Drove 30+ minutes one-way for an 11am oil change appointment. I was told there was a 2.5-hour minimum delay on oil change appts. The squat cocky service advisor acted as if it was no big deal. I asked if I could run some errands and hold my place in the queue. NO! He said I had to go to the end of the line. His excuse was that some people who came early in the morning decided to have additional work done. In other words, unlike most dealerships, this one pays the same mechanics to do serious vehicle work to also do oil changes. Appointments, my time, round trip travel, and gas are meaningless. He simply offered to make another appointment with no guarantee the same thing wouldn't happen again, no offer of discount, just a cocky attitude with a smirk. I'm quite sure before i left home 30 minutes earlier he knew about the delay. He or a colleague could have called me. I've gone to this location for seven years with great satisfaction. Never again after this "service" experience.

We leased and Impreza from Vic Bailey. My wife scheduled her oil change with the service department and dropped her car off. A few hours later they called to discuss the recommended tire rotation and alignment check. She okayed that. We picked the car up at the end of the day and everything was taken care of. There was one charge on the bill that was not quoted to us. I called for clarification and to request a refund. The charge turned out to be legitimate, but because they did not include it in their quote they graciously refunded the charge amount. All in all, very professional for our circumstances with reasonable pricing. And to top it off, they have a great attitude in dealing with the customer.

Brought my car in for standard service on 1/5 and had a leak in tire. Asked to get tire fixed they stated it was not able to be fixed. Took car home and leak got worse. Took car back in on the 1/12 and they found the nail and had to replace the tire. Glad I had the warranty but they ended up putting the wrong size tire on my car causing my car to have to be towed on Saturday night to a different Subaru dealer. Then I was told it was my responsibility to Lyft to get my car from their service manager. I have given them three weeks to make it right and have not heard anything. I get we can make mistakes but let s make it right.

We purchased a new vehicle a few months ago and I took it in for the 6,000 mile service after scheduling an appointment through the MySubaru app. The girl who helped me said that the service only included oil change and tire rotation which was $112-120, then indicated they would only rotate if needed. I asked for the tires to be rotated regardless and let her know I would be waiting. There were 3 waiting areas with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks that made the wait better than most places. I went to the service desk after waiting 2 hours, was told by someone else that they didn't rotate my tires intentionally, and was handed the full price invoice. The guy who helped me had no response when I let him know I explicitly requested the tires to be rotated and was confused why I should have to pay the full bill when they didn't complete the service. After some discussion, the bill was adjusted. When I asked why it took 2 hours for an oil change after making an appointment, he said that appointments don't mean anything and the service time depends on how many people are head of you. After getting home and looking closer at the invoice and inspection report, the tech added contradicting statements about the status of the tires and overfilled the tires compared to what the manual says. I'm truly disappointed and overall frustrated with my first service - I'm not sure I would trust an important/urgent service there.

I ve always had good things to say about the service department until now. Made appointment for 8, got there at 7:45 and they took my car right in, oil change, tire rotation, alignment and fuel system service. 2 1/2 hours later they are done. I was tired of waiting and didn t realize they charged for oil change ( I should have noticed) which I m supposed to get 15 free, this being the first one. The next day I kept smelling gas fumes or something and got a horrible headache. My husband started looking around and found the empty containers used for the fuel service in floor behind drivers seat. Now my car smells like gas. Very disappointed.Services: Tires, Oil change

My intention was to get the 30k service done on my Outback at this dealership, but they quoted me a price of nearly $1100. I called the Subaru dealers in Greenville and in Columbia to compare prices. Both of them provided quotes under $450 for the EXACT same service, but they were booked up for over a week. I live in Spartanburg, so it is very inconvenient to have to travel a long distance to have my vehicle serviced. Due to having an immediate long trip planned and my vehicle being well overdue for an oil change, I opted to get my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. I refused to pay the exorbitant fee they charged for the 30K service. They charged me $172 for the oil change and the rotation and balancing of the tires, and setting the air pressure to the factory settings. I had another mechanic inspect their work shortly thereafter because the same problems with the ride of the vehicle still persisted. He informed me that the work was shoddy and substandard. Every tire was under inflated by at least 5 pounds and they did not balance the tires properly. Do not take your vehicle to this dealership. They will try to overcharge you and the quality of their work is poor.Services: Tires, Oil change

Went in with check engine light on. Right away they put it on diagnostic. I had my dog with me and as we made it to the waiting room one of the service members gave him a Subaru squeeky toy!! How cool was that. He loves that toy! Well the work required more labor than anticipated so they gave me a loner until the work was completed. The part came in and they had the warranty work done in a jiffy. The whole team of service writers were awesome!!!! Highly recommended!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The red head woman handling intake at the service desk was so nice. My first visit there as a new Subaru owner was very good. Greenville Subaru had no appts available for a week and Vic Bailey took me mid day next day which saved me from a lot of inconvenience

Two vehicles brought in within three months of each other had a dead battery the day after an oil change and tire rotation, one with only ~11k miles. Neither had any signs of battery fatigue before "service", and both were stone cold dead the next day.It also took 3 visits with one of the vehicles before they finally put a pointed tire in a tub to find a leak. The previous two visits, they just stated there was no leak, even though the tire was losing several psi a week.
