To be honest I'm not sure why I continued to go back. I had them do an oil change and tire rotation in Sept/October time frame and the lug nuts were impacted in and cross threaded, Had to go to the Mazda dealer and have over 5 studs and lug nuts replaced. They said they would have the manager call me(that was a lie), I called back and got the same lie. So that repair was out of pocket.Went today and oil from the suction tube was dropped on the bumper/headlights along with greasy gloves on the passenger fender that wasn't even wiped down.I'll find somewhere else or do it myself, going back here will not happen anymore.

I been going to this specific Valvoline for the last two years. My last visit wasn t the same service as before. The technician tried to sell me higher grade of oil after I told him I wanted the same I always get in the system and kept preceding to sell me higher grade. Also the technician kept asking me about how to change my oil light back to 100%, I asked him why he didn t know that it was his job. I had to ask someone else that worked there to come help him and the lady technician changed it in less than a minute. The technician had to be new but Valvoline needs to make sure their employees know what they are doing dealing with people cars.

Even though I told them I only wanted my oil changed they tried to upsell me on every service including trying to sell me a rear center brake light which they said was out, yet when I was driving later that day i could see it reflecting just fine off my jeeps spare tire. Won't use them again. If my air filter didn't have a "do not touch this is a rechargeable air filter" sticker on it I am sure they would have tried to tell my my air filter needed to be thrown away too.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Went for an oil change on 2/5 than left for Atlanta. Bolts on spill guard were not tightened and I hear a noise from underneath my car on 285 with traffic everywhere. I pull over at nearest exit and spill guard is flapping due to bolts coming off. Was in a dangerous area so went a couple miles down the road and looked again and spill guard had fallen off my car. Reported the incident on 2/9 to valvoline and they said they would contact Nissan and order a new guard and contact me. 6 weeks later and have not heard anything. I would not risk going there.

Best service ever!! They checked everything and we're quick, courteous, thorough and professional. I never had to get out of my car. I'll definitely will go back. You should try this place.

Been to this shop several times and have always had great service from all the technicians. Demetrious helped me out the last 2 times and has been very helpful and informative. Seemed to be a little short staffed but everyone was working with a smile. Whatever they're getting paid isn't enough!

Update:It's been a month since they stripped the drain plug on my truck, and I have had 2 managers call threaten to come out and investigate my truck leaking oil. No one has showed up yet.When they changed the oil, they took the old drain plug out, tried to re-tap the threads, and stuck a new drain plug back in. Result is is leaked a puddle in one day, not a month later, it has leaked out all of the oil.To date, after four weeks, they are still investigating; per customer service and my truck has now leaked out all of it's oil. They told me it was fine when I left, "just get it checked by a mechanic before my next oil change".________________________________________________________________________I had my 1998 Toyota Tacoma, oil changed 2,000 miles ago at this Valvoline. It started leaking a small amount ever since, but I drive this truck rarely do I just put a drain pan down. Since it was now low on oil, I went back to the same place, and now they tell me the oil Pan plug has been stripped. They managed to get it out, cleaned up the threads a bit, and put a new bolt in. You can see by the picture that all they wanted, was to get me out of there.So if you have over 100,000 miles on your car, if they screw it up, it's on you. I'd find another place for oil change. Also, if you do use them, I would recommend an oil drain bucket, so you can collect your oil as it leaks out, and maybe try to re-use it.Service: Oil change

This is not my usual stop for an oil change, but they surprised me with a screen where we could see what they were doing under the hood and beneath the car. My grandson will love that next time. The technicians were polite and professional. I definitely recommend them.

Little pricey, good service and pretty quick. 1 car in each bay and 1 in each line. Still was serviced and pulled away in 45 mins.

**** DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!***** my aunt is having to go through a lot with the she took HER 2021 car her 30,000 miles and as soon as she left her ***HEAD GASKET BLEW**** due to the car not having any oil and over heating!!!! This is not the fist time it has happened they are draining oil and not putting oils in these cars they didn t do a investigation at alll just told her they were not responsible never even looked at her car to do investigation or looked at the paperwork were it was clearly so to their negligence!!! They should be put out of business!

