I called and was very frantic about my truck not working. Seeing as I am not from SC and don't know very many people. I didn't know what to do. TCK answered my call very calm and reassured me that he could get me back together. He came over the 1st day and did an assessment of my car for a pretty good price. After we siscussed what was really wrong with my truck he told which parts to get and I followed directions. He treated my like his own daughter. I called my father and explained what was going on and my father was very grateful that another master mechanic had agreed to take care of his daughter and granddaughter. TCK has top notch communication. I feel better bow that I have a mechanic I can call on while living in SC. Thanks again for getting me and my daughter back road worthy and safe. These guys saved the day! My radiator went out in my Suburban and they were able to pick up parts and fix the same day in my apartment complex. They were very professional and their pricing is fair. Schedule a appointment for them to come out and the day of the appointment they completely fell off the face of the earth cut off all communication I do not recommend save yourself the time and find someone that is responsible and reliable

We had a steering problem and couldn't move our car so I looked for a mobile mechanic. The only one I could find with a number that worked was TCK. They came out the next day, made contact to let us know when they would be coming, and diagnosed the problem. Once we gave them the go ahead, they picked it up the same day, repaired it and we had it back the day after. Friendly service and saved us the hassle of getting it towed to another mechanic.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Had an appointment for July24th in the evening. The diapatcher called and asked if they could reschedule which I was okay with. They said they would be there at 9am on the 25th. They showed up late, didn t knock on the door when they couldn t find the key (which was sitting on the seat of the 4wheeler right next to the car) and just left. Couldn t get in touch with technicians or office except one time, where I was told they would be right back. Here it is 3pm and no answer and no technicians on site. Had to call another mobile mechanic who took care of the problem immediately. Will not use or recommend them to anybody. Terrible accountability and customer service. I would leave a half a star if I could.

Absolutely pathetic! Had an appointment for Friday 10-27-23 and they didn t even show or bother to call someone and let me know that they wasn t going to be able to make it! Very frustrating and unhappy! I will never contact these people again!

Have been promised for three days that I was the next person on the list stayed home from work with no vehicle. Talked to the secretary 4 separate times and was told I was next on the list. It was assured they would show up for the last 3 days. Horrible customer service, horrible communication!! Had truck towed to my house instead of service center for $200 because they said they would be here Monday. Now have to pay for another tow. Horrible business that has lost me days of work waiting for a mechanic that never showed up

Had Marvin come look at a vehicle for repairs, friendly gentleman, but took 5 weeks telling me he had alot of work coming in so I had to stay on top for updates wondering when he was going to do the repairs. Finally he told me he was going to come for the repairs in a couple of days and never showed up, to only be told that he is backed up on his work due to mobility issues on his right hand from an accident he suffered prior. Job never got done. Time wasted. Very unpleased with the lack of communication, unorganized, unprofessional work. Would give no stars if I could.

Im from Chesnee. They came and looked at my 2010 ram and diagnosed and trailored it to the shop fixed it and retured it .. Head gasket .. In two days.. Thank YouService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible customer service. Can't comment on his quality of work because he never even bothered to call me back after telling me he would see me that afternoon. Please save yourself the time and just call someone else.
