had a good first experience there 4/15/24. i have bought online from them in years past. this time decided to have tires sent to a local discount tire shop; paid and sheduled online; and i felt it was a good experience; nice new clean building; they were busy had people before and after me; and they got me out pretty quickly. nice atmosphere.

Excellent, excellent customer service. Went in for initial visit, had old tires evaluated & received info from Kris. Did some comparison shopping online & could not best Discount Tire prices. Went back today to purchase & have tires mounted, was given an unexpected discount (President's Day), arrived early for my appointment, received immediate service & was on my way 45 minutes sooner than they forecast. Because of this encounter & the fact this store had fixed 2 flat tires for me for free in the distant past, I rate this store as exceptional! Sales & Service personnel were personable, knowledgeable, efficient & a pleasure to work with.

Hands down the best tire service in town! All my experiences have been great, the team is all hands on deck very efficient and coordinated and the customer service is super. Recommend them to everyone hands down number one.

On 3rd Nov 2023, I had a flat tire on my Tesla, when driving from FL to VA and this happened on I 95, about 40 miles from this place.Being late Friday and getting close to closing hours, called Tesla and they suggested to look for Discount tires to get a service on same day.I called this place to check if they have tires for model Y and asked about service hours. I ended up towing my car just before 15 min of closing time worrying they may reject to service that late.But to my luck, all the staff are so helping and polite. They happily ready to help even that last minute. Even the guy I talked over phone a couple hours before, stepped out and walked me in, to complete the paper work in time.They went overtime, fixed flat tire and guess what, at no charge. I was ready to replace tire, if needed. But they checked and decided to patch it.I am very happy and thankful for their service.

Kristopher & Tyler were so friendly, respectful and gave excellent customer service! Kris talked with me on the phone about my situation and spent considerable time, going over options for repair of my tire_ or replacemet if necessary. Explained safety considerations, gave me knowledge of regular maintenance and estimates on a few kinds of tires, to consider for replacement. Fantastic Customer Care & really quick work, getting my car fixed up & ready to roll again! I can not recommend this tire place, enough ! Great job, guys - SO GRATEFUL! For easy & fast repair. Earned a customer , for life

I ve been coming to the Discount Tire in Summerville, SC for Tires on 3 of my Vehicles for several yrs now. This is the best Tire store I ve ever been to. The Customer Service, Communication, Fast Service, Clean & Professional looking Staff & Store is outstanding ! Thank You !

This was my first time at Discount tire. While their tire line up is pretty good, they have a lot of cheap Chinese tire brands, so I would recommend doing you research and finding a legitimate brand. I ended up paying a bit more for a South Korean tire.I had an appointment at 9 am, but still had to wait. Don't expect being able to get in directly at your appointment time. Having an appointment.i found to be basically a minor placeholder guaranteeing you a spot in line.I arrived a couple min before 9, but wasn't seen at the counter until about 9:10ish. My car didn't go back until 9:35/9:40. Once back it took 45/50 min to get the new tires on. I wasn't done until 10:30.My second minri complaint was that they don't do allignments at the store. They directed me to a different shop. While I appreciate the honesty, that is a second appointment I have to make and more time out of my work day I have to take. Other companies will carry the same tires, for around the same prices, and do alignments.In all, it was like every other tire buying experience, but don't expect your appointment to help and expect to have to set up another appointment at another shop for an alignment.

Chris, from Discount Tire in Summerville did an amazing job getting my new tires installed on my vehicle on February 3rd 2024. He went above and beyond, testing my TPMS sensors at my request, showed me the best options and deals. My wait time was only about an hour and the technician came out to greet me when he completed the installation. Hands down the best place to get tires in Summerville. Thanks

I have a rare size tires on my Camaro and they were able to get a replacement tire in, put it on and have me back safely on the road in the same day! Great service! Friendly people! Convenient!

Went in without an appointment to see if they could mount and balance 4 truck tires. The guys at the counter said no problem. I turned around and they already had the truck up and taking the tires off. Blew my mind. Every tech was dressed neat and clean. Everyone in the place was working at the task at hand. MADE MY DAY. Traveling through (we're from Arizona) and a belt on our Cooper tire let go. Anthony M got us in quickly, found the issue, and installed a new tire (on warranty). We were back on the road again. Great service and I highly recommend this location.

Replaced worn Eagle tires. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm happy they have this new location in the Charleston area. We love Discount Tire for their repair or replace certificate in case of nails. It's worth it. Masks worn. Social distancing inside. Safe environment. Fast service. I drove right into the shop when I arrived. The sales person knew exactly who I was and what I needed. I like that!

