I went there to buy a new battery for my mustang and Wyatt assisted me. Great customer service. He was very knowledgeable of their products and suggested the battery I purchased. He even installed it!

Wow! What a blessing to have Wyatt in charge at your store here in knightsville. He is very knowledgeable AND very customer service oriented. He goes above and beyond his scope of duty...I went in today for a battery. Wyatt took his time to install my battery AND a new terminal cable clamp. He tested mu alternator and starter as well. I lost my only young son earlier this month and I was very stressed...what a difference Wyatt made in my life today! Thanks Wyatt! Was looking for a standard 12v ignition coil for my 1950 ford 8n tractor. The older gentleman who was serving me was absolutely unfriendly and wasn t even trying to find the part that I needed. Absolutely unprofessional went to Napa and easy peace got my parts and the other stuff I needed.

Wyatt was a huge blessing today at autozone, very detailed in knowing what he was doing and helped me find what was wrong in an instant! I def recommend him if you go to auto zone, def one of the best experinces I ve had coming here!

So I went in here because I had to update my phone number. They Young Lady at the counter gave me a quick education on how the system works. And updated my account. Her hair was the best blue.P.S. keep your number up to date if you shop at Autozone for parts. Ask them why.

I would like to highly recommend the services of this store as well as the store manager, Wyatt Moon. My tire completely blew out in rush hour traffic Monday afternoon. Wyatt was driving behind me, apparently just getting off from work. He advised me to slowly pull to safety, put the parking brake on, as my car was running because I had my dog with me, and he didn't want him to get hot. Wyatt changed my tire and also checked the air pressure once he put the "dummy" tire on, while I just stood there. He warned me that I should drive slowly and to get my new tire directly as the "dummy tire" was just for emergencies. I did not have cash, but asked if I could VENMO him, he said no, thank you...I just hope someone would do this for my family in need. I cannot thank him enough for his time, courtesy, and kindness to me. You don't encounter "the good stuff" much these days, so I definitely want to share! Thank you again, Wyatt, should I need any car parts, I know where to go that is trustworthy! You are a blessing!

When I arrived only one other customer in store. ( Sunday around 11am) Employees were not all that attentive. I asked for the part I needed. They kinda just stood there. I googled on their website to advise. Yes, you sell it, whether it's in stock is the question, but until I looked it up, no attempt to just look in the store computer.

The guy who helped me was great especially considering I pulled up right around closing time. He came out and replaced my battery with a smile the whole time. It was quick and friendly service.

I want to give a huge shout out to James. He is always helpful and knowledgeable whenever I go in there. He always greets me when I walk in and is prompt in asking me if there is anything in particular that I'm looking for and will walk me to the area where the item is.He never treats me like I'm dumb because I'm a woman. Very respectful. You should hire more people like him!

My coworkers recommended this Auto Zone. Even though it is further than the one I live by. They both told me to take the trip cause I would get excellent service.We met James and he was great. He helped us without any hesitations.His automative knowledge was superb and got our truck running again. You got a great worker Auto Zone. We will be back for all our family s vehicles needs.

Always shop here and make sure to use your rewards. Spend 20.00 or more and get a point using phone number after collect 5 points after 5 purchases of 20.00 or more tou get 20.00 to use towards a purchase. How cool is that!

James was the best!!! Headlights and wipers and he had info but let me make the choice. He even put the bulbs in and the wipers on some great laughs and now I AM that gal with the ultra bright lights! Many many thanks!!!!

Went in to get some windshield wiper fluid supplies and noticed the store manager saying inappropriate things to the female employee as well as the other female customer at the front counter. They were also in the female employees personal space when they didn t notice I was looking. Everyone is polite and helpful, but I cannot go to a store with something as inappropriate and disgusting as that.

A senior staff member helped me with my purchase. And he put my wipers on. Very kind and considerate, this is how you keep customers. Not every one was observing covid 19. The store was becoming too crowded per customers waiting in line. Otherwise nice store.Thank you.

Last year I would have given 4 or 5 stars. But even if the shopping was easy and employees were mostly helpful, I didn't feel too safe in the store. Masks aren't required in this store, and there was no partition between the cashier and customers' location, so the only real barrier I could count on was my own mask and standing farther way. But what upset me was an employee actively saying "you can take that off here, ya know". Even if it was to suggest making talking easier, this isn't the time in the world to suggest a more reckless approach to social activity.

I called autozone asking if they would able to change the battery. James was kindly the one to answer the phone and told me to come by. I m so happy that I did. After I got a new battery from autozone James was able to change it for me with no issues. He was great, friendly and treated me with kindness. I recommend coming to this autozone i don t mind if I have to drive 15 mins to get here from where i live. I know I can always count on james to help me out if I have any questions.
