You can tell Jimmy loves what he does and his heart is in his work. He s knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and give valuable advice. The other staff members were kind and attentive too. Bonus points for the clean facility. Very nice restroom and driver lounge. Thank you guys.

This shop is a life saver . I was screwed by other mechanics hack job and they did what these guys do best ! They fixed the truck in a day and got me back up and running . These guys stand by there word and by there work that speaks loudly ! I won t take my truck anywhere else . If you want family people who do there best everyday to make sure we can provide for our families while we are on the road ! This shop is it . There shirts are always dirty but if you needed it they would give it ! Thanks guys for your hard work and honesty !!

Had an issue with a flat tire. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was the self inflation kit and not tire. Just gave the tire some air and had me back on the road in under an hour. Did not even charge me for this service. Definitely would recommend with shop for all semi truck repairs.

Terrible experience, average price for an aftermarket water pump $150 original Volvo $420 and average labor 2 hrs. Brought the truck by appointment at 9.00 am got it back at 4.45 pm with issues .. and the bill was $853! $472 aftermarket water pump 3 hrs of labor and $30 for using the shop! Drove home load sound coming from the engine! They did nt reconnect the airline that goes to the fan clatch, must go back to the shop miss work again! Later on today.. Inwill go to court and file for law suit and report this shop to my company we don t need to do business with this shop anymore! The word will be spread to other own operators too , Red flag!

These people are what I consider the best shop in the SC area. They've maintained all of my trucks and they've always ran better and harder than when I bought them. Jimmy, Shirley, Christian, James and the whole crew treat you like family. They won't break your wallet and give you straight answers, not just talk to keep your truck in the shop. Great job guys. See you on my next service!!!

Wish I could give a zero star. Brought my truck in by tow truck. Engine running fine just had an oil pressure issue. They locked my motor up. Not properly diagnosing the issue. Good mechanic. His crew does great work. I highly recommend them. Try to plan ahead of time because they stay busy and it s rare if you can get your truck in on the same day. My wife and 2 grand children were traveling from Isle of Palms back to our home in Ohio with a stop in Tennessee when I noticed smoke coming from my car. The 2010 Highlander I was driving had gotten a leak in 1 of the oil cooling hoses and was not drivable. I stopped at the AutoZone just off the I26 exit to purchase an oil filter before I knew about the hose. It was getting late when the owner Jim and his wife pulled up and asked my wife if we needed help. She told them she wasn't sure but that didn't deter this fantastic family ( later joined by their daughter) from going out of their way on a hot summer night to get us back on the road. Jim even went to his shop to get a piece of hose that AutoZone didn't have and some tools and even after telling me how he didn't like to work on his own vehicles he was there laying on the ground as I held the flashlight so he could see as he put the new piece of hose on. Summerville is blessed to have such caring business owners.

I have used this shop since becoming an O/O its my go to shop. Very friendly people that remember your name and do great work for a very reasonable price. I moved four hours away and i still us this shop. Jimmy and the crew are the only people I want touching my truck.

Brought my International Pro Star to have the oil changed. The Max force navastar has an oil filter that goes in a case like a fuel filter. They put it on backwards causing an oil blockage and internal damage to the motor.They do not warranty their work!Many other o/o have had problems too!
