Customer service was exceptional. I was kept updated every day via text message and the Jeep was ready the day they said it would be.The quality of the work done on my Jeep was perfect and when I picked it up, it was clean fron the inside out. Jackie in the office made sure everything went smoothly from the rental to insurance coverage. 10 plus with everything.

Just amazing experienced with this non-corporate business for a bumper repair. My SUV was delivered very clean after a spectacular repair. Alves Collision staff is the most friendliest body shop professionals ever encountered in SC. Also, if you ever need Outland 4x4 modifications, this is the place where you can safely drop-ship heavy bumpers for professional custom installation. I can't recommend Alves/Fit It Auto enough!! I was rear ended and my car was pretty jacked up (over $8k of damage) and they did an AMAZING job! They were super thorough in finding all the damages and got even the little scratches. They were so communicative with the progress of my car and keeping me updated. They also detailed my car so when I picked it up, it was completely spotless inside and out. Plus they were all SO nice!! Happy I have a spot I can go to now if I ever need anything repaired in the future.

The shop did a great job on repair. I felt they were a little dishonest when we went in for an estimate to pay cash, the gave us one with new doors which took more labor to complete. I ended up paying for the new doors but then decided to use insurance. The insurance only paid for used doors which is less labor. I had to pay more because I already paid for the doors. I would have appreciated the option of new or used and the difference in labor cost to choose from in the beginning.

Brought my vehicle in for an estimate without a reservation. The owner reviewed the damage and was very clear and explained the process. I looked at the work that his people were doing on the cars in the lot and decided that they are obviously capable. I actually left my vehicle there and took an Uber home. Once my insurance forms come in, I will forward them to him and he will start the work. I will update with pictures after the work is completed.Update: The big delays in the repair of my X5 was due to the insurance company, however the wait was justified and it turned out better than I could have imagined. It looks like it is brand new. All the damage and scratched paint was repaired, even to the roof rails. I couldn't see a single flaw in the paint job, no orange peel, no dust, no ripples or flows, it simply looks like a brand new vehicle. I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole process and the workmanship.

This shop went above and beyond to gain approval of the estimate from my insurer. Jackie was absolutely fantastic to deal with by keeping me posted of each step. 5 star review.

Definitely the best auto shop in the Summerville and surrounding areas , good communication, and they're just good people all around, my car was there for about three weeks with some rear end damage and you can't even tell that there was ever any damage if you want your car to look like you just drove it off the lot definitely give these people your business, they have worked on a few of my friends cars and it's always been the same service, they even detail it and wash it before they return it to you, and it looks phenomenal 10/10 recommend to anybody.Service: Body & Trim

My 2004 Lexus was rear-ended in a parking lot, breaking the driver's side rear light and buckling the trunk lid. Fix Auto Body Shop did an excellent job restoring the car to like new condition. What was amazing was all of the extra work that Fix Auto Body Shop did: the car was polished from top to bottom; some stone chips on the hood from 20 years of driving (about the size of a match head) were touched up and invisible; old paint blemishes were polished away. My 20 year old car looked close to how it looked on the showroom floor when I bought it.All of the staff at Fix Auto Body Shop were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They finished the work on my car 6 days earlier than their initial estimate.I recommend Fix Auto Body Shop to anyone who needs body work on their car.

First off, words can t even explain how I feel about this company or the people that fixed my car! My car was damaged since AUGUST 2021! I went to numerous shops and got the run around, it became annoying! I went to Paul s Car Care Center on Ashley Phosphate and met someone that worked there and he told me to try this particular shop and I m glad I did. My car looks brand spanking new, they even detailed the inside of my car. I was given an estimate of 3-4 weeks because of shipping but I got my car back in seventeen days. I was expecting much longer. Shout out to Aline and her Husband, they are super sweet and awesome! Satisfaction guaranteed!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an amazing experience with Fix Auto Body after my car accident. I had my car towed there all the way from Johns Island because I heard they were excellent. They were able to get me in right away and texted me updates throughout the entire time my car was there. The work they did on my car is amazing, it looks brand new so it was totally worth taking it that far from home. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Can't speak for the service (didn't get that far) but communication is poor. We were directed to bring our car in to have repair work done, received "two" text reminders. Brought the car in only to be told the parts had not come in. Why notify the customer to bring the vehicle in when parts haven't come in ?? not respective of the customers time !

