Billy, the manager, has zero integrity. I told the manager my car wasn't driveable, they drove my car, broke the axle and left in the parking lot, and pretended like he didn't know why the car wasn't moving. The car wasn't moving because he broke the axle by driving a car where the wheel was barely on the car. I never even got the front-end diagnosis at all. My car was left in the middle of the parking lot. I am still hoping that corporate will step in and make this right!! These are picks of my car towed to Firestone in a parking space. How did it get to the middle of the parking lot with a broken axle?

If you make an appointment don t expect to be serviced at that time! Appointment set for 10AM, I arrived at 9:40AM. Car is still in the parking lot at 11:30. What a joke and waste of time. I don t mind waiting but if my appointment is at 10AM and I am still not serviced by 11:30 something is very wrong! Not to mention the guy upfront said an hr! Don t come here

Called because my A/C was not working properly. Even though I didn t have an appointment, Brian fit me in to get my car checked, and the tech, Justin, got it working and blowing ice cold! Spent a little over an hour there. Definitely will return, they helped me out and got me back on the road on the same day!

Something is way off in the customer service training here. I've been a customer for over 10 years and I'll tell you, they have gone from top notch to absolute rookie in customer service.It feels like the service desk is in tune with assigning blame than providing a service.Get it together folks. I've purchased my last 3 sets of tires here.....today would have been the fourth but your front desk person was focused so intensely on assigning blame they never even broached the subject of replacing the tires.I think the person assumed o couldn't afford tires, acted like they were out of reach for me. Well, I can afford em, just not from this self righteous, disrespectful bunch.Note to Firestone Corporate. I see you apologizing and asking for a email with details all over Google. Try getting off your rumps and go see for yourself. !

Awesome customer service. They went above and beyond to help me out. I blew out a tire and they did not have the tire I needed in stock, I would have to wait through the weekend to pick one up but they called around and found the correct tire at one of their Northwoods locations. They went out at 4:00 in the afternoon on a Friday afternoon in Summerville and pick that tire up for me and put it on my car that same day. The team at the Trolley Rd. Summerville location are the best. I will definitely be back and will tell people of my experience. Thank you very much.

Prompt friendly service. I desperately needed new tires. I stopped to make an appointment, but he said he could take care of me now if I liked. Sometimes I find people a little intimidating because of my age. That was not so here. Everyone was very nice explaining things to me so I understood easily.

Had a late Saturday flat occur, came by here near closing time, and service manager was very willing to help out. Showed me where the flat occurred, and the bolt that lodged in the sidewall. Provided quick and ample service and got me back on the road quickly. Will come again. Thanks!

I believe I may make this my go to place for alignments. They have the lifetime alignment (which is a great deal, and easily pays for itself in about two alignments) but their cheerful service and good attitudes really made the difference. I was well greeted and had entertaining small talk as I dropped the car off. They had it on the rack before my ride arrived to pick me up, and had it done quickly. It's definitely the staff that can make the difference in a business.

I dropped off my car at 1045 even though my appointment wasn't scheduled until 1200. I was told my car would be done at 1400. I showed up at 1400, the air filter I needed had not yet been installed. I waited for the filter to be installed and was told my car was ready to go. I stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting to make my payment while hardly being acknowledged. Finally a technician said to me that actually my car wasn't ready because it still needed an alignment. 30 minutes went by, I saw my car in a parking spot and asked about if it was ready. Once again, I couldn't get anyone to acknowledge me. Finally, I was told the alignment was still not complete. I told them I was paying my bill and leaving immediately without the alignment. This location is a disaster. Will never come back to this location and certainly wouldn't recommend to others.

Someone recommended me this auto care that it has a great service but it's actually not. I have set an appointment ahead and drove all the way to this location (1920 Old Trolley Rd. Summerville, SC 29485-8207) and told me can't do my wheel alignment and if I wait in store, it would take awhile for my car to get it done. Like it would literally take 4hrs coz he wasn't the manager on that shop that he was from different shop. I mean I understand you're not the manager there but do you think it is my problem that you were not even the manager there and so behind on everything and you were from different shop that they just sent you there? My point is I booked online, might as well take down your booking online for appointment on your website and just deal with walk-ins and just do first come first serve basis if you can't deal with customers that set an appointment ahead. What's the point of setting an appointment ahead and you can't deal with them once they get there. You wasted my time and my effort to drive all the way to your shop. I would never recommend your auto shop to anyone at all.

