Caught a flat tire on a road trip and this was the closest service center. I wish I could remember the woman's name - she was so sweet and southern. She helped find tires that would match my car. The mechanic was great too. He end up doing a patch repair that's still holding up months later. They weren't too busy that day and they got me back on the road before dark.

I took my F350 with a long bed here to have an alignment after having new tires installed, all this ino was previously disclosed upon asking if they were able to accommodate a truck that large. I was ensured that they could and I left my truck with them & grabbed some lunch. An employee even called my husband, told him his truck was ready and that everything went smoothly. When we arrive to pick up the truck, they told us they couldn't get it on the lift but the good news was that there was no charge. So, at 430 on a Friday, I had to scramble to find a reputable shop able to fit my truck on their lift. If you want a great priced lifetime alignment (that isn't even offered here,) I suggest taking your business to Kyle at Firestone on East Main Street.

At Your Own Risk! If I could give ZERO I would, just based on the Manager's Behavior.THEY had the opportunity to earn my business (with 5 vehicles). I needed tires for my son's car and could not wait for a later appointment at Firestone, where I have taken my vehicles for over 15 years.Everything was fine to begin with, and I declined the upsell services he offered, which I understand trying to drive sales, so it wasn't a bother. However, when it came time to pick up the car it went down hill quick. The "manager" (because he later told me I didn't need his name when I asked), clearly was upset when I asked him why I needed to sign a quote that I didn't ask for, on a service I declined. He gave me the whole "just that we told you you needed it" and so I said "I'm not signing it". He aggressively snatched the paper and a pen off the counter, wrote something on the paper, then threw the pen back on the counter. I told him "well I won't be back'" and he just pointed at the door like he didn't care. When I asked his name, he responded, "You don't need it". I honestly can't imagine allowing my Team to ever treat a customer that way.

Not even 24 hours after purchase, the tire went flat. I returned to the store and the store manager attempted to refuse a refund. I received a refund after stating I will file a formal complaint with the Police department until I received a refund. I was able to get my refund without involving the police.However, you should not sell defective tires to people.

Very satisfied with the work done on my truck. Tires and alignment done last week and identified an issue with a tierod. Everyone at this location went out of their way to ensure that ordered parts were correct and installed properly. I will be back!

Called about an alignment on my 23 F350 long bed. I was assured they could do it and get it in same day. Brought my truck and left it. Called me back 2.5 hrs later and told me everything was done and was properly aligned. Upon arrival I was told the truck couldn't fit on the lift and no work had actually been performed. So they outright lied and then left me waiting for over 2 hours.Please choose anywhere but here for your car care needs.

We can t say enough good things about the staff at this NTB. We stopped in on a Sunday with a minor emergency, they took us in right away, gave us a few options and had us back on the road with a new trailer tire in less than an hour. Excellent customer service! We would highly recommend stopping here for your tire needs.

Mr. Blake and his technicians at NTB took care of my vehicle as quickly & efficiently as possible. Mr. Blake honestly explained everything to me and gave me a variety of different options to make sure that it was taken care of. I shall be returning here for any services that my vehicle shall possibly require in the future! Thank you once again & GOD bless!!!

Stopped by on New Years Eve (on a Sunday) with my low pressure tire light on. Was able to get my car right in! They checked each tire over for any nails, filled them up, even my spare tire. Put my mind at ease with holiday travel that my tires were just fine! Wonderful customer service, all around good friendly people, will definitely go back for any future problems. Thank you NTB-you guys rock!

Went in for an oil change as walk in. Was greeted quickly and got helped with a deal. The girl kallie I think was great. Got me in and out quick and a great price. Highly recommend. I will be back.

Blake and his team were awesome! We came in with a flat tire 15 minutes before closing. They stayed to help and make sure we were able to travel home safe! Would definitely recommend!!!

Went in for a brake job an starter went out in the process. Wasn't what I expected to happen or pay but the experience an the respect an patience they gave was the best. Took care of the situation very professionally. Highly recommend!

They have done a wonderful job helping me fix my flat tire and getting air. The tires I originally bought are worth the money for sure. The employees are extremely friendly and honest and willing to help!

Running on time for work...until I noticed I had a nail in my tire. Low pressure. Called them and they told me to come right over! Plugged my tire in 30 seconds and had me back on the road and on time to the office! Great Service! I'll definitely be back!!!

They were able to take my security lugs off and put in a tpms sensor . Gave me free lugs to replace the other ones. Overall they did it quick compared to the other location

I got new tires for a great price on a Sunday. On a Thursday that week after, got a screw in my tire and they patched it for free! Great team! Ty!!

PLEASE READ THIS POST 01/27/2024. I went in to the NTB on 8271 Warren h Abernathy hwy in Spartanburg SC to purchase a set of 4 brand new tires. After a 2 1/2 hour long wait they finally finished. Much to my chagrin, On my way home I noticed my TPMS light was on. I was not too worried until a error message said go to the toyota dealership immediately. NTB was closed, so the next day I called them. They said that it was my problem that they were not responsible. Anyway I ended up having to pay toyota nearly $970.00 to repair my TPMS sensors. PLEASE heed this warning. DO NOT GO EVER TO NTB at any location or even MAVIS TIRES who owns them. I had read horrible reviews about Mavis tires, but took a chance Anyway. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I am contemplating filing a lawsuit with Spartanburg county for damages for my suv. If I could I would give this place 0 STARS. Even Walmart can replace tires. PLZ RUN FROM MAVIS TIRES/ NTB. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

My partner went by to get air in our tire and the guy stated if you do a review for me, then I will air up your tire. It is no wonder the parking lot is always empty. He was also playing on his phone when my partner requested for air. This is so unprofessional. We will not be going back.

Great service! I was concerned about the air leaving my tire so quickly, they checked it for free and when they found out there was a 3 nails in there, the technician worked really hard to investigate patching up my tire before pressuring me to buy a new one. Worked out great because it turned out only one punctured the tire! Most places I think would have just called a quits and tell me buy a new one but they were incredibly honest in their work. Front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful while I waited there with my rambunctious 2 year old and 8 week old baby. Thank you for getting me on the road safe again!

I pulled into NTB in Spartanburg because a light came on. Alex was so helpful and kind! I left with no car problems and will definitely return because of the great customer service!!!!
