We broke down on the highway by Summerville. We were towed to Bobby's Automotive where they quickly found the problem. They dropped what they were doing to fix our water pump and get us back on the highway again. They were completely honest with us a did a great job. Would highly recommend this business.

Me and my husband are from Atlanta, Ga and our truck broke down in Summerville on Easter Sunday . That Monday after calling almost every mechanic there and them saying they can t get to us until Wednesday or Thursday, Bobby actually called me back and told us to bring our truck on over. He literally stopped working on another car to help us out so we could get home to our kids. We were there maybe an hour before he found and fixed the issue. He was amazing and his price was great! We expected to pay ALOT more for a last minute rush job but he was reasonable and did an amazing job. Thank you so much Bobby!!Service: Engine repair

Bobby s is the only place I trust with my truck. They re knowledgeable, honest, reliable, accommodating, and affordable. They won t tell you something needs to be done if it doesn t, like other shops do...including the dealerships. From simple oil changes to major repairs, Bobby can do it all.I recently needed my brakes replaced, but with my schedule I had a hard time bringing my truck in during normal hours. Bobby said no problem and let me bring it in after hours. Not only did he let me bring it in, he did the work while I waited so as not to inconvenience me with having to find a ride home and then back again once the job was done...AFTER HOURS!! He stayed late so as not to inconvenience me??? That s the kind of above and beyond service you ll get at Bobby s but won t find elsewhere.Great people, great service!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

I just want to say Thank you to Ashley and her team. My transmission went out and Ashley was so professional and kind. They explain what I needed and was upfront with me in reference to the cost of the repairs needed. We need more honest people like them. Stopped in early Monday morning needing a battery terminal installed. Bobby s team took care of it quickly and since it was a minor fix, there was no charge!!! Highly recommend Bobby s team. Another great example of excellent customer service!!!

Helped me save lots of money. another shop told me the transmission was done and needed to be rebuilt. i decided to get a second opinion and im glad i did it was a simple fuse blown. Great group of people at the shop.Bobby recommend i bring it in to be diagnosed he was very helpful he explained everything so i could understand. 50 cent fuse saved me 3,000 dollars. Highly recommend this shop great honest people

********SCAM******BOBBYS AUTO tells you the parts are hard to find. When they locate the part you will owe storage fees. I was charge 1700.00 in storage fees. But they did drop it down to 1200.00. I paid it and towed my truck as far away from those SCAMMERS. I was able to get my truck repaired a few days later for 2500.00.That explains all the broke cars and trucks on the lot with tall grass around them. He is filing for titles, Not sure if money is a issue, there credit card machine was broke and they don't take checks unless there certified. I could only pay cash. Hummmm.

Bobby and his team did a great job on my work van. Completed all the repairs in one day and got me safely back on the road. Not my first visit to Bobby s and will not be my last.

I was very pleased with my experience here. They were very professional and friendly and made sure to answer any and all questions that I had. They also had a fast turn around time. Would definitely recommend them for any vehicle repair needs. I know I will be using them again in the future.

Hands down the best and most affordable mechanic in the area. HIGHLY recommend you going to see them for any of your auto repair needs. TWICE he has not only saved me money with parts and labor, but also saved me from paying for a misdiagnosed repair from another shop. I won't take any of my vehicles to anyone else!

We asked you to do a simple maintenance items due to mileage... When we received our vehicle.. It was not performing properly... You actually had to take my part somewhere else to get it fixed because you could not do it... For whoever uses this place you've been warned... And I have noticed they will write a post dear sir we have no record of working on your vehicle.... That's funny...Service: General repairs & maintenance