Service was good. Visit here twice. First time big bill. Didn t think much of it. 2nd visit. Several months ago Big bill. My truck has always use 6 quarts of oil when changed. I got charge for 7 Quarts. Thinking put 6 in then charge me for 7. So watch and check you re bill before leaving.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Car started pouring oil back out a day or two after getting an oil change . Took car back cause motor was knocking . Come to find out there was no oil in car . They claim car had a bad oil leak when it came in to be changed and they have video telling my son this . Why we can t see the video because they lying . And it doesn t say anything bout an oil leak on his paperwork after oil change . Now the motor completely gone in his car and Valvoline fail to take responsibility. How ironic one of the guys that was there when the oil was changed , they had fired when I went to talk to manager . It s a shame to take advantage of a college kid like that . Firestone did diagnostic and determined the car didn t have an oil leak . From reviews I ve read , valvoline has been doing this to people cars for a long time . Firestone also said same thing . Firestone said they ve had numerous people come for diagnostics that went to valvoline and car was messed up after letting them do an oil change . If you keep letting valvoline get away with this , it ll never stop . One furious mom Service: Oil change

I provided the oil and filter for my oil change and still charged me $30.00. On top of that they didn t put my oil cap on all the way. Just put it on without twisting it until it closed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great place to get your oil changed and for other minor maintenance jobs. Very professional staff and I love the ability to stay in your vehicle but still be able to see the work being done via the cameras that show above and below your vehicle. All of the common maintenance checks were done during my visit and I was in and out in about 15 minutes which is amazing for an 8 cylinder engine oil change that requires a skid plate to be dropped and a canister style oil filter that needs gaskets changed every oil change. What usually takes me over an hour they got done in no time. There's really no reason to do it yourself when it is this easy to take it somewhere and you can have confidence that it is done right.Service: Oil change

I am very disappointed. I usually love Valvoline, and have never had any issues before.I went in this morning for an oil change and was told they didn t have the filter in stock to do the change due to my cars new model. This was fine. I was told getting the required filter would take around 30 mins, but I had an appointment in 45mins and couldn t wait.The service tech took my phone number and other info and said he would call me when they got the part in.He did not call, but I assumed he may have forgotten or put the wrong number down. After my previous appointment, I returned. I was told to enter bay 2 by a large man before a female tech appeared annoyed by my existence and told me ma am, ma am and shook her head at me. The original service tech then informed me they couldn t get the oil filter necessary to change my oil.Overall, this Valvoline has cost me an hour of my day. I m only 29 but I felt unwelcome and unwanted by what appears to be a full staff of Gen Z kids who do not understand how to follow up with customers. I will not be returning to this Valvoline, which really upsets me because I recommend the company to everyone.Service: Oil change

went at 6, closes at 7 and had to call inside to get someone outside. 4 people came outside , asked me what oil my car took and told me they didn t have the oil for my car without even looking. told the gentleman beside me the same thing. obviously they didn t want to do it in the first place. you are a business that changes oil , you re not supposed to ask me what kind of oil my car takes. will never go back again. they lost my business.

Everyone here is SO nice. After not being able to get in anywhere on a last minute decision for an oil change, I decided to come here and I m so glad that I did. They re so professional and nice, and you get to watch as they re doing everything. Staying in the car is a huge bonus, especially lately with everything going on!

Fast, curtious, great customer service, these guys have it all in one sock. They check eveything, and can schedule for other maintenance. I have gone to other places,but I keep coming back to Valvoline. Give them a try, hard to beat an oil change while still sitting in your truck.

45 min for an oil change. Employees arguing with each other. Terrible...go to Take 5. Didnt show me the new oil, had to ask for a sticker, didn't offer to reset oil change light.

Such a horrible experience. I was there for over an hour and a half. Horrible customer service. I asked to have my wiper blades replaced and they bend the rear one. They set the from ones on my front hood and dragged the plastic across my front hood. The leaned against the back window and got grease and oil all over it. At one point no one was working on my car. I looked and they were all outside smoking and on cell phones. Then came into the garage smoking. Jiffy lube is better...anything is better than this. Then after talking to the manager, they were not going to tell me the bent the wiper blade...I just happened to over hear and confronted them. This is the Valvoline on Reidville Rd. Horrible!!!
