Ordered online to pick up in store. Have been to store 3 times during their scheduled hours. Closed each time and now I can't get my money back, because customer service states the store has to go issue the refund.

This morning my wife woke up to an iPhone battery that wouldn t charge at all. Phone was a refurb and reviews complained about this. I didn t give much thought so I called batteries plus. Josh answered was quick to give me a good price and repair within just a few hours.I m very happy with service, speed, and price.

Had my battery replaced on my iPhone 11. They said they had the battery in stock and the phone would be ready by lunchtime. I show up around 2 and they said they didn t have the battery and my phone was taken apart. They offered me a loaner phone but without my contacts there really was no point. It ended up taking 3 whole days to get my phone fixed. When I picked up the phone I had them put on a glass screen protector, which broke not even a half hour later. 8 days after the repair, the lcd started bleeding under the screen. I take the phone back to the store and the same guy tells me it s my fault because the screen was broken, and I dropped it. I leave and fill out their customer satisfaction survey and the same guy calls me and leaves a message saying that it s my fault and he doesn t know why I left a negative review.My phone s screen isn t cracked. The protector was, but they re designed to crack instead of the screen. I have never once seen an lcd screen start going black without a cracked screen. Obviously the issue is internal.I m a mechanic, I understand that things don t always go as planned. But to lie and pass the blame onto a paying customer is disrespectful and speaks volumes to your character and business model.I ve given up and ordered a new phone. Don t expect these people to leave you with a functional phone. Give them your hard earned money and they will ruin your expensive device

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SCREEN REPLACED HERE!! SCAM!! After getting my husband's phone repaired by Jon, a week later the screen cracked. Due to holidays we couldn't make it in for another week or so. Jon was there and very rude to me this visit, he also made it clear that even if HE had messed up on the installation of the new screen WE would have to pay $140 AGAIN for a new screen. Long story short, when the screen was removed at another location, there were 2 loose screws(as in lot attached to anything), see pictures, one of those screws was placed on the adhesive with the threads up towards the screen... In the EXACT place the screen cracked AFTER repair. No warranty/guarantee on their work! Also by how dirty the adhesive was, it didn't look like Jon had even attempted to remove the old adhesive and put a new one on. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE to get your phone screen repair done properly!

Had my daughter IPhone 11 screen replaced at Battery Plus for $180+. It was roughly 4 to 5 months ago. Needless to say the screen went out and they will not warranty it. I recommend going to Apple or Bestbuy I will not ever do a screen replacement with them again or any business for that matter. Stick to the professionals that stand behind there work.

Went to Batteries Plus in Summerville and explained the problem I was having with Hoover's Service Department. In less than 10 minutes, I had an excellent new battery with a 3-year warranty that does not require me to bring my car back to Batteries Plus to have the warranty honored - just the battery. The price was very reasonable. Great service, much respect, and no policies designed to bilk the customer out of more money. Highly recommend this business!

Called in for information and eventually went into this location...as always, the staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. Daisy was stuck covering the store alone and still made time to change my truck battery! She was quick and efficient! Part of why I return so often is the consistency!!

I brought my inviting a watch here to have the battery replaced. The person working there, lost the screws and told me no problem the watch would work perfectly without and the screws in there they ve assembled these watches before without the screws and they have no issues . This is a hack store. Please do not bring your watch there for a battery unless you wanna go home with missing parts. No satisfaction was given to me from corporate or the store owner thank you you did nothing for me.

Made an appointment this morning at 8:20 for a battery replacement at 5pm the same day. Showed up for the appointment and was told they don t have a battery for the iPhone 11 I m getting fixed. I did not get a phone call, email, text or anything saying they didn t have the battery at any point during the day. I asked if there was supposed to be a verification process and was told yes but they didn t do it. Very disappointing. Batteries Plus was always my first choice when needing a battery or screen replacement but not anymore.

