Vic Bailey Collision Center did a great job repairing the hail damage on my Forester. The person who repaired it did an awesome job and Jeff was also wonderful. Kathy, the manager was extremely helpful as was Chloe. Jeff worked very hard with my insurance company getting the pictures and the estimate done and accepted and also getting a supplement when it became necessary. I would highly recommend using Vic Bailey Collision Center. Thanks.

Everyone was helpful and answered all my questions and attended to my requests. One particular request was for an eyesight test. They were excited to show me the test running towards a big balloon target with a car rearend pictured on the target. The calibration was perfect!

I can not say enough good things about Vic Bailey collision and Kathy and Jeff . We were given the best possible outcome we could hope for. Our car looks better now than it did before we brought it in. They never tried to cut corners or cover things up . They fought for us with the insurance company and never backed down . We thank them for alll their kindness and hard work and would recommend anyone who has had an accident to go there .

We used this company for minor auto accident repair. After about a MONTH we were NOTIFIED BY OUR VW APP. that during the repair, we had to call & complain just to get them to Close all doors , windows, lock the veh properly, and ensure no further damage occurred to our own Car! Apparently any one in both the shop and the dealership adjoining had access to our veh at all hours of the day and night and possibly strangers too! We only found out through our VW app which scared and shocked them that we knew, let me tell you yet the service we received? Had to wait longer for worse service! We picked it up and found more milage a huge scratch and rear bumper scuff as if they back it into something. They saw it was not their prior so did a quick fix but it is def a concern that we had to ask them to fix and how it happened when in their possession a month and no damage to rear. We also have coverage for scratches but that doesn't mean make extras and blame the tow or vic bailey dealer to supposedly have it inspected as we complained the battery's and elec. Components lost alot with doors left open days etc....So sick.We received notifications at 4:30 am , some days 2:30 am that some one was locking and unlocking the car at all times of the day and night an assumed they were working late on the car but now I know they were not. They do not have anyone even there at these hours. So some one was with my keys or car at 2-4 am many weekends as well as more.Worst of all this veh was left unattended : 2am and 4am and left that way on a sat-sunday when closed and found that way! We called and had to rech out to several Managers and even our dealership Vic Bailey VW who even helped us reach a mgr whom could help us contact the dealership the body shop where the vehicle was attached.Opening doors and windows then leaving them open all weekend day and night! We still have damage left unrepaired and are awaiting a return call. We found a rip in the seat, the battery easily could have been drained and g-d knows what else. Let just say a same year brand new car shouldn't be left open with out cameras weather in a garage or not as we still have no clue what went on! A detail def doesnt make up for the damage and soilings or pests that could have been in our car doing who knows what for almost a month in the shop. What else happened I wounder? If our brand new 2020 autobahn GLI was left open, unlocked, and UnAttended what do they do with the older cars? The back right window (No damage there needed to even repair) was left cracked, the front driver door left open all weekend, the hood, and more. So OUR veh was left Days UNLOCKED/OPENED (HOOD<WINDOWS<DOORS), Mind you it's a full electrical system gps smart everything and is top of the line left dinging with flashing lights draining and beeping all the while anything not locked closed etc.We call to find our car was Just Chilling for any animal person or employee to do what ever in with windows down NO EXCUSE or reason and key left for an unlocked veh for any one in shop or dealership to access. The milage has more on it which usually is expected but in the instance I am unsure. They tried to blame the towing co who took from what I saw better care than them.Worst of all this 2am -4am car abuser or abusers left it opened on a sat-sunday when closed. Being an insurance agent I am mortified! I hope to hear from some one much sooner with much more resolution! WHAT THE HECK GUYS IT'S A 2020 WE ARE THE 1ST OWNERS IT HAD 14 MILES ON IT AND PLASTIC STILL ON AS PURCHASED. CALL US SOON OR THE BBB IS NEXT! Oh and "Kathy Gaffney is aware and was told we were disappointed and going to be calling. Yet she has yet 2 weeks later to return or last call.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

I took 2 vehicles (2020 and 2018) here for major hail damage repair. It took over two months on each of them, with multiple missed dates of completion. Both vehicles were returned with very poor paint jobs (dirt in paint, bubbles, runs, and fisheyes), horribly misaligned body panels, and broken or missing fasteners. The deck lid on one was so poorly aligned, the trunk took on water (yes, it is closed in the attached pictures). There was also interior damage and overspray on one of them. After them having the first one in for the second time to try and fix their shoddy work, I gave up hope that it would be returned any time soon, or remotely correct. I took several thousand dollars in loss and traded it for another car while it was still in their body shop.Soon after, the second car was returned for them to attempt to fix their poor work. This one only took about a week, but was returned with only paint corrections. The hood and hatch are still badly misaligned. The hatch is so poorly aligned, that closing it has caused paint to be removed from the panels rubbing. It looks like the way they tried to fix it was by hammering and prying on the hinges. This shop has cost me thousands of dollars for VERY low quality and slow work. The attached photos only scratch the surface of the poor quality work.Subaru of America will be contacted in the next few days so they are aware of the quality of work this shop is performing.

