Super helpful , awesome customer service. I needed to have a nail removed and plugged and he explained every step and helped me with the sensor so I wouldn t have to go to the dealership. Would 1000% go back for any tire needs.

Went in and got my rims changed guy treated me great. Made sure my car was done just right. Even told me about my brakes and how good they where. Best place in town to get your tires and brakes done. I will not go anywhere else ever again. No upsells or hassle just honest work.

The service was fast and EXCELLENT! Very reasonable pricing for a used tire and the best customer service I ve ever experienced. Will definitely be using this place for all my tire needs.

Tire Guyz in Spartanburg is where you should get used tires. 7 years ago, I called and asked if they delivered tires, which they do not, and he asked what kind of situation I was in that called for a tire delivery. I told him that we had blown a tire, and that I was unable to make the 3.3 mile walk in the rain with the blown tire due to my pregnancy, and the fact they closed in 30 minutes. He sent another employee to come pick us up, and charged us $30 for a really nice used tire, and then took us back to the van. I'm really thankful that they exist. You should get tires from them. I know it was 7 years ago, but it was an act of kindness I ll never forget. I am thankful they are still in business

Quoted one price over the phone and charged different price after I had my car towed to shop and was very disrespectful towards me in front of other customers actually told me I could get the hell off his property and call tow truck back all about $10 misunderstanding that I was willing to pay . NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

I was greeted friendly. He mounted and balanced the 2 used tires. He went right to work after the customer that was there ahead of me. He did work and was careful while doing it.

Jose and Corey we're exceptionally phenomenal in buying my vehicle from them. I don't know what happened to the previous owners but I love these owners because they really care and they guarantee their work. These guys are great. I go to these guys because they actually use the torque wrench. Other tire shops have been to I went back and checked and my lug nuts were not even 90 pounds or they were way too tight these guys done it spot on good job

These guys were honest, well priced and FAST. I called in at 11am and they had me on the road after a tire replacement, tire rotation and brake pads by 12:30pm. Guaranteed the work and gave me advice on some other parts. I 100% recommend you come here for tire and brake work.

The Bossman isn't there and the guys there is charging as much as Walmart for a used tire as Walmart does for a new one. I've done business with him for years and never been charged what they tried to charge me to change a tire

Had a blow out and needed a quick fix, these guys were great. We've bought 3 or sets of used tires from them in the last several years and they are always very helpful and pleasant to work with.

I've bought several used tires from all different places and in a span of two weeks I had three of four tires on two different cars blow and I only bought one from somewhere different than tire guyz. But one day on of the tires I bought from there for my husbands car went flat. I took it to them and not only did they fix it but he didn't charge me BC it had only been about a week or two since he put it on and said it was on them. I guess it didn't seal good but he didn't charge me to fix it. Most places would have charged me to fix it whether it was their fault or not. Thanks Tire Guyz you are awesome.

Definitely come here to get your tires repaired or replaced. They are honest, friendly and have great prices. They go above and beyond to get you up and running! Will come here from now on.

They did their due diligence when selling a used tire to my niece. But also screwed up her car by bending the tension rod and haven't fixed it. Probably go elsewhere.

I got here at 11 they didn't have me ready to go till 2 3 hrs to mount and balance 4 tiresI jacked my own truck up took wheels off and put back onAs I was tired of waiting for them to stop jacking aroundAfter 3 hrs of waiting and me doing half the work they still tried to charge me 100 dollarsWhen I complained about the service and price the owner told the guy to take my tires off put the old ones back on very unprofessional I will never be back

Female beware. If you are female they will try and take advantage of lack of car know how. I know what's what and they tried to sell me trailer tires for my truck. Them refused me service when I called them on it. Women please learn a little about your ride so they can't rip you off.

The used tire was awful they tried to charge us 40 our old tire had more tread then the us d one they did.
