Stacey and Houston were very down to earth. Easy to understand and resolve all of my car service and tire issues, both today and this past Saturday. I normally drive my Genesis to the dealership on River's Ave. But after this visit today, I'm sold on this location. I will definitely ask for STACEY personally as my advisor on the next visit!!!!

I took my Infinity SUV to Automaxx and the service was such a wonderful experience. I worked with Doug Wright, as my service advisor. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable of my car. My car was worked on by Eddie who did an excellent job. Doug called me as soon as my car was ready and was very detailed in explaining everything that was done to my car. He asked me if I had any questions and offered suggestions that I needed to do for better maintenance of my car. I would highly recommend Automaxx to anyone looking for a high quality dealership in the low country. They will certainly not disappoint and make this experience a very enjoyable one.

This has been the second vehicle purchase at Automax for my wife and me.The Sales process was as low pressure as we had expected, which was appreciated. Our first experience with the Service Dept. was good, too! Eric Soto was our Service Advisor and he was great, too! On top of everything, I wasn t feeling well! The job was minor, the Service Department was packed, but Eric treated me and our vehicle as if we were the only ones there! The service job was quick and well done. Add that to the Sales process, which was actually pleasant as run by the lovely Sales person, Tabbi, and the fantastic trade-in we were given on our old car, and another great experience was had, we hope, by all!

Jessica at Automaxx service depaetment is an awesome employee and a great asset to the Automaxx team. I have a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. She had my tires replaced fixed my bent axle and repaired my control arm and was very pleasant to deal with throughout the entire experience. Wouldn't want to deal with anyone else she was great! Will make it a point to request her for any future dealings!

My wife and I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and have been nothing but impressed with this car dealership. They informed us without us even knowing that the struts needed replacement and they were ordered. We found some other issues with the vehicle and Jessica in the shop office and our tech Ryan have resolved every issue that was found with no questions asked. They are replacing the sway bar links, fixed an ac issue, resolved a USB issue and have made this an outstanding experience. I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone.

Eric Soto and David Rosales saved me so much time and money on my 2018 Honda civic. I ve been dealing with a headlight issue and David and Eric figured out the issue for me and most importantly provided me with the best customer service experience!!! Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a great service advisor and a family owned company who cares for their customers!!

Family member dropped their vehicle last Wednesday night for a Thursday morning appointment. Calling multiple times a day since to find the car hasn't been looked at and for some reason can't even get a call back from the service department. If this is how you treat people that pay thousands extra to purchase a warranty your place sells with the vehicle you sell them you should treat these customers better. The least you can do is give them a loaner off your lot when you promised an appointment last Thursday then this morning again with no call back. People do have to work for a living which is tough without a car.

My 2010 FJ cruiser was in need of a good overhaul and update. Bryant fuller and Doug Wright took fantastic care of my vehicle. They called me with updates as to how the repairs were going, and helped me make decisions on issues that came up as the repairs progressed. I would absolutely recommend taking your vehicle to see them. Top notch.

Eric Soto is five star service. Every time I need something taken care of he always makes sure it gets done timely and done the first time. It s great to know all I need to do is drop the keys in his hand with a question or concern and it s fixed. Can t ask for a better experience

Bought a truck from them last week and it had some issues, but they said they would handle it no problems. There was a small hiccup with communication and who I was supposed to be dealing with as far as setting up a date for repairs. After a few phone calls I was set up with Jessica who helped out tremendously and kept me informed on the status of my truck. Also David the technician who I was told worked over to make sure everything was done due to the repairs not being as simple as originally intended. They both did an amazing job and turned what could have been an aggravating experience into a much smoother process. Thank you again to the both of them. Also Keith and Marc did a good job of taking care of my vehicle in the initial purchasing process. Even though there were small bumps at the beginning I would recommend people to buy from this Automaxx for many reasons and whenever I purchase a vehicle again I ll definitely be back here.

Thank you to Eric Soto, one of the service advisors, for taking the time to go that extra mile when I brought my 2021 Rogue in for routine maintenance. Not only did he make sure that the service was done, he went above and beyond when he made sure that my parking sticker wouldn t come off my windshield. I appreciated his thoughtfulness.

Eric Soto was my service technician at AutoMaxx on February 19th, 2024 and he was beyond kind, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He offered solutions for the installation of additional cameras on my vehicle and even touched up a couple of paint dings free of charge. Very professional in every way. Nothing but OUTSTANDING and TRUE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Mr Soto went out of his way to assist me in getting my care repaired. Brian did an excellent job of keeping me informed on what was going on while my car was being serviced. The service department was excellent and they were able to trouble shoot my car and fix it in a reasonable time and for a reasonable price. I will continue to take my car there to be serviced. Debbie did a great job helping us with the purchase of Toyota Camry 2023! She is really sweet and delivers wholeheartedly.Brian in the service was really helpful during our visit to Automaxx to check on our door issues and coolant issues before we left. I needed an oil change and tire rotation for my car. I scheduled an appointment. It was so easy to schedule, I'm not sure if you even have an appointment or not, I just did. They took real good care of my car with fast and friendly Service. I will definitely take my car back to have them service it when it is time.
