Extremely disappointed after having had a couple of good experiences. Tried to persuade me to pay for unnecessary service. After I pointed out I used to work on cars for a living and demanded to see the allegedly dirty air filter, they admitted the filter was clean. Went in for a simple, standard oil change on a low mileage 4Runner and waited 2 hours. Strongly caution anyone who uses them. Some really nice and accommodating people, some not so much.

Got a checkup for my Camry. Everyone was very nice, courteous & professional.Service was quick & stress-free even though computers went down for a short while. All had great attitudes & explained everything going on.

Mr Borders certainly had everything in order.From the multi point inspection to the multi knowledgeof my Corolla.A true start battery. My tires rotated. WhenI left and my spirits were really motivated.It's a blessing to go to a business where people like people & care what they do.Toyota of Spartanburg is just that place.If I were you I would go there too!

Great Experience at Spartanburg Toyota purchasing my used 4Runner. Thomas and Shawn are great sales team!! The whole process ran smoothly, and they kept in touch until I had keys in hand. The service department, Michael and his team did a great job with inspection to a few services to car before leaving the lot. Look at the detail work, great job!! I would definitely purchase another car from Spartanburg Toyota.

Very pleased. Igor was very nice and informative! He was not pushy, but I was made aware of a few things that would need to be done to my car in the next six months. I was only waiting about 25-30 minutes and time is the one thing we can't get more of!

I've had 9 oil changes and tire rotations at Dave Edwards Toyota and it has taken 45 minutes each time. Today however, they were running behind and it took more than 2 hours. I'm retired so it usually wouldn't matter, but today I had a rezoning hearing to attend at 5:30 and I didn't make it. I wanted to be mad, but Igor my service advisor was so nice, I just tolerated it.

I ve been searching for a specific Tundra for a little while. I live in Charleston and had looked around without success. I called Spartenburg Toyota and was connected with Carlos and Juan. From the very beginning they were extremely helpful and responsive. I ended up purchasing the truck from them and the entire process was very smooth and enjoyable. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, thoughtful and respectful of my needs.I would recommended this dealership to anyone who is searching for a new Toyota.

My husband took our RAV4 in to have a tire repaired, but the tire had to be replaced. Kendall did an outstanding job as the service representative. We will ask for him the next time we take the car in for service.

Spartanburg Toyota did a very nice job of finding and delivering a Prius Prime for lease/sale. While the limited availability of this vehicle allows them to charge a dealer surcharge (all local dealers are) they made the experience as pleasant as possible

I thought I would have a bit of issues since I have a Lexus but I figured it was worth a shot since it s technically part of Toyota. Definitely saved me a trip to Greenville. Philly Teap was a great service advisor, recognized me and my car straight away after my first visit. He definitely made sure to hear out what I had to say about some issues with my car and gave me reasonable advice. Walked me through the whole process and made sure I was aware when they started the repair.

Spartanburg Toyota has the best service center I have ever been too. Comfortable waiting room and service techs very professional. They are quick, efficient, and keep you up to date during the entire process.

Had a 9:00 appointment for a tire rotation was still there at 10:20 once they finished tire rotation and inspection came to me with a list of items that needed attention asap brake fluid was dark, battery terminal is dirty, cabin and air filters needed replacing (I just had them replaced)!! It seems to be a penny gouging place now especially if you are a female and go in there alone! I heard this young kid try to scare an elderly lady right before he gave me the same speech! I don t know how y all sleep at night!!!

I bought my car from the previous owner that offered me a warranty which was a huge selling point and 1 main reason we bought our car. Months later we discover that under new ownership the warranty is no longer available to us without any consideration at all to let me know. We got the vouchers for getting our oil changed which is something that we get done regularly at least a couple times per year. Well 2 oil changes ago they told my wife that the brakes needed to be changed immediately and that the cost would be around $1k for parts and labor. I told my wife the brakes are good because I too drive the vehicle occasionally and there are no signs of them needing to be replaced. I took it the other day for a the oil change and they say that I need to change the brakes immediately to avoid danger. Plus I also need to change the battery for $250 as well. I went to my local auto store bought the brake pads and items I needed to do the job ($120). And this is the part that really ticks me off, when I took the old pads off they were not even half way warn down. The rotors are smooth on both sides on all 4 wheels. I also had the auto store check my battery and alternator and it was putting out 14.5 amps which means it is still a good battery. This really makes me upset that I can t trust my dealership to be honest with me about the things I need and that they caused fear for my wife to even drive the car. They really need to do better and make some changes if they ever want me to spend my hard earned money there ever again. I can t wait to be done with the oil change vouchers.

Excellent customer care. Very personable and informative. Only one recommendation: when a customer pulls into the service building, they need to be greeted immediately so they know when their technician will be available to talk to them.Update: One year service, including oil change and tire rotation: Great video showing what services were performed. Wonderful checkout by Kaylee: friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions. As I said in my previous review, the only improvement needed was a greeting on arrival. This time was perfect. I was greeted immediately and given the info I needed! Great shop!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I couldn't be more pleased with the repair on my Camry, after it was hit. There is no sign of any damage and my car looks as good as new. An added bonus is that both the inside and outside of the car were detailed before I picked it up! The guys did a great job!

My first visit to this dealership in a car less than 1 month old for an accessory. Met by Kevin Hood, Service Representative, who was quick to understand my request, and very professional is his approach to help me. He answered most of my questions, then introduced me to the Service Supervisor, Ben Applegate, who answered every other question I had...many of which were very technically detailed.Great experience...I'll be back.

Went to Spartanburg Toyota with engine light on and VSC message. Went through all recommended suggestions to fix this issue only to spend 1k plus. Picked it up on Saturday and Monday morning light is back on. Very disappointed that no one called after reporting this issue directly and try to fix it. Seems like it s all about money.

When I arrived, I waited at least ten minutes before I was even acknowledged. There were 4 employees, and one was helping the customer, one was on his phone and the other two were talking to each other. I would have been totally fine with, we will be right with you. Also I went in for an oil change (complimentary) and every time I go there s always something else I need to have done. I always feel pressured and basically I m told it needs to be done and not knowing anything about cars, of course I say yes. But I noticed what I needed done happened to be the special they have running, which I know they push services/specials not needed to receive bonuses. I really needed the complimentary oil change and it came at the right time, but nothing is complimentary. I should have learned because last time I took my truck there to have a tire looked at and they said all these other things weee wrong and when I got the truck back, the problem I went there for (plug a tire) was. It even fixed.

Wonderful service! I made a 6 am appointment for an oil change this morning. I dropped my Jeep off yesterday and arrived at the Toyota dealership this morning to pick up my Jeep before work. When I arrived, the Jeep needed a part replaced therefore it was not ready for me to drive. I was unable to wait, therefore the service department delivered my Jeep to my place of work. I am thankful for this because I did not have to find a ride to pick up the Jeep this afternoon . My appointment was made in less than 24 hours and everyone was so helpful. I received great service today! Thanks!

Everyone knows what they are doing and they do a really good job. They take care of you and make sure you understand everything and feel comfortable. They went out of the way to make sure I was good to go.
