Whatever happen to customers are always right ? Well my daughter went in to get something for her fiance on her way home from work and Colton was arguing with her about what s she needed and raised his voice and told her he was calling the law and my daughter had not once been rude or smarted off to him nor raised her voice she stayed as calm as she could and started crying because of Colton hollering at her. Then she asked for the mgr and finally after everything going on he comes out of the back Steven was his name and made out like no big deal. Looked at my daughter and said what you want time to do slap him ? Then proceeded to tell my daughter if you don t leave I will have you arrested and trespass at this location she still hadn t raised her voice or changed her tone at all! Really what kind of customer service is this ? And after all that and Colton said what she was looking. For he couldn t find it and well he found it after all and instead of looking to begin with he just said no it has to be a diff location when she had already checked and the part was there. I hope these managers do something that was uncalled for if the manager don t I won t stop til Someone with oreillys does if I have to go to corporate I will!

Horrible service. Colton likes to call hisself a manager but he s not. Colton and Steve are discriminative against women. They are rude to women for no reason. If you are a man they are cool but if you are a women they are rude as they can be.

These guys are the best My man big PAUL is the man ,,,,along with Collen may have misspelled he name go all out to help....can't believe they don't know who Ray Charles is, hey it's all good they do what it do....I still got Georgia on my mind....

Friendly service and will always help you get the parts that you need even if they don't have them in stock. Seth came out and helped me with my A/C and I couldn't have done it without him. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended!

10/17/22Was having battery problems so I went to the other store where I purchased it from... of course their battery tester hasn't worked in over a Year!!! So Jared from O'Reilly's checked the battery saw it was dead and saw that it was still under warranty saving me $200. I'm not going back to the other store again! Also Jared explained how to put the new battery back in my Vehicle.Great Job to Jared!!!

Had 2 parts I needed. One was in stock and the other was at a remote store and had to be shipped to them. The part I needed shipped to their store by 7:30am the next day! Now that's service !! I would definitely recommend their service !!

The best. Believe me these guys are friendly knowledgeable and very accommodating. If you need to buy auto parts don't go to advanced Auto with O'Reilly right beside it. Unless you like inferior car parts

Jason and his team always go above and beyond for their customers. We will not use another parts store, as customer service is key to us! They treat you like long time friends, not just a customer. Every time I walk into O'Reilly's I'm greeted with a friendly face, Jason the store manager. He is awesome and he will get you what you need, fast, very fast. The prices are very competitive I don't even go to AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts anymore.

I spent almost $450. For my whole order to be wrong and then when i have a screen shot of what i order and the assistant manager wants to call me a lier that that is not what i order. And i took a. Screen shot of my order when i placed it. Look it is not my fault that some how someone miss up but don't stand there and call me a lier that i don't know what i am doning. . well no sir i might not know a lot about cars but i do know that my car takes 4 spark. Plug so why would anyone only order one spark plug. My issue is the way this man called me a lier and said i didn't know what i ordered when i am lookin at the proof on my phone.. Very unhappy. Well never spend that kind of money again there.

I went O'Reilly to get my battery check and said my battery is bad . So I bought another battery and he put it in for me . Seth was nice to put it in my car for me . He was very nice . I appreciate they help with my car .

This place should be shut down today because the manager is rude and disrespectful.This location does not even deserve one star! I purchased a battery and had it installed and once installed my car would not start. So instead of the manger taking it back he told me I had to pay for it because it was installed. Who buys a battery that does not work? Instead of him listening to what I was saying he was very rude. With that being said please beware of this place and the rude a** manager who needs to be reported.

Great store luv Jason an da crewI've been shopping here for 9 or 10 yearsEven wen Ben wuz there like I said great crew threw out da yearsBut here's where I have an issueI don't know if someone wuz HAYDEN on me or wut but I needed some brakes an a check engine light check we'll they didn't have da brakes well they thought they did but they didn't so I'm cool wit dat I'll go somewhere else but I still need da check engine light checkedso da employee dat didn't want 2 work dat day or didn't want 2 deal wit da public said LET THEM CHECK IT U BUYING YO BRAKES FROM THEMnow usually I would have cut up but I wuz a lil under da weather so I jus an walked offThat day I didn't want 2 deal wit da public but I had 2 so I keep my coolThis is not 2 talk bad about da store or da crewU don't know how someone else day is going an it could have wen really wrongBut sometime u got 2 b da bigger personStill went bac 2 da store twice after dat jus want let him serve me EVERDon't want him HAYDEN ON MEMuch luv Jason

Hayden changed my somewhat difficult headlight for me in the rain! Honestly I went next door to Advanced Auto first and they said they did not install headlights. Needless to say I will go here from now on! Thanks for being so helpful!

Don't come to this store. They're too busy smoking outside to help customers. Even when you ask for help. There was no one at the store. The rude assistant manager and co-worker did not want to help or do anything.

The manager on 295 wasn't rude disrespectful would not send anybody do this store I hope he gets some kind of disciplinary action against him
