I was recently there to get a new battery for my car. I was greeted with a man sitting down telling me that the manager can help me. I told this so-called manager that I need a new battery. He asked if wanted him to test it and I said sure please. after a blatant eye roll and sigh, he came outside popped the hood and told me he's not a mechanic and that it doesn't have enough power to check. Ding! How about you provide me with a battery. Nope he told me to schedule a garage to charge my battery and come back. He closed the hood and walked inside. Not once did he check to see if I could get it started back up. After about 15 minutes of trying to get my car started and sitting there frustrated, the manager of Valvoline Instant Oil Change next door saw my distress and came over with a jump box. He got my car started and told me to pull into the garage. With One screwdriver and professional positive attitude he and his staff had a new car battery installed and me on my way back to work in less than 15 minutes. For anyone looking for auto parts and professional service, I highly recommend someplace else other than this NAPA auto parts store. Thank you again Valvoline, way to go above and beyond.

First time coming here is I don't usually shop at Napa but overall excellent helpful attentive customer service they have a wide variety and selection of auto parts and accessories definitely recommend coming here for all your Auto parts needs.

Not a fancy place but always great service! Friendly, helpful employees make the difference. Will go out of there way to get what you need. Highly recommend if you need anything for your vehicle.

I shop at this Napa Auto Parts Store frequently and exclusively because the staff is very courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and extremely helpful!! I know I can trust them with any questions I may have about parts for my vehicles and they offer excellent advice! I have never had better service at any other parts store like Napa on Pine Street in Spartanburg!!!! Bree is always so nice when I walk in and says hello and is always very helpful!! I highly recommend this parts store and would give them a 10 star rating if that were possible!!!

mgr not there to complete return when he should be. often closes early. when they are open and staff is present, theyre understaffed/unattendand

Great store. Super customer service and these guys are pros. Not just button pushers like some of the other part stores. Great selection and NAPA quality.