Where to start... Fix Auto Body Shop truly went above any beyond to have my vehicle fixed and back in my hands (looking better than it did before the accident) faster than I would have ever thought!! They kept me up to date through every step of the process and even worked hand and hand with me to find the aftermarket parts that I needed to complete the repairs! My car is far from stock under the hood and they took the attention to detail to put her back together the exact way she was before. Not only were the workers and owners extremely knowledge and professional... they truly cared and it shows. I would recommend not only every member of my family to use this shop, but also to everyone out there looking for the top notch repairs!! I had to have my radiator replaced after someone hit my parked car. Everyone I met at the repair shop was beyond nice, William explained to me what was wrong, and showed me how and what was getting fixed. He showed me where the new parts were and what to look for if there would be continuing issues and assured me I could bring my car back if anything seemed off. I have had no complaints, in fact, I think my AC is working better now than it did previously! They did amazing and my front end looks brand new.

I recommend Fix Auto to everyone. They did work to my son s truck and were amazing throughout the entire process. I took my own vehicle to them after an accident, and even though it ended up being a total loss the staff was phenomenal. Very nice, accommodating, did everything I needed including letting my children and myself sit in the office until a rental company could pick us up. Their people are not the only thing that keeps us coming back; it is also the quality of the work being done. Truly excellent. If you need a repair shop, go here. You won t be disappointed.

I have been meaning to post this for awhile but to many things going on in my life. Back in August of 2021 I brought my car here to have work done to it after someone hit me while I was doing rideshare. Because this was my only income they moved me to the front of line to start working on it. Lady in office was extremely nice and informative. When I got car back it was like new. This was the first time using them and I will be back if I need them again. But hopefully not.PS my mother had brought me to pick my car up when it was done. She has since passed away.

Back on December 22, 2022, my 2021 Tiguan was hit by a driver in a Honda Accord. I knew that I was going to have a hard time finding a body shop that could take my car and get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Every shop in my area was backed up for months. The earliest anyone would even take my car in was late February, but most likely March. That was just to look at my car. That did not include the time it would take to order the parts and repair it. I reached out to a Facebook page for recommendations and Fix Auto Body Shop was recommended along with others that I had already reached out to. I searched online for reviews and was very impressed with what I read so I called and asked if we could bring the car by. I was surprised that they told me I could bring the car the next day. So from start to finish Alana, whom I spoke to and dealt with throughout the process, was professional and personable. She explained the process and timeline to my husband and me and a little over 3 weeks later, my car was ready. The damage was replaced, repaired and repainted. It was back to new and although I keep my car very clean, it looked like it just came off the car lot. It was clean inside and out and my wheels look better than they did when I clean them myself! They also warranty their work. I have already recommended them to people requested recommendations online and to friends "just in case".Extremely pleased! Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After my car accident in October I was losing hope on finding a shop with availability that wasn t a month or so out. I called Fix Auto and they got me right in. Not only were they timely the staff was friendly and efficient. I d highly recommend them. When I picked up my vehicle it looked just as good as it did the day I purchased it! Fix Auto Body shop took care of my car and made it look brand new and coordinated with the at-fault driver s insurance company so that I did not have to other than coordinating my rental car!Jefferson is a rockstar and the whole process with smoother and faster than anywhere else I have been/sent customers to when I worked for an insurance agency. Moved here about a month ago, and got in a car wreck. Shopped around for body shops, and was told quotes could take a few days, plus getting my car in could take some time. I called fix auto body, and I can t say how impressed I am with both the customer service, and the efficiency of this shop. I got my quote within 12 hours, and they completely detailed my car inside and out. I was rear ended and the people at Fix were so kind. Thiago and Jefferson and all of the employees were so great! Super fast and they cleaned my car inside and 3. Gave me the parts I asked for, no after market parts. They work super well with Enterprise on Old Trolly rd. I HIGHLY recommend both and I will recommend them to friends and family for sure!
