Excellent service I got a few things done there.Wayne,Amanda, and two younger gentlemen not sure of their names but they all were very helpful. Specially Wayne and Amanda both went above and beyond. Excellent place to get some work done. I highly recommend this place but from my experience go on a weekday and not weekend. They will definitely take care of you.

WOW! What great service! I went mid-afternoon on a Saturday, and they said they could put in a brake light right away. Since I am a single older lady, I was thrilled that I could find someone to do it right away and not have to ask my busy sons-in-law.I would recommend SpeeDee across the board.

Friendly group of people. Went for an oil change on my Alfa Romeo. Happy to have found a place that has that filter on hand. Was there for about 45 min, which is quicker than most places I have been to. I guess they stand by their name. I would happily choose them again!

I never have issues with this location! They are knowledgeable and won't try to force you to get something you don't want, but they will tell you everything your car needs. Shout out to Amanda for being so honest and explaining everything to me!

I needed a oil change before I headed to Tennessee. These guys got in in immediately and was very professional. The waiting room was clean and inviting. Everyone was courteous and answered all my questions. They didn t try to make me buy things I didn t need but didn t for me on things that I need to do in the future. I definitely will be a repeat customer. Thank you for taking care of the single mom.Service: Oil change

I don t want to alter the ratings by leaving a 1 star review, but that s what I would rank the overall visit. If you are used to a drive thru oil change, this isn t the place for you.The people were friendly, so that is why I didn t leave a 1 star, but the wait was long, the waiting room very cold, small, and uncomfortable.I was quoted $129 for the oil change but since the 6.2 litre engine in my Tahoe takes 3 extra quarts of Mobil 1 Oil, they charged and additional $36 - yes, $12 a quart!The receipt said vacuumed and cleaned windows - neither was done to any standard. The back wasn t touched as far as vacuuming. Also found a good deal of oil on the door and door handle, plus some on the leather dashboard.Left there paying $181 for an oil change. That s more than the Chevy Dealership and you DO get the vehicle vacuumed and a car wash.Recommendation: I would focus on quicker service, warmer waiting room, and more attention to detail.I didn t like that someone else was driving my truck, I will being a drive thru oil change or do it myself in the future.Follow up: I emailed the SpeeDee corp like the social media management company requested but no response from owners.

Jason helped me and is professional and a great guy once you get to know him! This guy is what a true leader looks like. Brad also was very funny and had a great attitude. He reminded me of a young Kelly slater when he was bald. lol thank you Speedee all you ve done for me!

THEY ARE AWESOME! Every time I need to have my car touched I bring them here! They are honest professional fast and super friendly! Especially Being a woman we face a few adversities when dealing with mechanics I NEVER HAVE THAT PROBLEM HERE! They are always fair and upfront! They have great prices and you never have to worry about the awful U-turn to have to get the fixing FIXED! Lovely complimentary coffee and the bourse are great for those who need to catch an oil change on sundays or after work hours !Highly recommended!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto interior vacuuming, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I wanted a quick oil change, and name of the company implied that it was a great place for it. No cars were in front of me, yet I still waited my entire lunch hour to be told that I needed nearly 10 grand worth of repairs. I had to be pretty forward with them to make them stop upselling me, change my oil, and give me my vehicle back. I paid and left and quick as possible. The oil was either partially changed or not changed at all, considering the oil was pitch black on the dipstick within a week.Service: Oil change

I was charged for something (cabin filter) that I did not authorize and had to return to have the invoice corrected. If you want to have a technician attempt to upsell a customer on a product you should make sure the customer agrees.Not real sure if I may return.

Great Service!! But very expensive than most places. They lied about the price... Be careful!! I wanted to give them 5 stars, but when you steal money, that deserves 1 star or less.

Typical mechanic experience, Money grabbers. Supervisor/cashier is a lot more interested in squeezing money out of you than returning customers. Won't be coming back here again.

Just amazing and great people from the time you pull in up until the time you pull out! Definitely want to think everybody for helping me out with getting things I needed to get service on my car! Definitely helpful and knowledgeable! Appreciate the service! Which I always go to Speedee Service Spartanburg SC for my oil changes! SpeeDee identified an issue with an ignition coil...you could actually see it sparking. I would have never noticed it until it totally failed and I appreciate that they looked close enough.

I left planet fitness and had a flat tire, speedy was right next door and they checked my tire for me, omg! I had a nail in it. The staff was awesome They fixed me up and I was on my way! Thank you speedy!

The guys at speedee oil change went beyond the normal to look out for me I only wanted some help and not only did they help but got me riding on new tires that I couldn't get myself come by an let them get you riding so you will be safe only takes a little time thanks to everyone for the great service and also going beyond the normal to help me

I have no complaints on the work performed; however, upon paying the bill, I was in shock. I own a 2015 KIA Optima. Signs are posted for a 29 dollar oil change. They also brought a cabin filter in to show me that it need to be changed. I was told the price would be 49 dollars. I agreed to that because it looked very dirty. When I received my bill it was 162 dollars. I was in shock. I told them that I had never paid anywhere near that for an oil change and that must be why their parking lot was empty. Will never go back.

I visited this business for tire rotation and wheel alignment. Everyone here are very attentive and professional and they got me in right away. While preparing for wheel alignment, they discovered that one of the tires on my car was about to burst off if I had gone 10 more miles. They were extremely polite and kind to help me with it and install the new tire for me. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Must recommend for your next visit.Service: Tires

The technicians went above and beyond to provide excellent service.They replaced a tire and provided info about the suspension of my car. They explained in detail everything that needed to be done to repair the suspension. I will definitely be going back and will refer family and friends.
