Gabe and the whole crew were fantastic beginning to end! We had an extensive repair job on our Nissan and from the time we got the diagnosis to the time of pick up, the communication was fantastic, there was no unnecessary selling or quotes on something that didn t need to be done, and the best part of it was, I feel like we found our new home for all our car needs! The quote was much more reasonable than cost at the dealership! We already set an appointment for another family car while we picked up the other! GREAT experience!

I asked for pricing on some work I wanted done. They said -"Bring it in! How would I know without seeing it?" Ok so I bring it in, I say what problems Im having with vehicle, and give them keys. Next day I get quotes and prices are absolutely extortionate so I decided just have them do Oil Change and Ill figure out honest shop to do the work. So I ask for my bill of work they have done and it is over 300 hundred!? All they did was oil change. They told me to bring it in so they can look at it and give you quotes on pricing but didn't tell me it would be 250 to have them look at it. They have very bad communication about what they are going to do and how much it will cost. They went ahead and did 250 bucks of testing without communicating that would even be a cost. And when they had quotes for work I wanted to do the prices for that was extortionate. I was scammed and will never be back and would suggest to everyone else to find honest place with reasonable prices.

Absolute garbage mechanic shop. I had a bad experience with them before. However Gabe the owner assured me that would not happen again. They installed an old work body on my dodge ram. The also installed new lighting kit. The backup lights don't work and they ran the wiring across the doors. The bed is too close to the cab and the wheels are not centered over the wheel wells. The license plate fell off on the way home. Unfortunately, Gabe the owner will not return my phone calls and I get the run around if I visit in person. Go somewhere else if you a good job done.Services: Electrical repair, Auto body & trim replacement

Giving 5 stars for customer service. Went in for a diagnostic test and Matt was incredible. He provided such great professional customer service. He answered my million questions and printed me quotes separately and together because I m so high maintenance Waiting area stocked and clean and very inviting. Have not had repairs done yet.

They were very friendly and patient. The one mechanic even stayed after to make sure my car was fixed, and I was able to get it the next morning. Thanks I will come back if I have another problem with my car. You have a customer for life.

A+ auto service is the first mechanic I've ever used that wasn't a dealership. I bought a 2007 Subaru outback for 2k that had a lot of issues and I knew I needed to find a good mechanic. It's because of the reviews I decided to go with them.There are many issues with the car and it's going to cost over 4k to fix but they were able to tackle to the most pertinent things to get my new car up and running. Little by little I will bring her back to get the other items done.Thanks A+ for working on my car!!

I brought my vehicle in for a nail in tire without appointment. The team at A Plus were more than willing to help, and had my tire repaired within 20 minutes for a very reasonable cost. They did not try to oversell me on anything. Will definitely use again!!!

Took my truck in with a transmission issue I had a side mechanic with all the electronic equipment hook it up and he kind of pinpointed into one area and told me to bring it to these guys. They replaced all the cooler lines as they said they were clogged and that was the issue. A day later I had the same issue. This time they sent me a new estimate that several items needed to be replaced. I again went back to my private mechanic and he told me no. Don't do that. Tell them to only replace the torque converter which they did and it cleared the problem and have not had any problems with it since. So I'm not saying that the quality of their work is in question. What isn't question is instead of finding out what the problem was, they tried to eliminate the problem which in the end cost me more money. There are several reviews on this company with the same complaint. So again the quality is not in question. It is the fact they didn't try to solve the problem. They tried to eliminate the problem... And your response to I brought it back. 1500 miles later is a flat lie. The same issue of high RPMs literally was back within 24 hours. I did not drive it 1500 miles before I brought it back to you. My side mechanic could not do the work because he does not have a lift and I never ever got pictures of any clogged cooling lines. Not one.... as in all the responses to any negative comments about the company you have made excuses that absolutely do not exist.. when I did pick it up from y'all and the cooler lines and radiator were all cleaned and replaced, I was told that the issue was fixed there was no mention at all that there could be still underlying issues. Had you actually hooked it up to the computer after you replaced the coolant linesThe torque converter issues would still be present along with any control module issues, but you all did not do that. There is no way you hooked it back up to the machine and it said it was working fine...

Beau did an amazing job and was very thorough with the scheduled service along with the overall general inspection. Being mechanically inclined myself, I rarely take my vehicles to a shop unless I absolutely need to. I trust A+, Beau, and the owner Gabe to get me taken care of

Had a lot of work done on my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. It was finished when they said and all the work was completed on time. It was A LOT of work. Haha. I ll be test driving it over the next few days, and see how things go. I am very happy though with their work, their professionalism and their communication. I ll definitely use them again.

