Everyone at this location went above and beyond to help me with a tire issue while traveling can t say enough about the staff at this location. Granted they need to carry 18in tires not their fault they still were concerned with my safety and helped me with spare and did what they could at zero charge and went the next mile. Honest and very good employees. I would recommend to anyone.

I've always went to Walmart to have my oil change I've never had a problem they're just that neighborhood store or you can drop your car off and shop at the same time

Came here and supplied my own oil for my oil change on my truck they got me in right before they closed staff went above and beyond was extremely friendly helpful did a excellent job! Went above and beyond I highly recommend this location and the staff as they were extremely accommodating and took care of my vehicle and did everything right which I appreciate highly recommend this Auto Care center.

Great service they take care of you and offer many maintenance service on a vehicle. I just wish they could do brakes.

Tried getting my oil changed here. I installed a Fumoto drain plug, which apparently prevents them from changing the oil. I told them as long as they used it to drain the oil and not take it off I would be fine. I said I'd sign whatever releasing any liability, but they refused. They stated that they couldn't ensure it was to their specs so they refused the oil change. They have procedures that my truck wouldn't let them follow. Manager looked at it and said no so I changed it myself. This same store that follows procedures put our tire on backwards last time so my fault for going back. Just go down the road to a local shop.

I got 4 tires here a few weeks ago and I was very satisfied with the service. I liked how the app updated my as the process went along and their waiting area was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. I ll be back.

I went in for an oil change, and for them to change my air filter. They checked the air filter and it didn't need changing... saving me money. The customer service was exceptional. I also had my tires rotated several weeks ago, and the service was great then too.

I wouldn t rely on them to do anything but oil changes and tires. And that goes for most Walmart auto care centers. This location stated they couldn t perform a $10-15 service because it was basically too hard when they started on my car (I ve had this service done before by non local Walmarts, Pepboys). So when I got home, I Googled it and did it myself and I have 0 mechanical knowledge outside of wiper fluid/replacement and oil level checking. These technicians are inexperienced- polite, but inexperienced.Service: Auto maintenance

We had to get all 4 tires and the level of courtesy was unbelievably awesome. Not a single person me and my wife talked to had an attitude and they treated us very very nicely. I just wish ALL Walmarts could be like this one.

Showed up to get tired put on my rims tires ordere from walmart.com. they said tires were not here per the website so I gave them my name and number to call when ready. Did not receive a call at all. I called to see if tires ever came in cause walmart.com said getting order ready. I called and spoke to the the tire. Center and they said tires had been there all them know. I asked noone I the whole store did not let you know my tires were there. The associate said no and that they could not put them on today cause one person went home early and they was only one person there. Very good customer service. My oil was changed in a timely matter. I had a overall excellent experience. This is the best place to get your oil changed.

I went in because I had a nail in my tire. They said they fixed the problem and only charged me like $15. The next morning my tire was low I looked and the nail was still there.Don t go here pay the extra $5 and take it to a different placeService: Tires

They rolled my window down without asking and they locked my keys in the car , however, they did apologize and took $30.00 off my tires so that was good.

Not the first time but will be the LAST time wlmart will disappoint me. Auto center in Gaffney was CLOSED AT 4:45 in the afternoon! Not only were they closed but the gardening had shut down and closed the gardening section up also. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY OR NEED SOMETHING DESPERATELY. I had to go all the way to Spartanburg East side Wal-Mart to complete my purchase.

The guy that works in the back the tall white guy that wears glasses and always wear a hat is rude I have complained to management every time I get my car service and they do nothing to him. He s very rude the service was super slow today what makes matter worse he did nothing but stood around and caught and attitude