Me and a buddy traded tires off our Jeeps, he got my 37 s and I got his 35 s. This location did not balance the tires from his to mine. This caused my jeep to get death wobble and wear out all my steering and lift components. Track bar, drag links, wheel hubs, ball joints, and tires all need to be replaced now. Honestly drive better on 37 s then with all these issues. Now makes me not even want my jeep at all, never go to this location.

Spoke to Jesse and I will say this place is exceptional. Very nice very good deal and very understanding of people who are on tight budget. When I called and spoke to Jesse he made me feel welcomed and not so embarrassed about my situation. He made me not have to worry so much and very punctual on time and very quick and easy service. When u got to location another rep helped me out and he was super too I'm very impressed and after terrible experience in SC shop being from IL after this and how Jesse helped me out he makes it much better and makes me want to return. If I had more stars I would give it thank you so much

They stand by their warranty! I got my tires replaced here many months back, fast efficient affordable work. Recently noticed one tire kept leaking air slowly, they discovered a nail in it, patched it and didn't cost me a dime. Had it been irreparable they were prepared to replace it for FREE. It's a rare thing for a company to stand by their warranties nowadays! Highly recommend

I ordered two rims and two tires and only received one rim and two tires. A week later they can t find my second rim tracking number . I called and showed up. I guest it s because I m a female I m having this problem.

Super easy experience. I ordered my tires online and they were in and installed within 2 days. I was blown away by how smooth everything went. The service is excellent as well inside the store. I will definitely come back!

So I went in to get my TPMS out of my previous tires to put in my new ones so my code would clear. They even torqued my wheel adapters down to spec (I didn t ask them too they offered). Marlon was very professional and is phenomenal in customer service. Got me all fixed up and out I went.Going down the road I felt something as if my tires were off balance and I didn t feel this prior to showing up. Thought they were off balance due to the weight of 4 sensors being in them so I thought nothing of it. I Went to a drive thru and waited on our food. While we were waiting, I felt something pop. Like a tire had settled on the bead. Got out and did a quick inspection and didn t see anything right off the bat. Started driving home and I felt what seemed to be a flat spot in the tire. Got home and took a look and the rim was sticking about a 1/4 out of the tire in a 6 long strand around the tire. This could ve been catastrophic for me and my family on the drive home. It was a wonder it did not just peel off.I called the next morning infuriated due to having to find another vehicle to get a ride to work in the middle of working on my little brothers truck all at the same time. Anyway, Marlon answered and listened to my frustration without interruption. He apologized over and over about the incident and assured me it would be taken care of.He, himself, drove to my house in Jedburg and took my tire to the shop, fixed it, and brought it back and installed it. At this point I was just astounded at the professionalism he portrayed. Told him he really was good at what he does. They offered me a partial refund along with a free balancing of the other 3 tires. Just incredible.I have shopped discount tire for years and was worried I would never be doing it again. Thanks to Marlon and his team, they won me back over. I can t say enough about him. Comforting to know I will be taken care of when I go there and I m sure he will always remember me.Excellent work guys.

When you tell somebody repeatedly. Make sure you clamp the tire from the outside not the inside... So you don't get those little dings and divots inside of a wheel... Especially during the meet and greet and also when they go to put the tire on the machine... And they do it anyway. Come on people!! Is this really your best?!

I needed a rear tire badly, and originally I was supposed to go to NTB, but they sold the tires that they ordered for me to someone else....so I went into Discount Tires, and talked to Nikki (she's awesome), and we agreed that I should buy the second rear tire as well. The tires were very expensive (Michelin Pilots) , so it wasn't cheap but for all the insurances I received, it was all worth it in the end.I paid at around 11:30, was on my way home at 12:40.. When I need front tires I will Def come here again, but I was happy with the experience.

My newest go to place for anything tire related! Their service, tire options, and pricing cannot be beat anywhere! I've purchased tires from them all the way from their cheapest in-house brand to top of the line ones. The last pair I bought they accidentally damaged one of my TPMS sensors and I came back the next day and they replaced it no questions asked. Customer service is also top notch! This is the only tire place or auto care business I've been to that someone comes out and greets you in the parking lot as soon as you park to discuss what's going on. Almost like a car salesman but in a better friendlier way lol. It's also a bonus they allow you to schedule an appointment online for any service they offer. Highly recommend!

Amazing job. I called last week from Virginia and placed an order on the tires I wanted. It took them a day to get them in. When we drove down, on Wednesday, I came in towards the end of the day. They were very prompt and took me in within 20 minutes. They changed my tires out within the hour, even though they were pretty busy. It was a very good experience and I definitely recommend this store to everyone.
