Mike and his team were awesome! Went in for my second visit to PTAC for an oil change and to replace my windshield wipers, and look at why one of the blades wasn't working. Mike figured it out super easily and even brought me into the garage to show me how to fix it myself if it happened again. Great service, fast, very very reasonable prices. This location is a little out of my way but it's worth coming back to!

Mike and Abel took care of my car. I have an older car with a lot of miles and I thought I needed a tuneup. It turns out it needed the fuel pump replaced. Which fixed my gas gage. I appreciate their honesty and getting the job done. My car drives a lot better than it did. Now I don't have to guess on getting gas I know for sure. Thank you again!

From the initial first interaction by phone, Pedro was absolutely wonderful. I simply asked if someone was available to conduct a diagnostic test on my SUV? Yes ma am, you can come right now. Once I arrived I was greeted so nicely versus the short and abrupt responses I experienced at a few shops earlier this morning. The CREW (Dustin, Mike and Steven) were all so friendly and welcoming. My vehicle was driven into the bay and got underway. Once the diagnostic was conducted, issues that were apparent were explained and brought to my attention. Pedro went step by step and assured me they were going to take care of me and THEY went above and beyond. In two separate cases, I needed parts (they ordered) and delivered directly to the shop. The services continued and as we were close to wrapping up a small issue came about AND again it was addressed, ordered and delivered. Mike was absolutely phenomenal in the process and kept me informed on the NOT TO WORRY I got you covered and he did!! I arrived around 10am and left around 3:30ish which I didn t mind at all because I was near restaurants and a shopping center so the time didn t bother me. I was constantly informed and checked on and reassured I d be taken care of. The manager Pedro was so genuine, welcoming AND transparent I felt I was in great hands. He explained the values of why he expressed to his TEAM that when we take of our customers they know, appreciate and return as well as tell anyone who needs the type services they provide. I wasn t misled or taken for the nickel and dime approach instead I was shown that they prefer QUALITY over quantity and these gentlemen are what CORPORATIONS should mimic. My test drive was conducted and Mike immediately said you let me know if anything comes about and we ll take care of you. Pedro, I thank you for your warmth sharing your compassion and transparency qualities you don t encounter everyday. The TEAM at this location aren t just employees, they are FAMILY Thank you gentlemen for getting me back on the highway and smooth riding. I ll DEFINITELY be back soon. P.S I didn t break the bank and I was honored as a VETERAN.

Highly recommend this place for auto repairs! The manager Pedro has exceptional customer service, he will work with you to make sure you get what you need done at the best price and isn t just focused on selling you a service. Empathy is lost in many businesses but trust you will feel like a valued customer here and aren t getting conned out of your money. Thanks again Pedro!

By far the best around. I was going to another oil change place until I came here and trust me. These guys know their stuff. It s nice knowing you have experienced mechanics working on your car. And the price is unbeatable.

Pedro and Tony and the crew are top notch. This the best location to go to on Pine St. Pedro went above and beyond for me on 2/5/24. The customer service and help was phenomenal. I had a problem with my car and they went above and beyond and find out what was wrong and got the problem fixed. Pedro cared when I first called his store he made me feel comfortable and assured me it was going to be okay. They will continue to get all my business with all my cars. We were traveling back home to Florida. Our car started messing up. We had called around and no one could get us in. They were able to get us in and out the door in 3 ish hours. It was a bit pricey, but I knew it would be at such short notice.Thank you

One of the best in Spartanburg. They made sure my Chevy Cruze was back on the road in a timely manner. They kept me posted on the work. A great atmosphere there. With the manager and the other workers. They were very helpful with everything.

Came in to see if they could hook the computer up to my car to clear my codes I was greeted right away when I asked how much it would be they told me not to worry about it, fixed my problem and cleared my codes had me in and out in 5 min. Awesome customer service the lobby was very clean and smelt amazing thank you Ian and Pedro !!

Went there bc I had no brake lights. Told me I needed an alternator and a brake switch but did not fix anything. They are forcing people to give them five star google review for 10% off. Charged me almost $800 for an alternator. That fixed absolutely nothing. I now have a check engine light on and a blinking cruise control light on. Owner told me I needed more lights and I d have to order them myself because he s not from the area. I lost almost $1000 and my car still is not fixed. They also did not put all my parts back where they belong.Update:I have not driven my car since I went to the shop two days ago. Attempting to drive my car to work. It now is not even cranking up nor staying crunk up! This is a night mare!Services: Electrical repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

If I could do 0 stars I would. My issue started back on June 27,2023 when my car wasn't cranking and was giving this "click" noise while trying to crank it. Took it to the E Main St location and was told "battery was good, starter was good, and alternator was ok, but reading low". They changed the alternator and done other services that weren't wanted they done them so of course they had to be paid for ($1100). Ended up taking the car back multiple times due to the car still not cranking they charged the battery, changed the new alternator, and, in the end, blamed it on my key system. Told me in order to crank the car I could only have one key fob in the car and still the car didn't crank as it should. I've had it towed twice and was stranded at stores multiple times. In the end they told me it was definitely my keys, and they wouldn't accept my car back. So here we are end of September I've finally been able to take it to the Honda dealership and would you know it's the starter! They were unprofessional when we had to continuously take the car back...between the attitudes and the lies that were trying to be told. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. We are now not getting responses from the district manager. Just be aware.

Always excellent honest service at the pine street location. Thomas is straightforward in talking about and fixing the vehicles problems. Thomas will also find every coupon and discount available for the services rendered. Won t go anywhere else for auto repairs and maintenance. Good job guys

Love coming here but manager and employees need to step up come there 2 weeks ago sat for a hour then get told can t do oil change because employees leave whenever they want to and manager don t know how to do oil change so I come back to get discount I was told im going to get and end up having to pay full price for oil change and didn t even get tires rotated so be careful when u go o btw managers name was Pedro just to save yall time

Absolutely exceptional customer service! Wait time was not bad! I may have waited about 30 minutes. Any concerns that I may have had they all were answered! I would recommend this location any day!

These guys really came through for me. My gravel shield was falling off, and two separate Honda dealerships failed me. One didn't properly reattach it 4 days prior (Crown Honda of Southpoint), and the other (Vic Bailey Honda) closes at 1pm on Saturdays. Luckily the mechanic here saw me immediately and reattached the shield in under 15 minutes. He was nice and since it wasn't busy, he even explained to me what he was doing and let me watch the whole time. Top notch service all around.

New ownership there from what I gathered. Going to give an honest review. I'm sure they do good work? They are very nice people and friendly. However they lost a customer from the very first visit here. I trust in the places that I go to and here I would not. My cab filter was dirty ( which it was) I told them to replace it not asking the price just believing in trusting them knowing how cheap and easy a cab filter is, not too mention how unimportant that filter is to your vehicle. When I got my printout because I realized my bill was so high. They ended up charging me $45 for a 10 to $13 cab filter that takes zero skill to put in and about 1 minutes worth of effort... I hope you enjoyed ripping me off for that filter because you will not see me back at your Center for future business what so ever. I really hope it was worth it for you.. and when you reply to this because I see that you have to others. Please save it because there is no excuse in charging somebody like that for something so small cheap and easy. Wish you the best of luck on your journey...Service: Oil change
