It is a scam shop. Do not let them near your vehicle. I your insurance company is sending them call and have them send a different tow company. It still might be reds in a different outfit. But any effort to not get ripped off and lied too is a good effort.

Towing: Joseph came and saved the day! He was very professional and courteous, apologized for taking a while but he did text when he waa on the way. It took some strategy but he got my car up and over the median and changed my tire. TRIPLE AAA couldn't find a tow service to transport my Merecedes to NC. Red's Tow service picked up from my insurance without hesitation. Dennis the driver was very professional, patient, thorough, and informative. He made a horrible experience tolerable and pleasant. I recommend Red's for towing. Thank You

Cody is absolutely amazing!!!! he was so helpful and helped my anxiety. Triple AAA showed up said they couldn t and would call someone never showed and than said someone would be there at 8am and i d have to leave my care! Cody showed up early and was great with communication

BEST TOW COMPANY EVER! I first used them about a month ago when I asked Geico to find me a tow truck. Dee did an amazing job! I then needed to transport the car to a different location a few weeks later so I got in contact with them directly and Bob was by the car within 30min, if that. Great company and very fair prices. Both times I ve had to use them late at night and both times they responded very promptly and kept me updated on their ETA. They even sent me a picture of the car once it was delivered. They are the only company me and my family will use going forward. Thank you so much for your services!Service: Tires

I received really great service from Kenneth Gray with Red's! I had just had a bad experience with another company and my insurance company dispatched Reds. They saved the day! Kenneth stayed in touch the whole time keeping me updated. He was very friendly and did an excellent job! I will recommend!!

They really need to improve their customer service. Couldn't even find my car and had to call 5 numbers 4 disconnected. They shouldn't be pulling car for police or state patrol not knowing what your doing.

Our insurance company setup a tow with Red s and we were informed of a 1 hour wait. After an hour we heard nothing, we reached out and were told another 20 min. Long story short, they didn t end up coming for 3 hours and never let us know a realistic ETA. Very disappointing service.

Gave an ETA of 90 minutes. I called them after the 90 mins (very loud background noise of laughter and cussing) just to be told an additional 45 minutes. So I waited, my insurance called them after that and was told another 35 minutes. So my insurance dispatched a different company that arrived quickly. One thing I hate is my time being wasted.

Radiator hose blew up on my car. Brandon showed up in a timely manner, knew what he was doing, loaded my car up and dropped it and myself off at home. If I ever need help again I'm calling Red's. Thanks again!

I had to call roadside service late at night to get my Jeep towed. The roadside service called Reds automotive services and it was very late at night. I became concerned after reading some of the reviews, but the gentleman showed up when they said he would, he was very thorough and careful with my jeeo. I am sure every company can have it's ups and downs, but I thought they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them as I had a good experience.

No clue qho woupd wvwr use these guys i was behind the white truck with reds in red writting mind u car wad not held down good at all the car would go foward and backwards about 2 feet and then he cut of two cars who had to slam on there breakes amd then he almost hit the back of a 18 wheeler not to mention u can see in picks im doing 62 mph in a 45 and i cant even keep up with him at all he passed me like i was standing still while i was doing 64 mph in a 45 wow great company be proud

This is the worst tow company ever! They were dispatched and never showed up. My pregnant daughter and her 2 year old daughter sat in the car for 3 hours waiting on someone to show up. The times kept changing and when I called she didn't have a clue about nothing. I would think if you can't fulfill the job you wouldn't take the job. This is a terrible place. As of this time they still haven't showed and they were called at 4pm and its now 7:15p.. If you are looking for reliable service don't use Reds!!!!!!

I do wish they'd call if they're going to be late but life happens. These guys are out on calls day and night. When I rescheduled my tow they had someone from Leon's Wrecker prompt at 9am the next morning(12/13/22). For this being less than 2 weeks until Christmas, I've got to say, job very well done! It was 40� outside and the guy not once complained.

They don't show up, and they don't call to tell you!! I got a flat tire and my insurance contacted Reds to provide roadside assistance. The original time estimate they gave for help to arrive was 60 minutes... but no one called or showed up. My insurance reached back out to them and they said they needed another 45 minutes, but again, no one called or showed up. Then they said they needed yet another 45 minutes before they could dispatch someone... you can see where this is going. Luckily, some kind people at the diner next to where I was stuck helped me change the tire before I had to find out how long I would have had to wait in total before Reds actually decided to show up.

Called for a tow 4 hours later no one showed to tow my car. I called as well as my insurance agent the call went directly to voicemail.This company is very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them to tow your bike will never use again ever!!!!