No communication no work done on my vehicle after a month then they share it was totaled out when there was no reason to. Most likely a 50/50 decision based on Progerssive s decision. We had no communication with Progressive unless we initiated it. Beware of PROGRESSIVE and don t expect VW collision to have your back with the insurance companies

I had some damage to my Ascent. I took photos of it, received my quote, and scheduled service online. It took them exactly one week from vehicle drop off to fix the damage on my car. It looks brand new again and they did not quote me over what they charged me! I highly recommend if you have a Subaru in need of repairs to body damage.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call that Vic Bailey Subaru was ready to paint my car door without me having to prompt them. I was also impressed with how professionally they treated me from the loaner car to keeping me informed by calling to let me know the progress. When I picked up my car after 6 business days I have to admit I was more than pleased with the quality of work. I honestly didn t expect the paint job to come out as well as it did. It s a perfect match!Service: Painting

I got numerous emails and text reminders about my appointment and then when I get there had to wait over 30 minutes because no one knew anything about the part that was being replaced and I got send from service to body and then we had to go back to service to make sure they had the part. Once they figured everything out it was good- my loaner car was readily available. I was told several times on different occasions that someone would contact me with updates and I always had to call to get any news. Friendly service though.Service: Body & Trim

In October I had repair work performed at Vic Bailey Collision. The repair included paint and body work. The center did an amazing job. The process was slow due to back ordered wheel parts (this obviously isn't the center's fault), but the car looked great upon its return. What really impressed me was the follow-up after the fact. After driving the car for a week I noticed a humming noise. It was determined that one part had not been fully repaired. I simply dropped the car off for 1 day, was given a loaner, and the problem was resolved - no hassle, no fuss, no additional charges. This was my first major repair work in over 20 years. I was very pleased with the attention to detail at this center. Hopefully I won't need repair work in the future, but if I do I would gladly come back to this center.

My Outback was T-boned by a deer yesterday. I brought it to Vic Bailey Collision Center. They handled my insurance claim, Joe estimated the repairs, and got work approved in one day. I've waited weeks for this to be accomplished by other body shops. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! Many thanks to Kathy, Joe, and Jeanne for their professionalism. I can recommend Vic Bailey Collision Center most highly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went in on a Friday for a man named Jason to do an estimate for my repairs..this was complimentary however I waited over an hour. The consult was short and sweet, or at least it seemed that way. He gave me a reasonable price for the damage and I scheduled for the next Wednesday. I specifically asked on Friday if I would be able to drop off and pick-up in the same day due to my work schedule, etc. He claimed that would be no problem. So here I am Wednesday morning, my one day off, at 8:00 AM for my scheduled appointment . I ask the receptionist to confirm that I will be able to pick up this evening- she goes to the shop to ask. Upon return, she is apologizing because one of the painters is going on vacation and they cannot get it done today. She proceeds to inform me that "any other day" it would be no problem. But guess what, this was the day I scheduled and I cannot do any other day.Needless to say I was very upset. The manager, Justin, called me that same morning to apologize for the miscommunication and tried to work with me to resolve this. He scheduled me for the following week, let me know it could be done in one day but would loan me a complimentary car for the day and in case somehow it wasn't ready by closing. It was done before they closed. My bumper looks as good as new and was done at a discounted price.I am very pleased with Vic Bailey Collision Center and the dealership and will continue to use and recommend them!Management that apologizes and offers resolution is not easily found.

My car was done early, and way beyond the quality I expected. I was so surprised how good it went from beginning to end. They really went above and beyond what it would have taken to make me a happy customer. I m not sure I could be more pleased.

Not sure what these other people are complaining about. I took my 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid to Vic Bailey for a windshield replacement due to flying debris and also to have the roof painted due to Ford's White paint peeling. Front office was as nice as can be and completed my work within the timeframe that they estimated. Car was clean and fresh when I picked it up. Will take all my vehicles to Vic Bailey Collision from now on.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hard to review accurately when I cannot seem to get my repairs completed even though it was off the frame and started last week. Middle of week 3 and keep getting a pushed back date for my car to be ready, but no issues. I hope its at least done perfect soon, paying for a rental out of pocket makes it difficult to be understanding after so long.

They sat on my car for two months without doing anything but tearing down the front end. Drove up the cost during that time until it totaled and lied to me saying it was ready to go to paint shop. Then they charge my insurance almost $2000 in storage. I picked up my car today and going to fix it myself. Should have done that in the begining and it would be done by now. Cant trust anyone today