I have been a customer for 15years and the customer service has changed.I went in to brake inspection had an appointment for 3:00pm they went to do a road test at 4:40pm the technician didn t get out of the parking lot and was weaved by a driver that it s okay to make a left turn into traffic not checking the other lane to see for him self if it was clear.Not even 5 minutes he hit a car .The way how Brian react to this incident was not professional handling this matter.The police was called the driver was at fault. Brian didn t do a incident report on the behalf of Firestone because there driver caused an accident because he didn t take a second to look for himself the law on the road.

Hi, I would like to share one of the best costume services I have had since I got to the USA. Being new in the US everybody so far has not been very nice .Only after meeting the crew under the new managers.I will definitely recommend this shop!!!what is amazing is that they are really helping customers

I was told that my 06 chevy truck needed $3,000 of work. I was told my cam shaft and throttle body had gone bad and the car would no longer run without it. I was told my evap had issues and needed to be fixed. All of which came to a whopping total of 3K. Woman at the counter said the car was done. Needed a new car. I left very upset because I had no idea it had so many issues. Here s what I wasn t told. I was not told that my throttle body could be sprayed out and cleaned and placed back in. I was not told that the spray they use to clean the throttle body only cost $20 at Walmart. I was not told that the labor to do this job was incredibly easy and could be done in 30 min. I was also not told that my evap code was from a missing gas cap. And I was not told that the car could ve been saved for less than $1000. Thanks to the backyard mechanic that came do buy my car I found all this out. Do you not realize this is why people hate mechanics??? Are you serious? Trying to take advantage of people in today s world is disgusting. I m so glad I didn t give these robbers 3K. I m so glad my car is going to a father in need that can fix it. I m pissed I had to buy a new car but that s life. All could ve been avoided if I didn t take it to Firestone. If your coming here do yourself a favor and find a kid on Facebook that works on cars in their spare time. Do better. Be better. God knows.

Best Firestone I ve been to in the area. I had to travel outside of my area but worth the customer service and quick experience. Great management and team, except Amanda who is unnecessarily rude and d difficult. I ve had some tough experiences with Firestone but this one on Old Trolley Road makes up for them.

Young gentleman at the counter had the best customer service, I noticed he made sure everyone that walked in the door was greeted and you could definitely tell it was genuine! Sometimes an oil change can seem a little overwhelming especially for a women This place is different . It s very open and spaced out seating, television and even a charging station with every kind of charger you could possibly need for your cell phone! Restrooms are located right by the front desk so you can easily find them and ladies restroom was very clean! The drink machine is located right outside the front door , they had bottled soda and Gatorade ($1.50) and drinks were nice and cold. They do acceptwalk-ins however I think it s best if you make an appointment! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. They also made sure that I understood everything about my car and the services I had done with a detailed receipt. I felt that everyone was very upfront and honest and I will continue to bring my business here absolutely!

Completely horrible!!!!!! I waiting over an hour and a half for an alignment, and when I finally went up to the desk to find out what is going on since they hadn't even taken my car back yet he said that the car was stuck up on the lift and they have been waiting for a part to get it down. Never bothered to tell me or anything. Then just kept saying well I guess that's Murphys law. Unbelievable. Horrible customer service and no one there's knows what their doing

I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else! Have been doing business here for more that 10 years. Shout out to Billy and Rob and their entire crew. They have always given me the best estimate and never tried to over charge me for anything. That's important to me as a female. Exceptional customer service and quality work second to none. I have bought tires from them, had diagnostics performed, new brakes installed, new windshield wipers, and overall maintenence on at least 3 vehicles through the years. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Firestone on Old Trolley was a lifesaver today, got a last minute flat the day before and was able to get my car in for a very quick patch job without an appointment. I highly recommend this shop, will be going back for their services.

What a great place best customer service. Billy is amazing. Other Firestone locations with techs standing around refused to patch tire same day. Billy had shop full of vehicles and said no problem, 20 mins later I was on my way. GREAT JOB BILLY!

I m not one to due reviews on businesses but when I experienced such great accommodating service i felt like i needed to share.