A deer ranned into my car on July 17,2023. Statefarm called them to tow my car around 7:30ish. Well long story short!! Red's Wrecker Service canceled me!! I didn't find out until after 9:00pm. Statefarm had to find another company!!

This place is horrible! Geico dispatched them to pick up my 17 year old daughters car who was stranded on the side of the road, I went to sit w my daughter and they said they would be there in 60 min then I called after 60 min the girl said she would call driver to find out his eta called me back and said driver was in Spartanburg headed to my daughters car 45 min later and he still hasn t arrived! This is the worse towing company ever!!!! I would not recommend them unless you want to be sitting on side of the road for hours at a time

My wife got a flat tire while she was out with the kids. She called Progressive to send someone, waited almost 3 hours for nobody to show up. I called Red s Service, they came within 15 mins. Joseph was a great guy, prompt and friendly. Grateful for the help.

My fianc� set up a tow through her insurance the driver was late didn t tow it to the address he was supposed to then drop my car off in a empty field not at a mechanic shop. After hours of searching and calling the cops they found the vehicle. Bruce the manager told me over the phone he doesn t care about my car and it was obvious because they left it in a empty field. Extremely unprofessional from management, ownership, down to the driver. The manager explained to me if the address wasn t correct he was supposed to tow it back to their lot which he didn t he just dropped it off in a field no where near a mechanic shop. My car broke down and I put in a request for towing to my insurance company about 5:45. I got a text saying arrival would be 90-105 minutes. After 2 hours gota text saying arrival 26 minutes. Well I waited until after 8 and called and was told that they were helping with an accident and it would be another 30-45 minutes. Again I waited another hour and NOTHING!! So I called back and told them I would find someone else.

Waited 4 and a half hours for them to show up, after wasting all day in the sun they then told us that they could not tow the car. I have seen several other very bad reviews, I would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional.

The Russian dispatch lady that answers the phone is very rude. I would not recommend this place for towing. I had a missing items that has AirTag attach which tracked my items going in the opposite direction of my vehicle. Called Reds the same day of my accident. Then called again on next day and the lady blocked my number.

Through my insurance company, Reds was dispatched to my location for a Tow. I was given their contact information and spoke to a young lady there who confirmed my job.Two hours later when they were due to arrive, I received a notification that they were no longer able to complete my service.Reading other reviews, this company seems to take pleasure in stranding people on the road.

My daughter was in and accident so the highway patrol called them to pick up her car. Just got the car back from the body shop and noticed there is a dent in the front bumper that was not there when they picked it up. The body shop said it was there when they got it from the towing company. I had my insurance company look at the pictures that the adjuster took of the car when they went to see it at the towing company and they're was in fact a dent in the pictues. so now I know the towing company put the dent in it. I have reached out to them several times to discuss this matter and I am still waiting for the manager to call me back. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT use this towing company if you value your stuff.

Worst experience of my life with this tow company. Had my own tow service from my insurance company trying to get the vehicle when Red's employee would not stop trying to take my car after multiple times of being told that they didn't have my consent and to release the car. It wasn't even on the truck when I told them the service has been cancelled! Then would not provide an invoice for my insurance's tow company to take it to the body shop. So they could increase the bill! Very rude staff, terribly rude drivers. Do not go here.

I had a flat tire around Cherrydale at 10:30 pm, I was parked in the middle of a median waiting for my mom to get there. My insurance company has 24 hour roadside assistance and they called this wrecker service to come tow my car or change my tire if they were able to. At around 11:30 pm, we could see them on a tracking thing and they were right behind us. And then the tow truck turns around! We call the wrecker service to see what s going on and the lady said that the driver was almost there. We keep checking the map and the truck just keeps getting farther away until it shows that they re in Cowpens. We call our roadside assistance again to see what s going on since it was 12:30 am. They call to see what the hold up is and the lady states that the truck had an emergency call and they were sending a different that would be there in 30 minutes. So here it is 1 am and my dad has gotten off of work and he is having to change my tire since they have yet to show. So we have been waiting in a median (which seems like an emergency to me) for 2 and a half hours and still nothing. So chances are he s going to finish changing it before they even get here. Stay away, do not trust this company.

My Insurance company contacted Red s for roadside assurance. After waiting 6 hours the company text that they were no longer able to complete the service. Very unprofessional company.

My son used his road side service and they sent Reds. Took the guy two hours and as soon as he got there he said i dont have the right jack call someone else. My son was on the side of 85. I would not recommend this tow service to anyone.
