The customer service and cost were great! I got my windows tinted and a vinyl installed on my front windshield. I can see myself going back to them for other things.

Brought in my 2020 Mustang GT to get my windows tinted today. Talked to one person when I dropped it off and a different person when I picked it up and both guys were awesome, very professional, and incredibly welcoming. Felt right at home, price was right where I expected, and was done in just a couple hours. Highly recommended and will absolutely come back for any other needs!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Got my windows tinted about a year ago on my coupe, they did great, so we just went up there got 2-10" subs installed in my son corolla, Brad did a phenomenal job!! Extremely professional, stereo was installed clean, sounded great!! This is your one stop shop, my boys and I will cont to come here. We will be back!! UPDATE!!! Black Optix Tint did an amazing job on my C8. Ceramic on the front and sides and carbon on the inside glass separating the engine from the drivers compartment. It came out better than expected and I will use them again on future cars!!!Service: Privacy window filmsService: Privacy window films

I've had two projects completed here and when thinking about my experiences, the words professionalism, honesty, and personable all come to mind. My last project was to match my existing tint --their work exceeded my expectations. I love it! They are so patient and knowledgeable to help create the look I wanted to achieve. The provide reasonable quotes! I plan to use them for more work in the future. I understand how challenging it is to have high expectations and concerned about quality work...these guys are the BEST! Thank you!!

Came here 2 weeks ago. And these pple are Amazing!! They were very helpful with all my questions and concerns, evening introducing me to different types of tent. Who knew there was more than one. I highly recommend this place for all your window tent needs. They offer more services down to speakers, keys, tires and rims. My tent still looks good!

Amazing job. I was going to drop off my car to get ceramic tint on the windows and a clear ceramic on the windshield. I ended up having to wait on it and these guys did a great job and did it quickly. I cant recommend them enough.

I took my Subaru in today to get some tint (first timer here) and was very pleased with my experience! Chad was very knowledgable about the products and helped me chose the tint that best suited my car. I was out of there in just a couple hours with my roo looking brand new. For anyone who is on the fence about getting their windows tinted do yourself a favor and hit these guys up, they will not disappoint!

Black Optix took care of my new car almost 3 years ago. After 3 years, 2 cross-country road trips, and countless hours in the sun, my tiny doesn't have a single bubble, crease, or lift. I'll be taking all my cars here in the future

Took my car there to get the headlights restored. Wasn't sure what to expect as I have had to get it done a few times. Needless to say I left there with a new sundown audio sub, ceramic tint for my car not to mention it was already tinted and my headlights looking as new as when the car was first purchased. The staff was absolutely amazing and it's hard to find this level of customer service from anywhere. Jason did a great job with tinting my car and explaining the difference between what I had and why this was better. Even the manager was super nice and very friendly when speaking to him. Overall very good experience and I absolutely recommend using Theses guys. Thanks again fellas.

This shop is so much better than other tint places I've visited over the years. I contacted them a few days prior to having the work done and agreed on what was to be done, what type material, price and appointment time. When I arrived they were ready for me and knocked out the job quickly. I waited 3 days before posting a review to give the tint time to settle and it looks great. I'm very happy with the work.

One of the best tint jobs I have ever seen! Great customer service! They made it easy to choose between the different tint options by having them all on display. Quick turnaround without sacrificing quality. Very competitive prices. Going to be coming back soon with our other car.

Tints look great on my car. Was done in the time they estimated. My only concern is there are some scratches in the tint and one sliver of my window that isn t fully covered. It comes with a warranty so I ll have to go back and get that fixed. Problem is my work schedule isn t lining up properly.

Called on a Friday, I was informed they are first come, first serve. Showed up at 9am right when the open on Saturday and was third in line. Paid $200 to have my windows tinted and was informed I d get a call when they re done. Got a call at 1PM stating they weren t going to be able to do my car because they got too busy. Reminder: I was third in line on a first come, first serve basis! God forbid the staff would have to stay an extra 30 mins late on a Saturday for a job that was ALREADY paid for. Bad way to do business. Can t trust their word. Try harder guys.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I had a great experience there. They are very friendly and professional! They did a great job tinting my maxima. I ll definitely be going back to them to have other modifications done to my car. They do so much more than just tint!!!

Customer Service could have been better. I went there and asked for a carbon film tint for my Tacoma. The guy scheduled me for the next day and gave me a good price. When I came to get it done, one of the employees asked for my keys and took it to the back. Didnt say how long it was going to take, nor any information on the specifications. About 2-3 hours later he came back around and gave me my keys and walked back in. The tint looked good and I was happy with it, other than a little bit of bubbling. He didnt tell me not to roll my windows down for two days like I thought he would, or anything else about it. Quality of work is good, The customer service needs to be better

I had my 18 Sierra fully done in Optix Extreme tint. Couldn t be happier. Jake absolutely killed it on the tint. Trim lines are perfect and no issues on the tint. Chad is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the tint selections. Lance was very helpful over the phone setting up the appointment and making you feel at home. Customer for life for sure!

Just had (2) front windows done on our 2018 Pacifica...great job. Great customer service...will return for future vehicles.Couldn t make a second review so updating this one...another great job on my 2007 ES350!
