Highly Recommend!!I needed a battery for a F150.The one in the truck was Dead!! ( Barely made it to the parking lot! )Hunter Fox found just the right battery and he even installed it for me, free of charge.I could not be more pleased.Ask for Hunter He truly understands customer service!Tom in Summerville

Manager is the worst ever ! Do not shop there she was rude and too busy too even help me as I stood there for 10 min as she talked on the phone about nothing having to do with auto parts ! Avoid this location she is horrible with customer service !

It took two trips. I was given all the wrong parts on the first trip. The employees don't strike me as very knowledgeable parts people, just clerks reading a computer screen.

I was at Autozone Summerville in the Publix shopping center with a problem of black dots on my car. Ben helped me. I bought cleaner to get them off and a clay bar. I used them. My car looks great. On Christmas, a family member told me it stripped the wax off and I need to do . So off I go to my Autozone store today to get wax etc. Ben helped me again and told me I didn t need to do anything!!! He is such an asset to the business. I share my experiences with my friend and associates so they can get great service.Thanks Ben!!!Ann

Those guys are on point. They helped me get on my way in the good way. Questions answered, worries removed. This place is stocked. The Parts are here, no waiting, oh the staff was glad to get you out of the door and ask NEXT! This crew gets 5 'a from a grateful, customer. I now know where to come. AutoZone I now have a WONDERFUL, (know what they're business), crew who are deeply appreciated by me. TYGS

In a highly stressful situation, the two ladies working this morning (which of course, I forgot to get their names) went above and beyond to help me. My tire went completely flat and i had my baby with me. My husband wasn't answering at work. I had no idea what to do. I stopped in, and they came right out without any hesitation and changed my tire for me. They were so friendly and I can't even thank them enough. This is our 3rd visit to this store since moving here and everyone has always been helpful, but these ladies will forever have my gratitude.

Will not shop there ever again.They would not help, or even loan a lug nut wrench to a lady and her son who had a flat tire in their parking lot.Worthless. Maybe if they had been white, it would have made a difference. They needed help, I did.Steer clear of here. Not another penny.

Thank you! This was a great experience considering I had to leave the advanced auto shop because I was told they couldn't put my battery in because they only had 1 person on register, no customers, and 2 other employees in the store at the time.

HHUUGGEEE SHOUT OUT TO BEN AT THE OLD TROLLEY ROAD AUTO......I was LITERALLY greeted with his great smile and ABSOLUTE friendliness. He helped me get the coolant that I needed AND did me the favor of putting the coolant in for me. I LOVE great customer service. He's kind, helpful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. No disrespect to the other Auto Zone workers at all, because I know they're dynamic as well, but Ben has set the bar for customer service. KUDOS BEN JOB EXCEPTIONALLY DONE MY FRIEND

Needed new low beam headlights for my vehicle. Nancy did a great job explaining the difference in the options. Even though it was dark and approaching closing time she happily offered to change them out for me. Really grateful that she did because watching her do it reinforced to me how much of a challenge I would've had doing it myself. Thanks again Nancy!

Got put on hold for 15 minutes, no problem. They took the phone off hold, never said a word and then hung up. Attempted to call back and after ringing multiple times it sounded like someone answered and put the phone down without a word. Do NOT use this store, go to the one on Ladson Rd.

Awesome and quick service!! The entire staff- Nancy, Nicholas and Kenny was friendly and available to help! Nancy definitely went above and beyond to assist me. She made sure my issue was solely what it appeared to be and nothing contributing to it. I appreciate them all! Thank you again!

Nancy was a great and knowledgeable associate! I just wish the manager would be a little nicer to her. Though, it could ve been a joke. I ve already finished these boxes, it s amazing what actually putting in work can do! the manager said, in a demeaning tone no less.

Went to go get oil for my the car Today idk what it is but the blond big girl was super rude to my wife. Legit rude as hell ! The younger male next to her I walked up to the counter he looks at me and says he s closed like dude there s no one but me Any ways always come here but today I guess there both hating life today idk Guess it s O Riley s from here out !!!

I came in to get brake pads for my 94 Buick Regal Custom and was helped by a young woman by the name of Tory Hogan. She was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I ended up needing a tire iron and some other tools, and she had suggested that I also get brake cleaner. She also found me the cheapest pads I could get because of the shortage of money I had. Because of Tory, I will be coming back :) , the world needs more employees like Tory lol

Let me just start by saying that as someone who highly seek out great customer service, both Ben and Taylor are as good as they get. Ben was such a pleasure to work with yesterday (11/03/21) when I was shopping at his store. He was a comfort to work with and even presented me a better deal than I thought that I was receiving. Very professional and kind with his mannerisms. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Taylor over the phone and she, too, exhibited such great customer service. I was looking for a particular item that was supposed to be in stock. Taylor not only stopped to locate the item but upon finding out that it was no longer available, offered to have it transferred from another location.I apologized emphatically for the trouble and she so kindly and professionally stated to me, "You are no trouble at all, it is MY pleasure to assist you"--You simply cannot ask for better customer service! This place was absolutely helpful and professional. My man Lewis help replace a battery terminal on a cold night when things could ve gone majorly wrong. His positive personality was very embracing and appreciated. His co-worker Nancy held it down while he worked his magic!!!!

Tay B. was amazing! He was professional, courteous, patient, and very skillful at replacing my corroded battery. I am so appreciative of how friendly and patient he was through the entire process. He saved the day and got us safely on our way home. He is a perfect example of customer service that cannot be surpassed. Auto Zone has a keeper here!

Staff should really inspect rental tools before handing them back out. Came by to get a spark plug extractor and all the threads were crossthreaded and flattened.Customer service was excellent and very helpful.
