with details all over Google. Try getting off your rumps and go see for yourself. !

I had my front brakes and rotors replaced a few months ago by Firestone. A couple of weeks ago my car warned me that my front brakes needed to be replaced. I scheduled an appointment to have the same Firestone location look into the problem.I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning and arrived promptly. After 2 hours of waiting, I was informed the sensor wasn't replaced when the brakes were replaced. But they would be happy to do it now for an additional charge.So the bottom line is that I wasted a Saturday morning for them to tell me they didn't finish the job previously, and wanted to charge me more money for the work they should have done the first time.I ended up buying the $10 part and did it myself.

This Summerville Firestone location has exceptional customer service and even better mechanics! I came in with an oil leak issue on my RAM 1500 due to recently having repairs done while out of town. Kaitlyn at the front desk was able to gather my information and get my truck in the garage same day. The mechanic Smitty was able to diagnose the issue and fix that problem by end of business the next day. Sadie at the front desk was also very gracious in assisting me. Smitty took the time to explain to me what the issue was and how they went the extra mile to correct it! Firestone/Bridgestone is a quality brand, but this location seems to be a cut above the rest! I highly recommend this place!

Friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable. We take two vehicles here regularly and Caitlyn is always super nice and knows her stuff. Explained everything we had done, or need to have done, in great detail. All employees have been caring and friendly to us and other customers as well that were there at the same time we were.

As I was traveling through the area on my vacation, I had a problem with my vehicle and RV. I stopped in this Firestone shop because I feel comfortable with a company that I do business with all the time at home. James Smith, the manager, was very kind and professional, and took every effort to make sure that I was back on the road quickly, and with much kindness! I am forever grateful to Mr. Smith who helped me get back on the road and enjoy my vacation. Thank you so much! I am very grateful for the kindness and professionalism that was shown to me in a strange place and at a very anxious moment.

I was able to schedule my repair without any issues, and the service was excellent. The location and the people at Firestone wete very professional and polite. I was using Midas since moving to Summerville from Augusta GA, which they constantly raised issues that were costly to repair and although their service was good, I was not happy with everything there.I used Firestone in the past in Augusta, and I am very happy to find this location that is not far from my home.I intend to use them from now on for any automotive issues that ocvur in the future.

RUN AWAY. Protect your vehicle. Save time They will tell you something wrong that's not; charge you for unnecessary work never fixing they problem. I've had more trouble and expenses than it's worth. How do you screw up a simple tire change? Let alone other basic work. I would rather a shady tree mechanic work on my vehicle. Gonna try A+auto on bacons bridge for future. Firestone needs to really train or reducate their employees. Are they purposely damaging vehicles to get people to keep coming back?

Excellent customer service. Excellent technicians! This is the best Firestone location I ve ever been to. They have a loyal customer out of me. I drive 1.5 hours down from Sumter to come here.

The staff was extremely accommodating. Although they already had a very busy Saturday scheduled they were able to get our vehicle in and back on the road quickly so that we continue our travels home to Michigan.

Took my truck in to have the AC fixed and my driver side window fixed. When they called saying it was ready and I picked it up the alignment was all screwed up somehow and there was a grinding in the motor. I took it back. They said they fixed the problem and replaced a part that was damaged.Well weeks later and I still have a humming and light grinding that happens and my window isn t function properly, just like before I brought it in.I m going to have to take it to another mechanic and spend even more money to fix what they didn t fix and to figure out what else they messed up that s still making my motor sound different at times and grind some. I ll never come back that s for sure

I brought my vehicle to this location. I am very picky on who touches my vehicles. When you walk in they are very welcoming. Wasn t exactly sure what was wrong but they walked me through the process and what was wrong. Got it fixed in no time and I was on my way. Will definitely be returning with my other vehicle if an issue ever arises.

Don't go to Firestone at 101 Grandview Dr, Summerville. Marking up parts 40% to 70% ! Tried to charge me $627 for coil packs on a 4 cylinder engine. Looked up the part at several places and most expensive was $225 for a set of Accells. Then turned around and tried to charge me $1385.00 for a $538.00 catalytic converter from the dealer and $400 labor. I get you have to mark up parts some but that's ridiculous. STRAIGHT UP GOUGING!!!!UPDATE UPDATEGot an appointment at the DEALER, Yes , I said the Dealer tomorrow to do the same job for $1185.00 total with the same parts and labor..

Went in to have an alignment and the new manager Smitty helped out. Tech said vehicle was too rusted but Smitty honored the lifetime alignment and helped the other tech do the alignment. New management. Would recommend coming back

My go to place for anything I need related to tires. One lady (the old one) up front wasn't knowledgeable on Road force balancing. But other than that they were awesome.