Destroyed my iPad ! The manager haha Miles ; admitted he has never worked on one before after he destroyed it. I paid $400 for a new screen. They were unable to fix it then they tell me it wasn t working.!!! They won t release the video camera that showed me with it on showing the tech and ask him if he needed my code. He said no so I turned it off on video camera. But they won t release it and will not give me access to legal team.The worst is when my wife had to go pick up the broken iPad . They didn t refund me my whole amount. They shorted me $30 something dollars!!! I can t bear goin in there to get my whole amount back in fear of me committing a felony.

My experience from start to finish was great! I highly recommend this place to anyone. I got my car battery and key fob replaced. (in 30 mins) The prices are reasonable and service is fast. Paul was very helpful and nice. He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed.

The representative was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The repair cost was lower than the surrounding area, store hours are open later than others on Saturday, and the iPhone looked brand new when done. Awesome job! First time customer that was well pleased with the service!

UPDATE: Chalk this one up to an employee trying to do the right thing for his employer, although he was not entirely prepared to handle the situation. The original purchase records presented some complications that made it complicatedThe manager actually tried to locate me to straighten the issue out but did not have enough details. I went back the next day and met with him. I actually came out better than what I should have to begin with. This location is definitely trying to do the right thing. editedI went to this location today with a top of the line Duracell battery that clearly had a bad cell. The battery had a 4 year warranty and I had the receipt that showed it was in warranty. The clerk first tried to convince me it only had a 3 year warranty, for which I proved him wrong. (Edit at least according to the purchase record I had) He then tried to tell me the system showed I never picked the battery up in the store when I ordered to store.He the agreed to test it and tell me it had a bad cell, which I already knew. The battery was already charged and in the car, so charging it more would do nothing. Yet he asked me if I had a spare car because they would need to keep the battery for an unknown amount of time to attempt to charge it more. A complete waste of time for a battery that has 7 months on the warranty and will clearly not last the winter. And of course I can t go without the car for an unknown amount of time.He tried every excuse in the book to deny the warranty from the minute I walked in the store.In fact I called the corporate customer service. They called the store and and spoke to the same kid who had no manager. The customer service rep obviously got the same impression I did. We will see what happens when the manager at this location sees the email from corporate.

Had to get my girlfriends phone fixed because she dropped it the manager was great he fixed it less than 2 hours. The cost was alot ($183+) but was our only option. I believe his name was David he was great he also helped me last year when he fixed my cracked screen. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking to fix ur phone.

Great customer service! Me and my mom needed new key fob batteries and we got new batteries, that the rep changed for us, with a warranty we can use at any Batteries Plus across the US, doesn't matter where, we are covered! And they also had a B1G1 Free sale on AA/AAA batteries (hurricane season is approaching) can't ever have enough batteries, rather have plenty than run out when the season is active. I definitely recommend this store for all your battery needs (security systems too!!)... I used to go to Rivers Ave when I worked in N Chas, I'm super happy there is a store alot closer to home for everything!!

Exceptional customer service and excellent products! One of the few places you can find full replacement warranties on car batteries ranging from 3 to 5 years!Brian went above and beyond with assistance and is truly focused on the customer. I highly recommend Batteries Plus, and especially this location.

I brought my phone in to get the screen fixed. Afterwards my face id no longer would work, so I called to figure out why. The guy told me they dont use genuine Apple products so that happens & they can try to get it to work but no guarantees. Than about a day later I notice that my speaker does not work when I hold my phone to my ear, so now I have to take phone calls on speaker phone or on my airpods. They were gonna have to special order a part and it was gonna take more time than its worth. Don't bring your phone here if you want it to work properly after.

Brian waited on us in the store. He was congenial and friendly and knew exactly what we needed. The store is nice and clean and I bet has any battery and light bulb you would need. So glad to have this store in Summerville as it will save me searching store to store for the exact battery I need. I highly recommend you stop into this store for your battery and other electronic needs!

Brought my phone in for screen replacement now phone doesn't work. Screen is jumping and now the speaker doesn't work. I took the phone back to the store to see if they could fix the issues that weren't fixed completely on the first visit. So far the phone seems to be working better. Problems looked like they were resolved. I was impressed that the store personally contacted me wanting to make the phone right.
