As of right now, I cannot trust most of the people who work here. I was essentially lied to about the update issues plaguing my 2023 Honda Accord. I came in roughly a week after finding out about an update that would fix my problems. I was told by everyone "Nope, Honda is still working on a fix and it will be pushed out when it's available" and every time I went in for service after that, same thing.Turns out, the service bulletin to fix my issue had existed for almost 5 full months before I decided to look it up myself. 5 months of dealing with software quirks here and there when I shouldn't have had to, and it would have been even longer if I stayed complacent and just took their word for it. If it was not for Pat Johnson letting me show him the service documents, I would have absolutely exploded in rage.This is NOT the service I want for a car that will end up costing me an entire year of my salary to pay off, I will NOT tolerate lies or negligence to check service bulletins for specific issues. That includes you Justin, you should know better as a Senior Tech. Ridiculous.

Stopped by to ask about getting my key fob batteries replaced. Friendly service personal directed me to the parts department where an equally friendly parts person replaced both my key batteries immediately and sent me on my way without charge. Pretty awesome!

I've purchased and had my vehicles serviced at Vic Bailey Honda for several years now. They always do a great job with routine services and any warranty or recall work. the staff is very friendly. waiting area could be more comfortable its right in a busy walkway near bathrooms and seating needs updating but overall not terrible. only reason i did not give 5 stars is due to the fact that services always take forever. oil change tire rotation and multi point inspection with an appoinment you can expect to wait at minimum an hour usually closer to an hr and a half.

The service was good and staff are friendly. I got my car back sensors installed here. My service advisor Justin Stephenson was very good in communicating the service updates and other requirements. He made me get my car before the promised time. This service center has a lobby for waiting customers with free coffee and vending machines.I recommend this place.

Service experience overall was good. Terry the service manager was helpful and he agreed to drive my car to root cause a noise issue that I was telling about.No waiting time for dropping the car, no waiting time for their drop off service and over all experience is pretty good. Nothing to complain.

It took over 3 hours to get an oil change and a cabin filter change. I had an appointment a t 9:15 and I'm still sitting here at 12:15. My husband just passed and I'm sitting here waiting on these people.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had Zurich Shield applied to the exterior and interior of my vehicle. It only took about half the time I expected and I feel like they did an excellent job. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

I came here July 19, 2018 for an oil change for my black 2016 civic at the service department. Previous encounters were very kind, however this time, the current employees were very rude and disrespectful. I was guided by one of the service guys to pull my vehicle into the service garage FROM the back, however the garage was filled and there was no way for me to pull in. So i asked one of the mechanics for directions and if whether i should leave it there. My wife was standing inside the service garage while they were talking disrespectfully of me. Quote the service guy on the far left counter "If he doesnt know how to pull in, he has no business getting his car serviced in here". And thats exactly right. I am getting my car serviced somewhere else. Not ever again.

Went for an oil change and they were very helpful with looking up any recalls that might be out and it didn't take as long as we thought it would. Very nice service.

Just need that $ low care for the customer. I do my own maintenance. The labor cost you pay doesn't justify the quality of work. Extremely long waits. Staffs okay.

BEWARE to deal with this guys!!! On June 10th 2017, we tried to negotiate the price like every where they do, but Bryan D P refused to turn our offer to the manager. He explained that their prices are the best in 200 miles radius, and he let us to leave. As customers, we are not important, he even didn't ask us for our phone numbers. We just bought exactly the same new Honda Pilot EX-L for $1,200 less of their best. Yes, of course we were shopping around, and we found at least 4 Honda dealers with better offer. If you want to get the best deals go to HENDRICK Honda of Easley, SC or Honda of Concord, NC. Thanks for reading this!

Honda finally admitted my wife's car had a problem, after a year of trying to get it fixed. Honda has some unusual ways of doing work. Too restrictive in trying to figure out a problem. If the car wasn't under warranty, this would not be the place to get the car repaired. The service manager, Mike Lancaster did follow up on getting Honda to fix the car. My only reason for 3 stars. Why did it take a year? Honda's not the company it used to be. Highly disappointed.

Purchased a car here Jan. 10th 2018 and still have not received my tag or title. Unable to get any answers from anyone as to why it's taking so long. The second paper tag expires tomorrow and I'm unable to get anyone on the phone, I also live about 2 hours from the dealer so driving there is just another waste of my time. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Was told that a software upgrade was free when came in for the appointment was told there was $100 dollars charge. Had to pay the fee since time off work was already taken and the arrangements were made to get picked up.

Takes 4 hours just to change engine oil. Wonder what they be doing with the car when you cant view your vehicle.