Great customer service. This was my first time here , from the front desk advisor to the technician and owner. They were extremely kind and professional. They did a full inspection of my car and printed me off a detailed report. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I wish I could give negative stars. Brought a truck from them, paid extra money for them to handle everything tag and taxes wise. They claimed they were going to do an oil change and brakes all around. Had the truck 2 months, paperwork coming in for taxes needing to be paid recently and back brakes are needed, on top of the oil that was supposed to be changed is pitch black. We were willing to pay for the back brakes but they never returned the key for the tire lock so we can t even get the tires off to change the back brakes. We ve been back to the place 2x at this point and even spoke with the man that sold us the truck and you can clearly see he doesn t care about the issue s at hand. Mind you all these issues and not only are they a dealership but they supposedly fix cars as well, I would not recommend anyone to come here.Update: We were told to come back tomorrow (3/26) after they order the tire key and new lug nuts, I will update as needed.

From my experience. Communication is not clear. Brought car in the 1st time was told car needs new steering pump etc. Paid the price. Not to long afterwards same problem occurred again brought car back in was told A+Auto put new unit in. Was told need a rack and pinion. Was not told from the beginning. Power steering fluid is running low. Now. Was adding fluid from the beginning thought they would of fix the problem now it's another story. My check engine light is on now they are telling me another story. Will not be doing business with A+Auto anymore. Bottom line. Y'all really messed up my weekend. Y'all car's need to break down see how it feels. When you paid for service. Just hear a story. We don't know just bring it back in give us more money. Never again. Very bad business. That's the feedback. It's over.

I had an oil change tire rotation and balance done. Was very good experience. It took longer than some places but for the extra time they went through my car inspecting it. I was pleased my first time there will be back.

This location was recommended to me, and I feel comfortable when my car is getting serviced. I don t know much about cars, so I rely 100% on them to tell me what s wrong. Everyone is nice, friendly, and extremely honest professionals. The location has a very nice room to sit in when your car is getting serviced, with coffee, vending machine, clean bathrooms and TV s to keep everyone entertained. Prices are extremely fair, and I m happy to have found a place that will be my go-to moving forward. I highly recommend A+ Auto Service!!!!

Called on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and was able to get our Jeep in there on Friday. Had an appointment for 11. The vehicle was back and being worked ok right when they said. Repairs were completed in a timely and professional manner. Everyone there was professional and engaging. Definitely will return if repairs are needed in the future.

A+ is my go to shop. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. For transparency, I ve left a similar review recently but that was because I ignored an issue I should ve fixed during my first go around. That s on me and should ve dealt with it then. Now I m circling around and they treated me the same. Great work and fair price. I m not a robot and I see 5 bridges ..lol.

Took my classic Toyota truck to have the fuel lines replaced. The truck ran fine when I dropped it off. They replaced the fuel pump, fuel lines and carburetor. The thing will not run now. I'm 2 grand deep and it's worse than when I dropped it off.

The oil change and tire rotation took a lot longer than I thought it would (2hrs 30mins with an appointment) but that s not the main reason they get a 3/5 from me. I opened my hood to discover a large wash cloth laying on my battery and near my trans fluid. Common sense would dictate you remove something like that from all the electrical components and the fan but what do I know.

Awesomeness personified! Im not kidding either. Always, always so reliable and I love the up to the minute detailed inspection report with photos. Less than 48 hour turnaround most of the time. I only visit their shop for domestic repairs. They are definitely a A1 service shop with honesty and They come highly recommended I had My AC fixed and the part malfunctioned They replaced it under warranty without any problems I also had to get my headlight fixed and they were honest enough not to charge me because the plug just needed to be turned around, so they did it for me. Also they sent me pictures of problems that I needed fixed I didn't tell them what they were and I knew what problems I already had but they took pictures of the problems gave me quotes and they were correct As far as I'm concern their service is like the dealership will do business with them in the future Thank YouServices: Electrical, Auto A/C replacement

EDIT!! I wish I could give 0 stars. More like F Auto. Claim to be the dealership alternative but in reality they are no different!!!!I brought my car in for a braking concern after I told them I hit a pothole. they correctly diagnosed my sticking caliper issue BUT claimed I had a bent rim and that I would need an alignment and one of the wheel bearings replaced. Wanted over $2500!!!! They Upcharged a single wheel bearing to 500 bucks when the actual part is only 100. What a SCAM!!I refused service and was told by another mechanic that the issues brought up by this place were not even real I refused service and found that my lugnuts were not torqued down properly after their diagnosis good thing I had it towed out or they would have been in serious trouble!!! Forget about this place!

Outstanding service!! I was supposed to return back to A+ after my warranty got approved but A+ decided to go above and beyond and do it the same day!!I felt right at home in the waiting room with a clean and cozy environment. The coffee was amazing, the Wi-Fi was super fast and I walked out paying less than I had budgeted for!Super happy!

Visited A+ auto 10/23 with drivers side headlight issue that turned out to be faulty Body Module replacement. This shop estimated over $1800 for work to be completed. We declined and took vehicle to Ford dealership and total cost was less than $900. They attempted to overcharge for services that the dealer performed for half the price.
